She seems to consider herself something of an expert in both “fashion” and…..I can’t even type it out…”beauty”. Here is the beauty in question from her LinkedIn profile:

She looks like a less feminine Rick James. I especially like the camera work to capture the enormous flared nostrils. Another case of “I had to see it and now you do too”.
Let’s look at her article and give it the serious consideration it clearly deserves from the headline. It starts with this:

Now, with federal layoffs, DEI rollbacks, and structural inequities at play, it’s a quiet crisis that speaks volumes: When the budget gets tight, Black [sic] women are the first to go.
What I am reading here is that while employers are definitely looking for workers, not many of them are looking for entitled, underqualified and unpleasant black women. What a shocker. I would wonder why half a million black women didn’t go back to work after the “pandemic”, if forced to I would hazard a guess that many didn’t go back to the office after years of being able to “work” from home. Once they perceive they are entitled to something, convincing them otherwise is impossible.
She rambles on about black women having a higher unemployment rate than the national average before delving into what she perceives are the reasons for the disparity. If you guessed she would blame “racism”, you win the prize.
She blames first off cuts to the Federal work force…
Inequities within the labor market are sure to come for the most vulnerable first – Black women. Not only do we make up the majority of federal employment roles, we’re overrepresented in agencies targeted for budget cuts including USAID, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Department of Education, where we account for 28% of the workforce, per ProPublica.
Huh, black women were overrepresented at USAID, a giant boondoggle/money laundering scheme. That is a shocking revelation. Another stunning revelation, 28% of the employees at the Department of “Education” are black women. No wonder American school children are getting such wonderful educations!
As an aside I followed the link the OP provided about the 28% of employees at the Dept. of “Education” being black women and it was unintentionally hilarious. It profiles black women who lost their jobs recently, like Quay Crowner. She can’t imagine why she was let go from her job as a “director of outreach, impact and engagement” in the “Education” Department. What does a “director of outreach, impact and engagement” do and what does it have to do with “education”? Nothing of course, it is an overpaid meaningless job overseeing other people doing overpaid and meaningless work. The Federal bureaucracy is full of these jobs and shockingly most of them seem to be filled by black women.

She should have been fired just for those glasses. Her job was managing a team that helped people with disabilities get accommodations so they could do their jobs at the FAA and in 2022 was named “Air Traffic Manager of the year” even though she wasn’t even an air traffic controller. She claimed that being fired felt like being hit in the face with a brick and she also looks like she has been hit in the face with a brick. Repeatedly.
The post tries to conflate jobs in Federal law enforcement or air traffic controllers with bullshit jobs like helping “immigrants” complain about their treatment after entering our country illegally. The thing I noticed about all of these jobs cited is that not a one of them was doing anything useful. They were all busy work, roles where the work is created to justify the job rather than the job being created to meet an actual need.
Next she complained about “DEI rollbacks”.
The current administration’s rollbacks on diversity, equity, and inclusion dismantled federal programs and scaled back corporate roles where mostly Black [sic] women are represented.
Huh, DEI programs are mostly staffed by black women who have a cultural predisposition to find “racism” and “disparity”. These are more jobs that don’t actually perform any sort of useful function and instead are designed to make it easier for blacks to get even more of these useless jobs.
Then the pièce de résistance…”systemic racism”!
Black women have long been concentrated in lower-paying, less secure jobs — not by chance, but by design. Limited advancement opportunities and bias continues to shape who gets hired, promoted, or protected when the cuts come. And when they do, we tend to spend longer amounts of time job seeking or flat out unemployed, per 19th News.
In the minds, and I use that term in the loosest sense possible, of black women the only reason they are not the CEOs of every Fortune 500 company is “racism”. After all, they are so delightful! And smart! Who wouldn’t want to put them in charge of a company? Just anecdotally it seems to me that most mestizos are content with their menial jobs while blacks and especially black women are convinced that they are the smartest and most talented people in the country and the only reason they don’t run the place is “racism”. There is a minimum level of basic intelligence and other characteristics like being able to think ahead that are required for more advanced jobs and blacks in general don’t possess them.

See bigots, we can’t reduce the Federal workforce because black women keeping getting knocked up out of wedlock and have to support their families alone! It is pretty amusing that “Asheea” is talking about nurses and teachers being fired when that is not who is being fired at all, it is almost exclusively from what I can tell what she calls “administrative workers”, aka bureaucratic paper-pushers/button-punchers who spend their days doing meaningless tasks. These jobs without exception add layers of expense to the budgets of their departments. A “director of outreach, impact and engagement” isn’t teaching or doing anything to help actual teachers to teach. Her area is so far removed from the actual process of education that she never should have been employed there.
The “author” of this fecal matter is sort of right although she didn’t really state it this clearly: the Federal government and DEI jobs in general are responsible for the “black middle-class”. The problem is that this middle-class is an artificial construct.
What passes for the black middle class is an entirely fake and gay phenomena, driven overwhelmingly by black women working in overpaid positions at some level of government where their natural laziness and surliness can really thrive.
Put another way, the black middle-class exists because governments siphon money from White taxpayers and pass it along to black women in useless government jobs. It is a form of welfare payment or perhaps even reparations. How can I call it welfare when they are being paid a wage instead of sitting around in their projects apartment watching Oprah? Simply showing up at a desk doesn’t offset the fact that these jobs are utterly useless and in many ways harmful to society as a whole, and they only exist to provide continued high wage employment to black women who otherwise would be collecting tolls on the Jersey turnpike or collecting welfare checks. As we will see if this process is allowed to play out, no one will miss these jobs once they are gone, just as many normies discovered that there are millions of “non-essential” government jobs that were exposed during Covid. When you add in the ridiculously generous government benefits and pensions that private sector workers no longer get, these “jobs” are shown to be a cancer that eats away at American society.

I wonder about their flight crews, the mechanics, electricians and electronics repair/maintenance crews.

Your experience with pajeets pretty much matches everyone else I know that works in tech. It might be a self solving problem because 1) their reputation is taking massive hits and attitudes on hiring are starting to change at the executive level; and 2) the positions they typically fill are the first to be eliminated with AI, happening as we speak.
As far as the airline crash, they know the how just not the why. During takeoff both engines were switched to “off” which is not an easy thing to do, it has a locking mechanism and you can’t just bump the switch. So both engines at the same time is deliberate, and the plane didn’t have enough lift nor enough time to restart the engines in order to recover. Incompetence to that level is possible but there are also other possible motivations. If I remember the report correctly, the co pilot was primary on the takeoff.
I completely agree with your assessment that their entire claim to competence or standards is fake and gay and that means their quest for modernity is destined to fall short. Steer well clear.

I’ve worked in IT for over 30 years and have worked with TONS of H1Bs almost all pajeets.
EVERY single one was incompetent and hired strictly as cheap labor.
Besides being cheap, the SOBs have kept our wages down.
I know this because I worked for a Mega Bank 20 year ago and worked 6 months in the UK.
This was before they opened up the immigration tap there and the IT folks there on average were earning 5X what we in the US were making and we were way better technically than them. We were also very well paid in comparison to others in our IT field in the US at the time.
Those pajeets have cost you MILLIONS of dollars in lost wages over your career. I can’t count how many outtages those retards caused and every one of them would lie and frankly DGAF as long as their check cleared.
