It was late Sunday (Oct. 19) in Charlotte when a man, driving his white GMC Savana G2500 work van, pulled into an apartment complex parking space on Sloping Oaks Road, per local news station KBTX 3. His three-year-old son was sitting in the passenger seat when he had backed his van in. The man says suddenly, out of nowhere, a stranger started “shooting at his vehicle for an unknown reason.”
At least six shots rang out, and one of them hit his toddler in the back, Charlotte news station WBTV reported. The father sped off, called 911, and later met with police.
Turns out, the man accused of letting off the shots, James Raeford, said he did so because the man “parked too close to his vehicle,” according to Law & Crime. The 39-year-old approached cops outside a magistrate’s office about 15 minutes away from the parking lot and confessed he “was involved in a shooting,” the outlet reported.
Raeford told authorities how he had just bought a new car– a mid-2000s Infiniti Q50– and had backed it into a parking spot when the white van pulled into a space right next to his, “leaving only 4-5 inches of room.” Because of the tight parking, Law & Crime reported that Raeford said he “would not be able to enter his vehicle,” so he told the man to move his van but he never replied.
But that’s not all.
The suspect alleged the man tried to run him over and “that was why he shot” his “black Taurus G3 9mm”– complete with a green laser on it. Law & Crime reported he confessed to “aiming for the driver seat but shot toward the front passenger seat,” hitting the toddler in the lower back. The boy is expected to survive.
Well of course he had a Taurus G3 with a “beam”. That is right up there with the Hi Point and stolen Glock with a “switch”. And of course his “new car” was a “mid-2000s Infiniti Q50”, in other words a 20 year old used 2005 car. And also of course, the guy is a lifelong criminal piece of shit.
He is grinning or smirking in most of these mugshots because he knows he will walk on whatever he was charged with. He should have been swinging years ago.
There is no inconvenience or minor exasperation, the kind we deal with multiple times every day, that is so insignificant that it doesn’t have the potential of causing a chimp out. 2Gs are a curse on this country and the world as a whole.
I don’t think The Law should be allowed to handle the “justice” that nigger has coming to it. The Father of that child should be allowed to deliver the justice to than fuckin coon.
It is a sign of our decline that so many of these people walk free without the families of their victims putting them down
The families not dealing the justice is a big part of why we are dealing with this shit.
If not the family, friends of the family should step up. Or cousins, whatever.
Not hard to do without getting caught if you use half your brain.

What I’ve learned, mostly about myself, from the endless stories like this? I am an actual sadist, not just capable of great violence but eager to see if I can outdo myself. These aren’t humans and I can’t bring myself to insult animals by calling them that, either. They should be used as reactive targets for the most unspeakable acts you can perform on a living… creature. And fuck no, I ain’t sorry. I want to see them die horribly, to look into their eyes and watch the terror as they wish for death. Motherfuckers.

These niggers are infuriating. There should be a lottery to exercise justice to these niggers. Well, they should give the parents first pass. And this particular nigger should get his justice nice a slow. A belt sander indeed. I’d give a great deal to exercise justice the nigger that cooked Levi Cole Elerbe, or the nigger that killed Cannon Hinnant.
Do NOT forget the prosecutors, judges, politicians and other bleeding heart shitlibs, to include our “professors” and the MSM who actively work to minimize the niggers punishment, at every turn. They need punished for their roles, too.
