A quick note before I start. These kinds of follow-up posts might seem like a waste of time. My reason for doing them is simply to get out there, anywhere, the sort of information ignored by the Lugenpresse. I don’t consider myself some journalistic crusader or anything, merely a guy with a blog that Notices things.
About a month ago there was a pretty significant mass shooting in Birmingham, Alabama’s “Five Points South entertainment area” that I covered here: Big ‘Un In ‘Bama. The shooting left 4 dead and around 17 wounded. I say “around” because in mass shootings like this the total number of wounded is often a bit fluid and sometimes people are labelled as “injured” if they are hurt running from the shooting. The shooting happened outside of a hookah bar, of course, and it prompted the mayor of Birmingham, Randall Woodfin, to declare that dey Glock swicthes were to blame.
An arrest was recently made in the shooting. Guess who!
A 22-year-old Fairfield man is behind bars, accused of killing six people in Birmingham in 72 hours, including four people in the mass shooting outside Hush lounge in Five Points South.
Damien Laron McDaniel III is charged with capital murder of two or more people in the massacre that killed four people on Sept. 21 and with 17 counts of first-degree assault for those who were injured.

He looks like a prototypical smart boy from Alabama. What sets Damien apart is that he was shooting people up all over Birmingham, not just at the hookah bar mass shooting.
McDaniel is also charged with murder in the Sept. 19 killing of Diontrante Tinae Brown, a 35-year-old mother who police say was an innocent bystander shot to death inside 604 Bar and Lounge on Ninth Street North.
McDaniel faces another capital murder charge in the robbery shooting death of 32-year-old Jamarcus McIntyre, who died in a hail of gunfire in the 700 block of 81st Place South less than 24 hours after the Five Points South shooting.
Additionally, McDaniel is charged with three counts of attempted murder in the Sept. 22 shooting that not only killed McIntyre but left two others wounded.
Dang Damien seems to have some sort of anger issues. Or perhaps after killing 35 year old mother Diontrante Tinae Brown he figured “after the first one, the rest are free” and decided to settle some scores before the law caught up to him. Regardless it sounds like they have him dead to rights and at 22 he is looking at going away forever. Alabama has the death penalty but already has over 160 people on death row so even if Damien is sentenced to death, he might die of natural causes before they get around to him,

Three other people have also been charged with capital murder in McIntyre’s slaying – Ny’Quan Cordae Lollar, 22, Larry Denzel Rollins, Jr., 31, and Demarco Nakia Beck Jr., 29.
Charging documents state McIntyre was killed while he was being robbed of a backpack and its contents.
I won’t bother posting their mugshots, you can see them at the archived link above, but they are without exception standard slack jawed black yokels. Dead eyes, vacant expressions, etc. These boys have also been busy. Lollar had an outstanding warrant, Rollins was recently acquitted of a 2021 murder when an eyewitness to that murder was also murdered before he could testify (the eyewitness, Birmingham firefighter Jordan Melton, was clearly assassinated to prevent him from testifying) and Beck had previously been arrested on gun and drug charges but of course was also walking the streets robbin’ and murderin’.
Ol’ Damien had already been found guilty of attempted murder and sentenced to a whopping two whole years in prison:
According to court documents, McDaniel pleaded guilty on April 26, 2023, to two counts of attempted murder in a 2021 shooting in Fairfield. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison with two years to serve followed by three years of probation.
Read that again. He pled guilty last April to two counts of attempted murder. He was “sentenced” to 15 years in prison but only had to serve two, yet he was out of jail and shooting more people less than 18 months after pleading guilty.
In another delightful twist, two of the people killed in the Hush hookah bar mass shooting had been previously charged with separate murders:
Two of the victims, Carlos De’Juan McCain, 27, and Roderick Lynn Patterson Jr., 26, both were charged in past Birmingham homicides.
McCain was acquitted of murder and attempted murder in 2017 in the shooting death of 15-year-old Kelvon Julius, who police said was killed in retaliation for another shooting in 2015. A young woman was also wounded in the gunfire that killed Kelvon…..
….Patterson was previously charged with murder in the 2021 shooting of 20-year-old Dentarius Maurice Jackson, who was gunned down at the gas pumps at the Chevron on First Ave. North.
In 2022, the murder charge against Patterson was dismissed at the request of prosecutors citing “death, unavailability, and non-cooperation of witnesses.”
Killers being killed by other killers. This cracked me up:

A vibrant little boy that grew up to be a gentle giant with a beautiful soul. It is weird how many kind-hearted gentle giants with beautiful souls end up murdering people and in turn being murdered,.

The national media won’t bother looking into stories like this with interlocking murders, attempted murders and revolving door prisons. Instead they will bitch at White people for the rare White mass shooter while ignoring the literally thousands of black mass shooters over the years since the martyring of St George Floyd of the Fentanyl.
