Welcome To The (Grand Old) Party Pal!

Over the weekend I have been seeing a ton of posts from disenchanted MAGA voters. You see, they are a little confused. They showed up last November and voted for Trump and also for Republicans in the House and Senate because Trump would need them to pass his legislative agenda. Trump won. Yeah! The Republicans won both chambers of the Congress. Yeah again!

Then Elon Musk and DOGE came around and started exposing all of the waste, fraud and abuse in the Federal government. People were getting fired, departments were audited and shut down. We finally have the Federal leviathan on the run!

Now it is May and it looks like the GOP is about to spend more money than has ever been spent by the Federal government ever. Nothing is really being cut, the size and scope of the government is not being reduced. It is business as usual from the Republicans in Congress and Trump doesn’t seem to care.

What happened? They are genuinely upset and baffled.

Grizzled old political veterans like me just chuckle.

Sure a lot of Republicans make noise about MAGA and “America First” but they absolutely don’t mean it. To them “conservatism” is just a skinsuit they wear to sucker voters into sending them back to D.C. over and over where most of them become oddly wealthy despite a modest income (by D.C. standards).

Even the celebrated Supreme Court, which delivered the overturning of Roe v Wade, has been squishy at best on every other issue. If Democrat appointees had a 6-3 majority on the Court, they would be marching in lockstep but “conservatives” on the Court other than Thomas and Alito are incredibly unreliable, seeming more concerned with not upsetting the apple cart than they are with actually rolling back the excesses of prior activist courts.

I voted for Trump and I voted for Republicans up and down the ticket but not with any expectation that they would actually do anything. This isn’t my first rodeo, after all my first vote for President was cast for Mr. New World Order himself, George H.W. Bush. Nothing is going to change because the system is specifically designed to make sure nothing changes. It’s why I say that the only path forward is some sort of authoritarian system, one way or the other, meaning that the goal now should not be to focus on the midterm election as normiecon grifters on social media are already talking about, but rather to ensure that the authoritarian system is ours and not Theirs.

Allow me to welcome the MAGA voters who are just now discovering the glorious world of endless betrayal from the GOP! Prepare to be disappointed every couple of years until you get to where I am and realize the only way to “fix” the system is to tear it down completely.

I long ago gave up expecting anything from anyone. I trust God, my husband, and my best friend, and that is it. Everyone else I know or assume to be undependable, weak, ignorant, backstabbing, greedy, and hypocritical. With all people know about family and ‘friends,’ why on earth would they expect politicians to be some how better? These are people who think they know better than you how you should live and behave and think, and get paid big bucks to force you to submit, while posturing as ‘servants of the people.’

Please. I voted for Trump in 2016 as a f**k you to standard politicians. I did not vote in 2020 or 2024 and I do not plan to vote ever again. I have withdrawn my consent and tacit participation in the system. I tired of the paeans to Trump months ago. Now all the confusion and regret reminds me of people’s Reagan nostalgia. The same assumption that he’s somehow lost his way or being poorly advised or betrayed, instead of recognizing that the problem was the illusions and fantasies of the voter.

From whence do people get the fantasy that other people – especially politicians – somehow ‘care’ about them? This assumption that if only ‘x’ knew is the same platitude that peasants used to say – “if only the king/emperor/tsar knew, he’d fix it.”

Get over expecting the universe to be fair or even make sense. Believing any politician or government or economic system actually gives a damn about anything other than enriching itself and maintaining its power is like children believing in the tooth fairy. Grow up.

So true, 3G. I too have been black-pilled into my current state of disgust; I have known for decades that the political class–whether of ancient Greece, Rome or today’s EU and FUSA–are, nearly without exception, sociopaths & psychopaths of the first order. They do nothing for the peasants whom they claim to represent; it is all Kabuki Theater and I would, today, accept a healthy dose of “local warlord” or self-rule rather than to pay our malignant fedgov another penny–er, nickel.

      F Them All.

From the very beginning when I became old enough to vote, I have never understood how anyone could choose someone to steal from yourself and others.

Your money, your property, your natural rights, your very life.

I am 70 years old and have never voted and never will.

    It’s unnatural to do so.

(Noise that Charlie Brown makes lying on his back having been duped by Lucy who, once again, pulled the ball away at the last second.)

    Tear it down, indeed.

I have come to a similar conclusion. The only way forward (certainly for our heritage) is going back to the concept of “ordered liberty”, something the framers were clear about. The only way to obtain and retain that liberty is through a type of authoritarian system. Two things come to mind. Starship Troopers (a silly sifi movie but an interesting presentation of governance) and the book “Tales of New America” which I highly recommend.

    • old geezer

the silly sci fi movie was based on a book by Robert Heinlein. he was a serious writer. i haven’t got around to reading it myself, but i intend to, hopefully pretty soon. i’ve been slogging through Klotkin’s biography of stalin.

no one ever says it like this – stalin never killed anyone. the grubmint workers did the killing.

Klotkin say it didn’t either, fwiw.

