Oh Nickey, You’re So Fine!

You’re so fine you blow my mind, hey Nickey, hey Nickey!

I’ve been gone most of the day but of course all everyone is talking about is what appears to be a nearly flawless operation to kidnap (now former) Venezuelan El Presidente Nicolas Maduro. Whatever your feelings are about it, it looks like no Americans were killed and not a single aircraft was lost. I am not sure anyone else has the Special Forces to pull off something like this.

The details are pretty sparse but I did catch part of Trump’s press conference and reading between the lines in that and other reports I would assume we suborned some Venezuelan military types to stand down because the choppers were just strolling across the sky. It also sounds like Nickey was trying to lock himself in a safe room and was nabbed right before he could close the door. Camera footage of that should be pretty amusing.

Maduro was a commie and by most accounts a bad guy so I won’t shed tears over him being deposed but on the other hand there are lots of bad guys running countries all around the world and some of them are America’s buddies (Netanyahu, Zelensky). Trump was talking tough about some other nations including Colombia, Cuba and Mexico. It would be high comedy to see us grab the jewish Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.

What to make of this? I doubt it had anything at all to do with “freedom” and prosperity for the Venezuelan people. The Vice President, now President I guess, Delcy Rodriguez said what a lot of people have been thinking: Maduro didn’t toe the line on Israel.

That would fall in line with my belief that the Zionist forces are getting panicked seeing support evaporating around the world and especially the U.S. so they are pushing hard now while they can. The very clearly orchestrated “popular uprising” in Iran is another prime example. This sums it up nicely:

Anyway it’s a good day to be a U.S. oil company. Unlike many others I don’t have any misguided notions that South and Central Americans can effectively self-govern even absent U.S. meddling. At least Trump, unlike Bush, is pretty open about taking their oil.

What did bug me is that Trump spent a lot of time talking about doing all these great things for the people of Venezuela and “Making Venezuela Great Again” but meanwhile where are the mass deportations of Somalis? Of Haitians? Of really anyone? Less than a year into his second term and he mostly is worried about his legacy, renaming the Kennedy Center, the Arc de Trump, the new “Trump class” battleships. I wish he was as enthusiastic about improving life for Americans as he is about making life better for Venezuelans. On the other hand leaving a power vacuum in an already jacked up country should be great for Venezuelans: Venezuela plunged into chaos in wake of Nicolás Maduro capture: ‘nightmare isn’t over’

Ah well, that is just Trump who has only ever cared about Trump. He seems to be getting bolder and more erratic but none of it in the service of his voters. As I quipped this morning on Faceberg:

There is so much to be done right here but Trump just seems bored with America. I thought they would let Trump “win” so They could destroy his legacy and movement but They seem quite content to watch Trump do it all for Them. Why wouldn’t They? To paraphrase a quote attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte:

Never interfere with your enemy when he is in the process of destroying himself.

No one is coming to save us.

I was shocked they were able to do it without at least some use being made of those Russian and Chinese anti-aircraft batteries and fighter jets (we know from Ukraine that the latter work better than alot of US MIC overpriced Dotmil tech). Sometimes I wonder if the Kabuki is at the global level as well, a la 1984’s Eurasia vs Oceania.

    • Ohio Copperhead

Minor typo: should be “former,” meaning the Russian tech. While I’m adding stuff, anybody want to bet the US won’t be dumb enough to try to install that Nobel “Peace” Prize-winning mujer loca Maria Machado as leader?

Nope, now that there are actual war fighters in charge, things are different. We blinded all of the shitty Chinese air defense radar at nearly the same time. Then hit their military installations. SpecOps then killed the Cubans guarding Maduro. Our military is in good shape without the Obiden retards in charge.

Caracas was number one. Look for Bogota and Mexico City next. If only the Golden Golem would exhibit the same zeal and courage in dealing with the controllers of LA, SF, Seattle, Portlandia, The Twin Cities, New Yawk and Charlotte, for starters. Yes, it would require martial law. Those of us in the hinterlands have just about lost our patience. 2026 is starting out as a clown show on steroids. Stay tuned.

Venezuela is a mountainous country if I am correct. Should things go bad, they could into those mountains, organize, prepare, and equip a Guerrilla force. Those mountains could provide them with a rugged area to retreat to, then strike again when the situation dictates. They could become a version of the Viet Cong.

I wrote this elsewhere in response to a friend saying, essentially, “I’m curious what we’ll do next”.
    ——
We’ll run Venezuela in a way that manages to harm both the citizens of the United States and the people of Venezuela while enriching a tiny minority of less than 0.5% of the US population, and that minority will most assuredly NOT be representative of US demographics as a whole. That’s what is going to happen.

