Fight breaks out at Toledo elementary school end of year celebration
At least they called it an “end of year celebration”
Toledo Police officers are looking into another fight at an end of the year celebration for students.
Multiple people were involved in an altercation during an event for 8th graders at Pickett Academy, a spokesperson for Toledo Public Schools confirmed.
No one was arrested or injured in the incident, but it’s possible charges could still be filed against those involved, the spokesperson said.
Officers for the school district and the Toledo Police Department responded and were able to get the incident under control quickly. It’s unclear what led up to the fighting….
…..It’s a separate incident from a Toledo Catholic School fight at a kindergarten graduation ceremony last week that drew national attention. One person charged in that incident said she was unfairly singled out.
The crazy sub chick that was arrested for the kindergarten graduation kerfuffle, Keeping It Classy In T-Town!, is of course claiming she dindu nuffin and is being persecuted and sheeiit.
Sadly no video of classy 2G women in their dress up pajamas so we don’t know for certain who was involved but we do know what the student body of Pickett Elementary looks like….
Unspecified might be White, but it could be Middle Eastern for all we know. I am a little surprised that mixed race makes up a whopping 14% of the total. From the school website the place seems almost entirely black, there is one girl in the back of this picture that looks mixed but otherwise the only Whites I saw were teachers.
Also since when is 8th grade considered “elementary school”? Also also when is “school” a bunch of kids sitting around with headphones watching videos on their tablets? This innovative “teaching” method is showing great results for the scholarz at Pickett…
Clearly the problem here is a lack of funding!
Maybe schools in Toledo shouldn’t tell parents when the school year ends and just one day tell the kids to not come back until the fall, it might avoid a lot of the chimping out…

A day or so ago there was an altercation at a kindergarten graduation! Kindergarten! WTF? STOP this nonsense, already!
When I “graduated” from kindergarten–and 8th grade– I basically slinked away quietly so as to get some summer free time in, then to buy a few spiral- and marble-backed books & pencils (and a six inch ruler) for the next term.
NO CELEBRATION. No families coming from out of state to help my parents “celebrate” the fact that I (my parent’s BRAT) was somehow still ALIVE after yet another semester of foolish behavior, dares, jumping into waters of unknown depth, etc.
Our family did not GAF.
Going from 8th grade to HS was just Life–Its Ownself (is that from “Forrest Gump”?).
These banal and meaningless collective wastes of time & money by dumbass American families are what substitutes for real accomplishment.
Perhaps, next time, wait for H.S. graduation as a milestone.

You can skip the high school and college ceremonies as well, as far as I’m concerned. Most merkan high school graduates are nonwhite and can barely read. Only 43% of merkans under 30 can tell time via an analogue clock. Cursive is now as inscrutable as hieroglyphics. And most college grads are suited for nothing more strenuous than burger flipping.
The FU$A now spends over $500 billion on public education annually. As you pointed out, the results suck, big time. If you took that money & diverted elsewhere, here’s what could be done over in just one decade. The entire infrastructure in the country could be replaced & brought up to 21st century standards. The re-industrializing of the economy & world class manufacturing the goal. Restoration of many national, state & local public parks. High speed passenger rail systems & electrification of freight lines. There’s more, but I think you get the point. However, there is the human factor. That’s a big problem in all of this when just looking at the current crop of most muricans.Go figure!
By the way, my parents taught me how to read, write cursive & do simple arithmetic. That was back in the mid 1950’s for the record. Dad even taught me mechanical drawing & how to build balsa wood model airplanes that actually flew via rubber band energy. I get a good buzz when I see these young people trying to figure out how a dial phone works. My grandpa showed me how to tune an old vacuum tube TV set & adjust the antenna to get a good picture. That would be over their heads in 2026!
The majority of kids in high school should be booted out between 8th and 10th grade to go learn a skill and almost everyone in college has no business being there