I voted for the first time in 1972. Both candidates sucked. I voted for the last time in 2020. Both candidates sucked & the election was the most corrupt in FUSA’s history. I then realized one important factor in all of this after 48 years. What resemblance of any form of government in this failed state ended on November 22, 1963. It’s been all down hill since then. I know. I lived through it all.

      • Big Ruckus D

Absolutely. This is a point I try to drive home now and again, but it doesn’t seem to get much traction. It’s too far in the “ancient” past for most people to even want to think about, much less contemplate the awful truth of what it actually means.

The Covidioucy, starting at the end of 2020. The latest, “End of the good ole days”.
      EVERYTHING is worse.

That marked a definite change of era, at least so far as the stark revelation of naked ambition to impose outright tyranny in an ostensible republic. Not only by the government, but by so many “civilians” who suddenly fashioned and appointed themselves as authorities and enforcers upon us filthy and dangerous dissidents. Alas, the underlying rot goes back a lot longer than 2020, and far predates anyone alive today.

We were all born into this bullshit, growing up learning and believing (for a time) what are now obvious and ridiculous lies. Those who figured out the scam are the frequent denizens of places like this site. Those who haven’t, and are still in denial, remain suitably distracted, amused and placated by various permutations of niggerball, mindless tripe on the tv and their “smart phones”, garbage goyslop frankenfood, and somehow still believe they have a voice in the politics of this so called nation. Enough so to prevent them from rising up. And this, we are here.

  6. fourth world turd

Congratulations to George Floyd for five years sober!
    Got high speed rail?
We are going to vote our way out of this, it’s gonna work this time.
    Honk, honk.

  7. None Other

And…….what happened to the audit of Fort Knox?? Wasn’t that supposed to be a big deal? It begs the question, but the silence if fuckin deafening on that one.

The founders of this country said that it was designed for a moral people and would fail with immoral people and here we are.
The politicians are just a reflection of our population and look at most of them
Can’t even stay faithful to their spouse, lie cheat and steal in business but are “fine people” on the surface.
If a meteor destroyed Washington DC today, are the politicians in your state capitol that they would send as replacements any better than the scum in now ?

The oligarchs have bought and paid for our government and NO ONE looks out for or gives a shit about the needs of the common working people. The ship of State has hit the iceburg and is starting to go down but the sheep and politicians are all in denial as water laps at their feet. I foresee bad times are coming.

I think you guys have the voting idea all wrong. Please hear me out:

All of you know that you will never get a savior by voting. And I expect that most of you know that politics is like the weather. You can’t change it, but you can bring an umbrella, a coat, sunglasses, or shorts, depending upon conditions.

Voting won’t fix much, but it does have influence. If it didn’t, then why would the Jews want to bring in so many unsavory immigrants to flood the voter rolls?

All of you have firm and correct political opinions. Use them at the voting booth.

What can you do about the president? It is obvious that game is beyond our influence, what with the media and electoral college, etc.

But vote your down ballots. Vote against tax increases, against fees, against any minorities (no matter how ‘conservative’ they sound). Vote for or against judges based upon how comfortable you’d feel sitting in the dock in front of them. Vote against blacks of any sort. Vote against white liberal (or even conservative-ish women). Vote against hispanics, vote against street shitters. Vote against any form of Jew.

In short, vote in a defensive mode. Vote against these MFer’s.

Screw firemen, screw social security, screw libraries, screw police, screw everything that they leverage to whip you up to “change” things. Vote your tribe, and vote to starve the government.

If everyone did this, the crap would have a very hard time making any advancement.

Don’t vote harder based upon what the latest dust up suggests. Vote based upon basic rules. You will make mistakes, but imagine if your voting record made it just so much more difficult to elect blacks, to give power to jews, to waste the public funds, to turn local courts into star chambers, etc.

Vote with your middle finger in the air.

Stop posturing about how you don’t vote and so don’t consent. Stop posturing about how you didn’t consent to rape, and so you decided not to scream for help or fight back. You ARE getting fucked, and until you want to take some kinetic action, ten minutes at the voting booth is both safe and legal.

Trump got voted in because people were sick of the shit. At some point, the bullshit cannot be hidden anymore. All the Rinos are voted in down ballot. What did anyone do about that?

      • ozark homesteader

I just love it when I see a comment like yours and some normie-con pipes up with the “that’s fascism! do you want fascism?”

Some people do not seem clear on the fact that The Republic of The People, by The People and for The People is gone a long time ago. Long time ago.

        Friggin’ people.

        • Big Ruckus D

Heh. If Fascism=a hard right strongman coming to power and wiping the slate clean wholesale, then yeah, that’s exactly what I want. Even if it kills me too, in the ensuing shakeup. Because there has to be something better than the dogshit we are toiling under now.