We’ll probably start by appointing a Viceroy or Proconsul who is either a leftist, Harvard (or Yale) educated, Acela-riding high-IQ fool, or alternatively, a fire (and mouth) breathing moron who will be determined to “make those godless commies come to Jeee-zus” because he is of the firm misbelief that “Catholics aren’t real Christians”. Not that either of these figureheads will have actual power. We’ll probably not be content with decapitating the armed forces. Instead of sensibly installing new top leadership but keeping the structure of, say O3 on down and enlisted (at least temporarily for stability), we’ll quickly disband the whole shebang, thus creating a large group of unemployed, unpaid, literally military-aged men who have nothing to do, only now with legitimate resentment of the US as a whole, and the Viceroy or Proconsul in particular. This would be stupid no matter what, but especially stupid when no trivial proportion of those men had no particular loyalty to the Maduro regime, other than “it was a job”. But we WILL teach them ALL to hate us.

We may sell cheap oil to China and Russia, but Americans will not benefit because Venezuelan crude is notoriously high-sulfur. And even though we apparently have the facilities to process such, someone will find “environmental” reasons to forbid its entry into the US.

But be of good cheer. BlackRock will somehow benefit. Big Finance will benefit. And the US FedGov will assume the debt of Venezuela, then sell it at 10 cents on the dollar to some civilizational vampire such as Paul Singer (the man who ass-raped the entire nation of Peru in a similar scheme). The Paul Singer-type will then hound the people and puppet government of Venezuela for the entire original amount. This will reduce the average Venezuelan into even worse penury, and cause them to hate the US (instead of seeing us as their deliverers from Maduro). Now of course they, and we, should be hating the Singers and the Finks and their ilk, but since the average American doesn’t know who those fiends are, and certainly not what they do, why on earth would a Venezuelan know?

THAT’s the most likely outcome of this adventure. I would LOVE to be utterly wrong on this. But the Deep State (The Cabal, The Rosicrucians, The Global [you-know-who] Conspiracy, etc etc etc) has been prepared for, slavering for, exactly such an eventuality, and their top men are no doubt in a state of frenzied arousal that exceeds even their passion for sodomizing small children.

Oh, I forgot one major thing. “Emergency Compassionate” visas for tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of Venezuelans due to the unrest in the home country. Of course we will not be getting people like my Venezuelan friend Carolina (fluent in English, MS in engineering, smart, ethical, extremely hard working). Somehow we will manage to admit people like the criminals, lunatics, and outright refuse that Castro foisted on us decades earlier.

    • Scot Irish

Concur. In the coming months we will be resetting tens/hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan “refugees” thru out America. After all they’re more American than Americans.

And they will all get 5k to 10k per month so they don’t starve. Plus millions/billions in loans to set up dry cleaning businesses. Magical loans that don’t have to be repaid. Dry cleaning is essential to American safety and prosperity.

BeeBee says so, and if you don’t like it you are a natzee.

    • Big Ruckus D

Based on patterns evident in previous such scenarios, what you’ve outlined is the most likely outcome of the US misadventure in Venezuela. I like the way you think.

  6. ozark homesteader

Its going to be awkward and uncomfortable for everyone involved when judge boasberg rules that maduro can’t be arrested by US forces and they are then required to put him home to Venezeula.

    • ozark homesteader

Of course if the PINO had any real intention of doing his job according to the will of The People, all the fe(de)ral judges that The Royal Autopen (TM) appointed would be nullified and real human beings with a desire to live up to The Constitution and to restore law and order would take their places.

“I believe the true objective of the kidnapping operation to remove Maduro is to secure US control of Venezuelan oil in anticipation of a disruption of the flow of oil from the Persian Gulf when Israel, with US-backing, launches a new attack on Iran. I suppose you could say that Trump’s Monday meeting with Netanyahu, which coincided with the eruption of protests in Iran that were likely incited by the MEK — a terrorist group with direct ties to the CIA and Mossad — followed by the kidnapping of Maduro and his wife is just a happy series of coincidences… I don’t believe in coincidence.” Larry Johnson, Sonar21

The Venezuelan oil industry is pretty broken down and it’s going to take some time (and money) to get it up and running at something like what should be its full capacity. Not to say that this isn’t about oil, or that “we” would still have this interest in Venezuela if they didn’t have any, that is definitely not the case. Oil is a very important factor in all this. Maybe the most important one. I just doubt it’s planned to replace some other loss of supply in the near term. And AINO doesn’t get any, or hardly any, oil from the Persian Gulf anyway. That mostly goes to Asia, it’s China and Japan who really care about that. A disruption in Gulf oil would drive up the global price, with or without US control of Venezuela, but it wouldn’t affect US supply.

I don’t guess any of us are in a position to know what is really going on, we can only speculate as to what the Big Game being played is. But this Venezuelan adventure is a strong piece of evidence, among others already presented, that BOM is not running things. This wasn’t his idea. It never would have been his idea. The people who reinstalled him directed him to do this, and he is complying.

Whatever the reason for these events, it is certain the effects will not be beneficial for ordinary Americans.

Things happen in politics for a reason, and that reason is never for the good of the American people.

The claim is that Maduro was a drug kingpin of some sort. But there wouldn’t be drug suppliers without demand.
In the war on drugs, America needs to look in the mirror.
Maybe if we start executing drug users, we wouldn’t have to engage in these imperial adventures that only benefit certain (((groups))).