I understand that was rhetorical, but: No. No you’re not.
If I recall, you’re medical (surgeon?). What are your thoughts on the “White Coat Ceremony”? For the uninitiated, some time during the first week of medical school the new students get “invested” with the short white coat med students traditionally wear. You’re made to walk across a stage and the Dean or his proxy literally puts the $15 cheap baggy made-in-China short white coat on you. (Actual MDs wear a long white coat. Most places. Some hospitals the MDs wear something else, like a long gray coat — because everyone got into wearing white coats to “look important”. My personal solution was to not wear a damn coat. But I digress.)
Anyway, while I despise kindergarten “graduation” and similar foolishness, I really hate the stupid white coat ceremony. It’s supposed to impress upon the student that he’s entered into a sacred profession of altruism or some such shit. What I see is that it reinforces the smug arrogance of the innately assholish in the med school class. (No, not all MDs are assholes. But I think the WCC encourages assholishness among those already predisposed.) And it’s ridiculous. So you got into med school, yay. I mean, yes, it was hard work to get in (unless you’re a protected class person), but it’s just the start. Nothing to get too excited about.
As to personal “celebrations” I may have gone too far. High school just meant I had to get college done next. College graduation was nothing celebrated because I had to get my PhD next. Graduating residency simply meant fellowship. Fellowship meant I had to get that faculty position, etc. (It’s not healthy to live eternally in the future, with goalposts you keep moving forward on yourself. It’s fine to be happy when you pass milestones. Note to past self!)
I never did get that PhD, incidentally. Double whammy of no aptitude and even less interest. Had to “settle” for a trade degree.

I may have missed my WCC. I never attended one, never got that white coat–not to imply that my medical school did not hold such a ceremony–but I am a bit of a maverick when it comes to self-aggrandizing ceremonies, and (I hope) that I lack the arrogance that you describe (above) to the WCC and would absent myself without second thoughts.
What I did in med school was to book my butt off, absorb all of the good that my professors bestowed upon me, and learn quickly how to detect bullshit at even as little as 1ppm.
Because, as you know, doctors as a group are no more wonderful than any other class of people; we (again, as a group) work hard, have some passably good intellectual capabilities and some of us have really good hands and the judgment to go with it–the judgment of whether to actually perform a proffered surgery being the most important quality of a surgeon, IMO).
Yes, MIKE_C, the WCC is virtually guaranteed to buff the already shining a-holes of the a-holes who own them; med schools are full of a-holes, and they do not self-extinguish over time. I keep bumping into them in medical facilities and at meetings.
I am actually proud that I have only a very few friends who are physicians. My friends cannot be a-holes as I cannot abide the species.
When I hear from my patients about some act of assholery committed by one of my ‘brethren’ I ask my patients, “What do you call the guy who ranked dead last in his med school graduating class?”
Answer: “Doctor.”

Build Up and Out Brother and hopefully you are in an area where that is feasible…I’m sure you already have this covered but make sure you control your water, sewer, power if you want it, and food supply and be able to protect it with the Tribe you have in the area you are…Have mutual assistance agreements with those outside of your AO and comms with them so you know what’s coming before it gets there and be willing to go help them as well but don’t leave yourself short on defense of your homestead…Also get it set in stone of where you guys are all going to hole up and have set provisions in place so if someone shows up empty handed because of whatever they have at least a fresh start…I could go on and on but you get the drift…

We are of the same mind on this. The best cardiac surgeons and interventional cardiologists, the ones I also personally respect, are the ones who can, and will, step back and give their honest (and as objective/unbiased as a person can reasonably be) opinion on whether they’re likely to help, or harm, by actually doing the procedure.
Arthur, you’re right. The WCC is relatively new. I was probably in the first wave of that idiocy. But I’m older than that would suggest because I went to med school in my mid 30’s, after a decade in clinical research (and too much grad school) . To use the military analogy, I went to med school as a mustang. So, in addition to my intrinsic personality, I had even less patience for all the woo woo “aren’t we elite and special” bullshit of med school.
And that ties in with my concern over (okay, rabid hatred of) how the US medical system is now increasingly full of pajeets at the (nominal) MD level. Between the hierarchical, caste-based ethos, the disdain for following rules and laws, and frankly, often the open hatred for Whites, these are some of the last people I’d want taking care of me or those I care about. (Yes, yes, IKAGO. In fact, IK many GO; a few are good friends, and some are mentees, even. But it doesn’t change the truth of my general statement.)

We attended the White coat ceremony for one of our daughter’s, it was a little silly and it seemed weird because it was a bigger deal in some ways than graduation. Then there is match day where all of the newly minted M.D.s open envelopes to see where they will do their residency. I am not sure how necessary all of those are.