A world destined to be a permanent muddy brown third world mediocrity run by a handful of [stupid] megalomaniacal assholes may as well be hit by giant meteorite and cease to exist entirely, because it’s fucking worthless. Humanity should – and at one time actually did – ascribe to higher goals than that. If the end state of our species is nothing more than functionally retarded 67 IQ savages living in thatch huts and running around in loincloths hunting each other in perpetuity, then cancel the whole project already, as it’s an abject failure. And yes, I will deign to question the very value of humans as a species, if that’s all its going to to be in the end.

I’m old, unhealthy and tired of watching the downhill spiral. I wish they would just go ahead and crash everything, so I have a chance to help my family through it.

  11. Big Ruckus D

Heh heh heh. I know people who were all excited about Trump getting back in, thinking winds of change were on the horizon. No, that was just the stench from being downwind of a hog farm. Now, after the fake excitement of the first 100 days has subsided, reality is setting in and the sheeple are getting disillusioned (again). This is the part where I get to say to them “told ya so, dumbfucks”. Somehow, it amazes me that the same stupid trick fuckery keeps working on all the same naive people again and again and again. And yet again. For fucks sake, even stupid kids in grade school stopped falling for the old “hey, your shoe is untied” trick after 3 or 4 shots.

And now we will have one revelation after another of failure to deliver (anything good) from this admin, and it will be like that for the remainder of the term. By the time this term is over most of these people will be so dejected they’ll go back to being unexcited about and uninterested in politics, the left will run the table. Then the real game will be on as they lash out in fury against any and all they can for retribution. If we don’t get a much needed collapse before Trump leaves office, I figure we get to go full bolshevik before the end of the decade. Honestly, I don’t see how it can’t collapse, the economic angle alone should be enough to end the game abruptly. But, they’ve managed to keep it on the rails (repeatedly) everytime a derailment is imminent. Maybe their luck at manipulating reality will finally run out.

    • ozark homesteader

      “Trump will save us…”

Now all the mega trumpers are going to get is the choice between willfully ignoring the obvious, or staring into the revelations of how destroyed and dilapidated America really is. Which is really the most of what we are learning these past few months.

America is gone. Facing what comes next will take some courage and endurance no doubt.

There’s the snappy little acronym on the interwebs, its kinda disappeared lately, was real popular a few years ago. Everyone swore they grok’ed and understood the true meaning of it.
And they stand there now, agog w/ their mouth catching flies, how could this happen?
They’re telling you the truth. They thought we could vote our way out of this mess. They still do. That’s why they can’t understand. They were taught, raised (indoctrinated is the proper term) that the system works a certain way, and they’re just now seeing for the first time with their own eyes, that it actually doesn’t. Some of them are even being awakened well enough to see the fraud and complicity. I mean you have to admit its fucking hilarious – that DOGE would discover billions in fraudulent payments, and congress goes ahead and rubber-stamps a budget that includes all of the billions in fraud they just uncovered.
Honestly, it’s all a good thing. Nobody is/was waking up, maybe this will twing them in the stones and get a reaction?

  13. ghostsniper

The best thing that can be said about the recent election is, At least SHE didn’t get in.

The elections aren’t about voting someone in but rather voting someone out. You know, the lesser of 2 evils. Isn’t that just grand?

AS, thanks for your excellent summation of our Corruptocracy in just a few sentences.

My family has virtually ousted me for my comments, such as “the Vaxx is a bioweapon,” “Democrats (communists) vote in lock-step while Republicans eat their own young,” and “TINVOWOOT.”

They cannot follow my logic as to why I am–and have been for a decade–Black Pilled, and in a “political depression” of sorts.

I looked askance at Trump in his second term, mainly because I knew that he was compromised a long time ago; his photo at the Wailing Wall, performing the Obligatory Obeisance for the Israelis (and to fellate the schwanz of his principal donor, Sheldon Adelson) was the moment when I knew for certain that he was playing for the other team.

Sure, his controllers will allow him His Place in History, to do some MAGA things that feed his virtually radioactive narcissism and to keep we proles cheering at his every word & gesture.

Oh, yes! Words matter. But “performance” matters so much more, and there are no visible indictments of (((Bourla))) at Pfizer, the archKhunt Fauci, his co-conspirators Birx, Walensky, Ralph Baric, Francis Collins and the dozens (nay, hundreds) of murderous maggots who inhabit our “health agencies.” Add the suffix, ‘agency,’ to anything fedgov and you will get a criminal organization designed to extract maximum skim, graft and outright theft of the billions that yearly stream through.

To call me “black pilled” doesn’t even come close to how I feel today.

I have such utter contempt for so many of my medical associates, neighbors & friends that I am already essentially Balkanized within the confines of my home; I desire no interaction with people who willfully deny the evidence of their eyes, who support the current coruptocracy and fawn over our elected “representatives”–not a one of whom I would piss on were they on fire.

    We are TOAST.

And, while our host has panned the somewhat simplistic book by Kurt Schlichter, “The Attack,” I do believe that the plot is a reasonable blueprint for our near-future, inasmuch as all of the principals are already in place–put there by our own traitorous fedgov, especially the ridiculously named “Department of Homeland Security.”

    Thank you, (((Alejandro Mayorkas))).
