Do It Now Or Never

While Trump is travelling overseas, the Supreme Court has issued a ruling that essentially says “No, the President cannot deport under existing law members of a criminal syndicate that are in the United States illegally”. The act in question is the “Alien Enemies Act”. The members of these Venezuelan gangs are committing violent crime in the United States, thus are enemies under any sane definition, and are in this country illegally, therefore they are aliens. If this law doesn’t apply to them, it doesn’t apply to anyone. As usual Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the leftist members of the court but so did Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

Makes one wonder if overturning Roe was worth filling the court with justices that are unreliable on any significant issues….

People are pissed about it. Matt Walsh writes: Ignore them and do it anyway….

Most of the replies seem supportive of Trump doing just that. Hell, invite the media to film live while these people are loaded onto military aircraft and sent to El Salvador. What is the court going to do about it?

Some are suggesting that this ruling is not really preventing the deportation of these people but the fact of the matter is that practically speaking it does just that. The court is issuing rulings based on trying to keep a lid on the boiling anger in this country, not on whether it actually is constitutional or not.

To put it another way, contra the SCOTUS ruling, the bureaucratic process should apply when people are trying to enter the country, not when people proven to be here illegally in the first place and members of a known violent gang are being removed. The burden should not be on the United States to explain why someone must go but on anyone desiring to come here as to why they should be allowed in.

We all know this, I am banging on about something that is understood to be true. The question is whether Trump has the spine to stand up to the Court, a co-equal part of the Federal government, not a superior branch to the executive, and do what has to be done whether they like it or not. It is high time for Trump to acquiant himself with a new term: Nonacquiescence

In law, nonacquiescence is the intentional failure by one branch of the government to comply with the decision of another to some degree. It tends to arise only in governments that feature a strong separation of powers, such as in the United States, and is much rarer in governments where such powers are partly or wholly fused. Nonacquiescence may lead to a constitutional crisis, given certain critical situations and decisions.

We could use a Constitutional crisis right about now. I don’t want this to be the way forward but I don’t want the court to prevent violent illegal aliens from being deported even more.

Each pathway that is closed off brings us closer to a binary option: either Trump capitulates and spends the next 3 1/2 years playing golf or he says “screw it” and does what has to be done.

When I was in kindergarten apparently one day I was getting a little out of pocket in the bus on the ride home after school. Suddenly I was being lifted into the air by the mammoth fists of the bus driver. He gruffly told me that I had better stay in my seat and keep my mouth shut-I don’t remember the words exactly, but it was to that effect. Then he tossed me down into the seat. I still remember his snarling face and how it felt being tossed down into that bus seat. Pretty sure I was still and quiet the rest of the ride home.
It is time for Trump and the Trump administration to play bus driver. Pretty sure.

Interesting time to be alive. Is it Andrew Jackson time, or not? At this moment, I don’t think it is Andy time. Not sure when that moment comes, that Donnie Warpspeed has the stones to do it?

Our judiciaries in the west are out of control and no longer serve their purpose. You’re exactly right – this had to be dealt with, and fast.

We are long overdue for a ‘constitutional crisis.’ I’m all in on ignoring the courts (and not to make any excuse for Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, but God save us from female judges – in ANY court). I don’t believe Trump will do this, however. He is totally imbued with idea of ‘sacred ideals’ and the system as it has evolved. I don’t think he can countenance being the one who finally confronts a failing system.

    Ah those wonderful words:
    ““Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Marshall has made his decision;
    now let him enforce it.”

I find it hilarious that Snopes and all of the Lefties say “that’s a myth”.

BULLSHIT, Jackson said it, told the Supreme Court to pound sand, the Army followed Jackson’s orders and the Supreme Court and Congress didn’t do shit about it.

That scares the Lefties because they have put a lot of effort into filling the courts with filthy lefties in black robes legislating from the bench. Their greatest fear is a President saying “FUCK YOU and your rulings, WHO is going to carry them out” ?

All of the Lefties I know are terrified that Trump will declare martial law and suspend habeas corpus.
I don’t know if he has the backing of the military or support to do that and I doubt it will happen.
No, Trump is doing his best, will be thwarted and in not too many years the US will collapse like the Soviet Union.

It’s coming, did you know today (from Hal Turner site):
“When the Republican-controlled Congress voted DOWN President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” in Committee today, the effect was immediate: Moody’s just downgraded the United Sates’ credit rating for the FIRST time in history.

The reason: An unsustainable path for US federal debt and its resulting interest burden.