Ah yes, the funding is the issue. Just think, if they doubled the amount spent per student, it follows (by NPC logic) that the proficiency scores in the 4 major categories would in turn double to an average of….38%! That’s totally worth the added cost.
As for kindergarten graduation, the Catholic school I attended K-8 did a graduation ceremony for kindergarten every year. We wore white mortarboard caps made of poster board (by mothers who volunteered to help with the ceremony), white button up men’s dress shirts backwards as “gowns” and received a “diploma” promoting us to 1st grade. Cookies and punch were served, and really it was just an excuse for parents and grandparents to have a photo op for posterity’s sake, and a little harmless fun for the kids. No one took it seriously.
I suppose the perception of the importance attached to such a ceremony has changed over time, in this era of participation trophies and elevating egos over diddly shit in actual accomplishment. And splibtones do like to elevate themselves via artifice, since they have seldom done anything of real value to actually brag about.
Of course, back when I “graduated” from kindergarten, it was a 100% White affair, with solidly middle to upper middle class families, so no stupid hair pulling, fist fight bullshit ever broke out over seating arrangements, who got the last fancy cookie, of any other triviality that is likely to set off a chimp out. Bottom line, ghetto people beget ghetto situations. Big surprise, that.

The reason for the big 2G celebrations over 8th grade “graduation” is that most of them won’t make it through high school. The sheboons get pregnant and drop out to become welfare queens. Off topic – perhaps it’s just me being evil and lacking compassion, but lately I read about the latest outrage and I find I don’t give a f**k about either party. None of them are heritage Americans or people who ought to have a future here. None of them are normal. Two recent examples – an illegal mestizo, drunk, driving the wrong way in Oklahoma killed four ‘teens’ – two White girls (one with a beaner last name, but has a White mother and looks White) and two noggers. And I’m supposed to believe those coal burners had a ‘bright future’? I don’t think so.
Second example – some nogger or mestizo 15 year old – with no learner’s permit – was driving her mother’s car and ran over/killed a fat White lesbian in Minnesota. No info given on the 15 year old, but Minnesota goodwhites don’t tend to drive without any documents/permits – so I’m assuming it’s a nonwhite. And I’m supposed to be upset that a big fat lesbian (who was walking with its ‘wife’) is dead?
And then I read of three being stabbed in Switzerland by a guy screaming the usual Arab stuff. The guy was a Turk – released from mental assessment by a doctor who said he posed no danger to anyone. He actually left Switzerland in 2024 and then somehow returned in 2026. But the Swiss are supposed to be more race realist than other Europeans?
And then a hijabed principle in Fort Worth who is going to be reassigned, because of social media posts pushing sharia law, eternal covid masks, etc. I thought Fort Worth was supposed to be the ‘conservative’ part of DFW; I guess not.
Maybe I’m the problem, but I just don’t/can’t care about any of the people in these cases – the perps or the victims. And I find that increasingly to be the case – whatever the latest outrage, there’s no longer any ‘good guy’ – they’re all dysgenic and aliens. Husband started driving for business trips because we lost any faith in pilots and air traffic controllers back when first Bush and then the Abomination criminalized White passengers and applied DIE to the former professionals. Now, with all the jeets and han on the road, it’s just as dangerous to drive. Yes, he’d much rather stay home but has to travel a few times a year for his job – and to cities he would otherwise never visit. We’re old now and prefer to stay private up on our acreage, but the government and tech moguls’ goal is truly to make it too expensive and dangerous to drive, before it becomes de facto illegal due to mileage limits, car kill switches, and 15 minute cities. You are to be tethered in place, like the serfs were tied to the land. Of course, as a recent meme perfectly illustrated, every city and country is now the same crowded, criminal mix of mystery meat dieversity, so there’s nowhere we want to visit any longer anyhow. But we remember how it used to be and regret our kids never had the freedom to travel the way we did.
As far as getting out of the way of others on the road – I pull over all the time (when and where I can on two lane roads) to let people pass me. I’m comfortable doing 45-50 on our corkscrew curves and 60 on the straightaways. But I dislike being tailgated and too many locals prefer doing 65-80. And on those occasions when I do end up behind a little old lady doing 35, I just remind myself I’m not in a hurry or in the city, and I still leave 2 car lengths between us.

At a traffic signal, I leave at least a vehicle-length between my front bumper and the vehicle ahead of me.

This serves two purposes:
a : I can usually escape to either side of the lead vehicle quits.
b : with no escape route to the sides, somebody crashing into my rear — hopefully — gives me a non-crumple zone to slide forward without trashing the front of my vehicle.
With my engine and front suspension intact, I have a good chance at driving home instead of waiting for a tow-truck.
Shouldn’t be a big-ass party for shit one is SUPPOSED to do. Moving on from kiddygarten, middle school, and high school should be nothing more than a check mark on life’s ledger. Big deal, move on to the next thing and STFU.
