Believe it or not, people spend years in college to get degrees in marketing and advertising to come up with stuff like this….

Dickies has been making functional workwear for a very long time, back to 1900 in England and in the U.S. since 1922 in Fort Worth, Texas. They are known for overalls, scrubs and work pants that are made for people who do manual labor, carpentry and farming and factory work as well as people in health care that get all manner of nasty stuff on their clothing.
Clearly the type of people that buy Dickies are the sullen young black men that have never done a day of work in their lives. While it is true that 2Gs love Carhartt and Timberland despite being generally indolent, those are expensive brands while Dickies used to be more of a value brand. You bought Dickies pants not because they were dope but because they were fairly rugged and affordable. They aren’t soft and comfy, when new they are stiff and a bit abrasive because they are supposed to last for a while.
Timberland “work” boots, usually unlaced and unscuffed, appeal to blacks as they love ostentatious and vulgar attempts at adopting what they see as luxury. Carhartt apparel is very expensive as well and nothing a snazzy 2G fella loves more than wearing an overpriced Carhartt work coat, baggy jeans and unlaced Timberland work boots when he is out prowling for a willing water buffalo to impregnate. It is one of the many bizarre aspects of black “culture”, their embrace of vulgar, clumsy and vain attempts at respectability by buying expensive name brand stuff. That is why you will see blacks driving an older piece of crap Mercedes or BMW, they think the brand alone makes them seem well-to-do and sophisticated. They are incorrect.
The comments on the post were delightful, I aske when Dickies started making prison uniforms. Another person wrote something like “Work clothing? More like work release clothing”.
What would possess Dickies to do this?
First and foremost, clothing brands all want to appeal to the 2G market. Not just actual blacks but more critically to Whites that want to dress like blacks. It baffles me that White kids want to emulate the “style” of the dumbest people in America, people that usually wear clownish outfits and call it high fashion, but when you look at the type of people making “fashion” decisions in America it makes more sense.
Then I found out that in 2017 VF Corp (formerly Vanity Fair) had acquired Dickies. VF owns a lot of apparel companies including buying Timberland in 2011 and The North Face in 2000. Timberland used to make pretty decent quality boots and gear but now is focused on fashion and “streetwear”. I do have a pair of Timberland work boots that I actually wear to work in but most of their stuff is mass produced crap designed for people who want to look rugged and outdoorsy while not actually going outside. Worse is the acquisition of The North Face. As a yoof I worked for a few years in outdoor retailing for Eastern Mountain Sports and we sold a ton of North Face jackets to upper middle class White girls but back in the mid 1990s North Face still mostly made high end “technical” outdoor gear. Now North Face is mostly a fashion brand selling overpriced cotton sweatshirts and t-shirts that no serious outdoorsman would wear in the wild. They have ruined what was once a solid outdoors brand.
Then I saw that this month Dickies is moving out of Fort Worth, Texas and relocating their headquarters to California, making them perhaps the only business to move from Texas to California as most companies are doing the opposite. So RIP to Dickies, their brand is about to go completely in the toilet.
This is something that has been going on for a long time and really got bad post-Saint George Floyd of The Fentanyl’s martyring and the subsequent Summer of Love. Just the other day I was on the website of Waterford Crystal and was greeted with this in the wedding gift section.

You might not have heard of Waterford Crystal. My mom had a decent collection of it, partially for nostalgic reasons as she was Irish. Waterford Crystal is very high end crystal and until recently was made in Ireland, most is apparently now made in Eastern Europe. I guess the girl kind of looks Irish but the nog in the picture is unlikely to have ever heard of Waterford Crystal and statistically speaking is also very unlikely to marry anyone, much less a White woman.
This is hardly new. I have written a number of times about this, like here: Africanizing The American Outdoors where I looked at companies like Orvis, a fly fishing and wing shooting company prominently featuring blacks dressed up in flannel shirts on their webpage. I checked just now and everyone on the landing page seems White today. Other companies included Filson, LL Bean and Barbour, all high end brands that I have never seen a 2G wearing.
For whatever reason, marketing “experts” think the way to appeal to White consumers is to feature black models. That might have worked briefly in 2020-2021 but today? More and more Whites are sick of it and being vocal about being sick of it.
