I Guess He Didn’t Turn His Life Around

At first I was wondering how I missed this but then remembered that the sheer volume of black crime makes it impossible for anyone to keep up.

Back in the early days of this blog, six years ago to the day on December 15th 2019 when the only person commenting on my newish blog was John Wilder, I posted about the murder of Tessa Majors: The Tragic And Predictable Case Of Tessa Majors

Majors was a kind of cute White girl who was just 18 years old and studying at Barnard College in New York City.

In the afternoon of December 11th, 2019, Majors was set upon by three black yoofs, two 14 year old Stranger-Americans named Luchiano Lewis and Rashaun Weaver as well as a 13 year old named Zyairr Davis. Davis didn’t actually stab Majors but after she bit one attacker and he dropped the knife, Davis picked the knife up and handed it back to the attacker who then stabbed Majors.

Rashaun Weaver was sentenced to 14 years to life and is currently locked up in a prison called Lakeview in New York. I doubt it has a very scenic view of any lakes.

Luchiano Lewis was sentenced to 9 years to life plus an extra 3 for robbery. He is being held at a facility called Franklin in NY and according to Wikipedia has been a model inmate:

During his time in custody, Lewis has been involved in multiple fights and had contraband that could have been used as weapons. He was also re-arrested for felony assault after a violent slashing with another inmate over a blanket.

Note that this happened before he was even sentenced so who knows what he has been up to since. Sounds like the rehabilitation is going great.

What about the 13 year old, Zyairr Davis? Because of his age and he didn’t actually stab Majors, he was sentenced in family court to a whopping 18 months in detention. Here is a now 14 year old who was a participant in the murder of a teen-aged girl and was given a very minor punishment. Of course he was scared straight and went on to become a productive member of society!

Or not….

Blue city repeat offender linked to college student murder charged with new violent crimes after soft sentence

Who could have seen this coming? Oh, just everyone.

One of the New York City teens involved in the 2019 stabbing death of 18-year-old Virginian Tessa Majors, a Barnard College freshman, is back behind bars on charges of attempted murder and assault after a slap-on-the-wrist juvenile sentence, according to local reporting.

Zyairr Davis, then 13, was one of three teens arrested in the attack, but not the one who delivered the fatal blow. As a result, he received the lightest sentence — 18 months in juvenile detention, while the others saw life sentences.

Now he’s back behind bars on charges that include attempted murder in connection with a gang-related shooting into a crowd of people in Harlem, the New York Post reported Sunday. Court records show he faces nearly a dozen new charges in adult court, nearly all of them violent.

Given a second chance, a chance not afforded to Tessa Majors, Zyairr Davis didn’t miss a beat and went right back to being a criminal. The lesson he learned from his prior arrest was not “Man, I don’t want to end up in prison again”. Nope, the lesson he learned was that he could be involved in an armed robbery and murder and get away with it. Give him some credit, he learned the precise lesson he was intended to learn.

The “justice” system is simply a way to take already violent people, teach them their actions have little to no consequences, and then amp up their violent tendencies before releasing them again. Like this guy, one Jonah Oliver, who was released after being charged with 275 charges in less than 3 months.

That is a pretty staggering output of crime and yet he keeps being released. If you are naturally violent, prefer theft to honest work and have an IQ under 80, what are you learning? You are learning that you can commit crime after crime and face no consequences at all. In the absence of serious consequences, what do you expect a 2G to do? You would expect them to do exactly what they are doing, committing crimes without a care in the world.

Again, the purpose of a system is what it does, and what our “criminal justice” system does is take the criminally inclined and encourage their criminality. The question most won’t ask is why and cui bono, who benefits?

When you figure that out you are on the path to figuring out what is going on.

At least it’s not as horrifically ironic (and horrific) as that 2G immigrant invader who was held up as a model citizen–right up until he raped his own mother. Plenty of others they celebrate get into trouble, albeit not that hellish.
I wonder if they know and select these people on purpose to demoralize us, or if those scum are just psychopathically charming (in a primitive 2G way), or if the scum that went for the free welfare are just so bad on average that odds are if you pick one they’re going to do something stupid/horrible eventually–it’s just a matter of time.

I don’t know whether to be impressed by the sheer number of crimes committed, which shows initiative and good work ethic, or disappointed in the number of times he was caught, which shows poor judgment and piss poor planning. Oh, and the judge releasing him should be sharing a cell with him.

If the cops were allowed to let loose on these criminals as they did in the good old days, a beating has a lot more deterrent effect than jail time.

There was the sad case out of Tennessee of young white couple killed by orcs and stuffed in trash cans.
Throwing in with nogs and juice is a curse and the end of any empire.

I remember Tessa – young naive girl from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. Parents were liberal as could be – sent her unprepared to a liberal school in NY. Poor child died from feral youths and stupid liberal parents.

A thirteen year-old “juvenile” (aka: nigger) involved in the murder of a young woman should never have been given a soft sentence.

The nigger needed a maximum sentence. I, being of a “biblical” mindset, would have ended him within 24 hours of his conviction.

Our nation is in the shytter, and is not coming out.

I live near Lakeview Shock, in fact my brother-in-law retired from there a few years ago. It’s a stone’s throw away from Lake Erie and, yes, you can see a sliver of the lake from the property.