Moody’s notes that the US Debt-to-GDP ratio is on track hit 134% by 2035.

Federal interest payments are set to equal ~30% of revenue by 2035, up from ~18% in 2024 and ~9% in 2021.

Furthermore, deficit spending is now at World War 2 levels as a percentage of GDP.

Credit Rating Downgrade – AAA to AA1: Yes, the U.S. credit rating was downgraded from AAA to AA1.

The US debt crisis is our biggest issue with the least attention.

Members of CONGRESS who have utterly failed (or refused) to fix this issue, are jointly and severally to blame – personally.

But of course they don’t announce the downgrade until after market close on a Friday.”

But everything is GREAT, right ?

I always thought Rush Limbaugh was the pressure relief valve on our society so the Democrat communist party could proceed to inflict communism on America. Everything he said was right, but despite his popularity we continued to move inexorably towards the communist tyranny the left loves.

I suspected Trump was selected to fulfill that role after Rush died. Not consciously on his part, but because the communists knew decent people needed a way to vent so as to avoid a violent breakout against their plans. Not that anything they stood for was going to happen but so they could think it might happen and therefore not turn to violence.

After today I’m pretty sure my suspicions are right. If Trump chooses to ignore the SCROTUS the Congress will impeach him and the Capitol police will make the arrest.

Comey made it clear what plans they have for him if he keeps it up.

    It’s not a pretty picture.

“decent people needed a way to vent so as to avoid a violent breakout against their plans.”
ROFLMAO! There was never any imminent ‘right wing backlash’ brewing anywhere in this country, especially an armed one! All the bitching and posturing by gelded patriots, cucks, conservatives, cuntservative nationalists etc. was and still is blowhard opera. Those asswipes have drawn so many lines in the sand as to make Siesta Beach look like a fucking bar code. Meanwhile, the left gains more and more ground. That drug addict hypocrite couldn’t die fast enough, nor can his legion of shitto heads!!

I think you’re making my point. They think there’s a way to save it. The pressure release valve lets them think there’s a way to save it. We are at a point with Trump after today he either decides to mix it up or we’re done for the next 3.5 years and after. I don’t think Trump will choose to do that though.

Today, Fox News fulfills the role of “Pressure Relief Valve”–aka: “Controlled Opposition.”

Thus, Fox News is just another site that I bypass regularly. Why pay a subscription in order to be gaslighted?

Any legitimate government of a sovereign nation (which sure ain’t what we’ve got) that has been and is still being overrun by illegal/legal turd world criminals, grifters and potential enemy combatants (including Pissraelis and other ‘allies’) would:
1 – Declare a national emergency and invoke martial law.
2 – Round them up – courts be damned – and either deport them or execute them on the spot. Fuck their “rights”.
3 – Round up and jail/execute any ‘citizens’ that stand in the way thus negating any “reversal in policy” should they be voted back into power.

Why do you think the evil Natzees had concentration camps? This is 21st century Weimar. The commie shitlibs didn’t give two shits about the law and were poised to enact a similar scenario to the above until they ran afoul of their jew overlords by supporting the Palestinian cause. There’s not an inkling of will on the right (politicos and their constituents) to even think about doing anything serious. Trumpenstein showboats the remainder of his term whilst bending and fetching for jews and big money. His chumps and apologists clap like seals and make excuses – then whine like bitches when the left takes it all.

I agree it is now or never. If Trump doesn’t tell SCOTUS the federal district courts to go fuck off, the next 3 1/2 years is gonna be nothing but humiliation after humiliation at every chance a lefty federal district court gets. I don’t think it is hyperbole to say we will know in the next 30-60 days whether we have a country or not.

  9. godhelpus

Trump isn’t going to do shit. Ditto for the RINOs in his cabinet. No one is coming to save you. Buy guns and ammo.

AS (above): “The court is issuing rulings based on trying to keep a lid on the boiling anger in this country,…”

A prescient comment, maybe one that ‘wins the Internet’ today!

Even with 47 as President I do not see a diminution of this boiling cauldron of a nation; rather, it has measurably worsened, given that we are daily treated to the (non)spectacle of (non)arrests of obvious enemies of the people.

We are being gaslighted from all sides.

Our “Imperial Capitol” is far, far from my State borders. I pray daily for Balkanization.

  11. Don Curton

Maybe a compromise is in order. We’ll load them on the plane but only fly them halfway home. If they survive the 20,000 foot drop, they’re welcome to try and walk back across the border again.