Perhaps we will see an end to the nogrification of American marketing because when I go to a website and see a black guy it makes me not want to shop on your site.
Still say we are in the humiliation phase because it’s so over the top instead of subtle…The kikes think it’s time to rub our noses in it and we will have to see if they made the right decision or they get 110ed…
I agree, and that’s why I found Zman’s post a few days ago and all the comments absurd. A few Whites online defending the use of ‘the n-word’ because noggers use it too is weak sauce. Sure, I could drive a few hours west and march around with signs telling the squatemalans and ‘jeets to go home – but I’d get arrested for disturbing the peace or inciting hatred. More importantly, my husband and kids would lose their jobs and be socially ostracized. I’m thrilled Shiloh has not backed down, but if I were her, I’d go dark, move to a small White town far from Minnesota, and keep my head down. The left has an army of female footsoldiers who never sleep, and who live to dig out and doxx people like her. We have in no way turned the corner when it comes to speaking of black reality.
Shiloh hit a sweet spot where she got away with it but most people would lose their jobs and family.
I would suggest skipping the expulsion phase as they always seem to come back…
True Statement…
Yes. So that was what happened to North Face. And sorry to hear that about Dickies.
I recall that in the mid-90s, a bunch of designers and technicians from North Face were so fed up with the reduction in quality they were being forced to go along with, they split off and started a new, much more serious company making extreme quality gear. It was called Mountain Hardware, and their shit was top-drawer, although that level of quality was commensurately pricey.
North Face used to be the go-to, but its death is not recent…
I agree. Seeing 2Gs as spokespersons or otherwise representing a given brand or company, makes me not want to patronize that brand or company on general principle.
I purchased a Mountain Hardware shell around twelve years ago and it’s still going strong. Yes, it cost a bit more than your average shell, but it’s been so worth it!
I bought mostly Marmot gear but the older TNF stuff was excellent, Mountain Hardware was as well and you rarely see a teenage girl or a black guy wearing their jackets
Mountain Hardwear is slammed with negros.
Take a look right here:

Gross you wonder if it’s where they work a lot cheaper modeling or the kikes just rubbing our noses in it that we are being replaced…
Replacement reality in action. That it is annoying or demoralizing is all bonus.
I have a really high end down coat they made in the 90s suitable for just about any severe environment short of Everest but the down coats they put out now are garbage.
I used to backpack quite a bit in the 80’s and 90’s in the Colorado Rockies, and I spent more than a couple of bucks in Eastern Mountain Sports back in the day. I’d pretty much forgotten there was such a thing.
I will add that one never, ever saw anything but Whites on trails that went above 8,500 ft elevation upwards of 14,000 ft and were most of a two day hike from nowhere. Pretty much a one-skin-tone endeavor.
EMS was a great company but even when I worked there they were moving toward “lifestyle” gear, although to be fair the lifestyle gear helped subsidize them also carrying higher end gear.
Brit YouTuber Paul Watson discusses ‘asians’ ruining a lovely hike.
Trash, loud inner-city slum-trash ‘music’, and fights.

.
But Mister Watson is probably just racist for noticing…
.
Am I racist for noticing most of those ‘asians’ appear to be Afrikans?
Crap. I wear Dickies work pants for work, because they last and are affordable. If something goes bad with the pants I don’t break the bank buying a new pair. This sucks. Dumba_ s marketing.
Better buy some extras now, I am sure their quality is on the way down
OT The boyz are going farther afield for their toys:
At least 1 vehicle taken amid rash of North Huntingdon thefts used in drive-by shooting, police say

Even those dumbasses are figuring out the outlying areas are easier pickings
Maybe it’s a play of the meme of everything is 90% black or gay
In many case it is both black and gay
“…..made for people who do manual labor, carpentry and farming and factory work as well as people in health care that get all manner of nasty stuff on their clothing.”
Whatchu talkin’ bout Willis? Pimpin’, farming yer weed, meth lab workin’, fetus disposal at planned parenthood and holding yer turf is hard work and Dickies knows how to outfit today’s workin’ man.
You need the extra flexibility in your work shirt when you really wind up to smack dat ho
You made me spit my coffee😂
I believe Carhart was found to be financially supporting the LGBTQ lobby and/or had statements on its corporate page supporting DEI and ESG . I know a number of the homestead channels on YT made videos about it and some of them stopped wearing Carhart hats and clothing in their videos.
