It is written by someone named Atul Gawande that used to “work” for USAID under the AutoPen regime and of course now blames the Bad Orange Man and Elon Musk for Africans being incapable of even the most basic civilization without handouts from Whites (emphasis mine):

As for the people mentioned earlier in the post. I have made it clear over the years how disgusting I find the ingratitude of people who have lives made infinitely better by moving to a country built by White people but at the same time have nothing but scorn and hatred for those same White people.