That’s why I have no brand loyalty and won’t apologize for utilizing Amazon. There’s not a single company out there I know of that will explicitly support White people and White causes. They all actively push the pretense that blacks go hiking, that ‘jeets are into waders and fly fishing, and that East Asians all want a bass boat. F**k them all.
Makes one want to learn to sew your own clothing
My wife makes a good bit of her own clothing. Makes me a few shirts and walmart pants.
It is possible.
Actually, I’m seeing a lot more on trails, and it drives me nuts! Always with music on speakers, top volume, and they walk in mobs and don’t share the trail. They move aside for NO ONE. There is no etiquette. Littering, loud, nonstop voices and acting out. Fecking hate it. Have to walk extra miles to get away from the idiocy.
It is ridiculous that they endlessly bitch about being “oppressed” while in fact they are the most entitled and pampered people in America
Well second most, we all know who is the first…
Every other day on the trail near my house I see this when biking. No concept, whatsoever, that others may want to use the trail. No concept that when others are passing them, maybe they should reel in their dog. And god forbid they pick up their dogshit.
Get this. I had an idiot in my neighborhood (a somali, I think) lift his kid up over the fence to look at my dogs. They went batshit crazy. Now, black kids are enemy #1, no matter what. They can’t tell them apart, and they hate them all. I was walking them on a path in the girlfriends neighborhood and one of them skateboarded right at my dogs. They wanted a piece of him some kinda bad. Again, – no concept that they should give a dog they don’t know space to get past them.
I can’t imagine living in a neighborhood with negros. Wiki says there are a dozen of them in my county but I’ve never seen them in the 19 years we’ve lived here.
Last time I saw a negro with my bare eyes was at least 2 years ago. Atrocious diseased animals.
Another sad case is that of Woolrich, a Pennsylvania outdoorsman outfitter for over 130 years. My dad had purchased a few of their wonderful woolen shirts to which I fell heir. He also had a few other things from them such as a nice fleece lined overshirt, and years ago when my dad and I backpacked in the Appalachians during cold weather, we purchased some really heavy woolen trousers (like the shirts, not wearable without robust undergarments) that are not only warm, but incredibly tough. My favorite go-to jacket was made by them; woolen lining, but sturdy nylon shell, with Goretex membrane for true waterproofness, and ample Thinsulate insulation.
I had my eye on more items from their catalogue, but sadly was out of pocket for such purchases. A year or two past, I went online for a looksee, only to find that they had been sold to some Italian venture capital company, and vast swathes of their offerings were no more. It became clear that the target audience had been utterly changed, as garments were being modeled by precious Eurofags and pouty halfricans, and the price points were ridiculous. It was Northface two.
Nowadays, as a retired guy who is still busy with vigorous gardening, and occasional fits of firewood transport, or working on pavers or stone raised gardens, I still have some pre-woke Carhartt coats, but mixed with Duluth Trading firehose pants, and longtail shirts. Also some old Sportsmen’s Guide shirts and miscellany. Think I’ll try a couple of their double-faced work trousers. But the Woolrich of old is no more…
I forgot about Woolrich they made great gear as well. Part of it is that back in the day most men would go hunting at least once a year and worked in their yard, now most men seem to never to anything strenuous or outdoorsy
Yea for sure I wonder what the ratio is of those who post and comment online if they have a White or Blue Collar job I bet it’s 80 20 if not 90 10…
Man. Years ago Woolrich was known for high quality, durable, kinda spendy but worth it clothing. Part of the allure was that Woolrich clothes might never be “in style” but they would never be out of style either.
I just took a peak at the current offerings on their website. GAY AF. Black and fake and ghey.
Dude.
Dickies introduces their new “Urban Line” of riot wear – Darkies
“Put dat ghetto sag in yo’ swag.”
do they have “Ghettopotamus” sizes?:>:>
…Darkies…
I see what you did there.
That’s a damn shame. I spend most of my days wearing a Dickies pocket T. They were great shirts. I bought three recently to replace worn and stained ones and what showed up was one shirt that I expected, and two that look like cheap knockoffs. FWIW, you can score Amazon basics or Hanes that are better these days.
Far as what 2Gs buy? I won’t touch Nike, Cadillac, Mercedes. There’s a big list. I’ll never understand their affinity for that gaudy Gucci crap.
I see decent deals on C and E class mercs, but had a friend tell me to stay away. Those were probably owned and flogged by a negro. The concept of maintenance appears foreign to them. So by the time you’d get it, it will need thousands in repairs.
yup- avoid paying ANY black taxes!
Yea but if you are living around them then you are paying it in one form or another but that magic dirt you know keeps people in situations that they should of abandoned a long time ago…
As I have mentioned before, advertising is no longer about knowing your target demographic. It is about indoctrination. In all forms of media, nigs are shown in well over their numbers in the population. There is also a concerted effort to make “mixed couples” normal, instead of the abomination that it is. I am sure that that is deliberate and advertising companies use mathematical models to determine how best to indoctrinate. The philosopher Hegel was mostly responsible for developing dialectic materialism. But, people that came after him developed mathematical models and formulas to maximize the effect. I would be willing to wager that there are mathematical models the advertising companies use to enhance the effectiveness of developing ads that open up people to the concept of nigs being our equals, nay, betters, and they become the go to models for making it appear that blacks are intelligent, fashionable, middle class, beautiful, and the natural alphas of the world. For America, the world still considers this a “White” country. I think part of this misrepresentation is to make other countries believe this country is a “black” country. Well, “diverse” really. And another important byproduct of these lies is to indoctrinate White youth into believing that blacks should be the elite. When your perception of the world is based on electronic media, you will believe it, in spite of the fact that everything blacks touch turns into a shithole.
“In all forms of media, nigs are shown well over their numbers ine the population.” This comment by Anonymous WM sums it up perfectly. Virtually every ad on TV and in print media features negroes. If aliens were monitoring our television broadcasts from space, they would conclude that 2G’s constituted at least 65-75 percent of our population, based on their frequency of appearance in commercials.
Entire programs now prominently feature nigs as the main stars. The one in particular that gets me foaming at the mouth is the Equalizer, starring the obese, late middle-aged, so-called “Queen” Latifah. So the role of a retired White male MI-6 agent named Robert McCall has now been morphed into a fat negress. This is just one of many roles on TV where White male protagonists have been replaced by negroes. This has been done on purpose, with malice aforethought, in order to indoctrinate our youths into seeing and accepting negroes as being at least equal, if not superior to Whites. It also indoctrinates young people into accepting negroes as being naturally prominent and eminently successful in any and every walk of life in America.
“This is just one of many roles on TV where White male protagonists have been replaced by negroes.”
Cultural appropriation if negroes are replaced by Whites. But, double plus good if Whites replaced by nigs.
“This has been done on purpose, with malice aforethought,”
This is something White midwits and lower have trouble dealing with, and totally rejected by those Whites that have been educated by our educational system. It can’t be done on purpose and with malice aforethought because that would mean that evil exists, and actually controls Clown World. And we know that good and evil are just social constructs, like gender. Quaint concepts, like God and Satan that can’t possibly exist. Only a racist, homophobic, Islamophobic White person would engage in such primitive thought.
This whole thing reminds me of the (one and only) ben stiller movie (worth watching), the one about the male models. Basically, ladyboys dressing in men’s clothing trying to look tough, authentic, manly, and virile.
Pro tip for the ladyboys: Buck hay for a couple summers. Learn how to change a flat tire. Or gut a fish. Throw away your vape pen and get a can of skoal. Get a real job. Something.
Most of the styles and brands associated with male virility got that way because real men bought them and wore them to begin with, and then got co-opted by the pretender ladyboys that want to look like men but don’t want to pay the price of manhood.
Hey Art, I worked for EMS in Maine and NH mid to late 90’s. Maybe we crossed paths at some point…
For what it is worth, in my younger days, Dickies was always “Beaner Haute Coutere.”
The chicano gang bangers wore Dickies everywhere in East San Jo(se)!
Even today, you can find oversize Dickies in the 99 cent stores in the poor areas of California.
So no, I’m not gonna sweat anything that happens to the Dickie brand. It ‘went south’ many years ago.
Done with Dickies.
