St. Louis teen killed while breaking into cars. Police say a thief fired the shot.
The teen in question is one Aeyion Barnett. He was 16 and he and his homies were out committing 2G teen shenanigans, in this case breaking into cars while armed with one of the niglets standing watch and pointing a gun at nearby homes.
One homeowner must have heard something and came out and that is when things got spicy…
A band of thieves breaking into cars near Carondelet Park early Friday fired shots that killed one of their accomplices, a 16-year-old boy, after a homeowner interrupted them, police said.
The resident apparently had fired a warning shot into the ground after spotting the group breaking into cars about 2:10 a.m. in the 6300 block of Vermont Avenue.
Police have made no arrests but believe the shot that killed the boy came from his friends — not from the homeowner.
“They’re on a mission to find guns,” police spokesman Mitch McCoy said of the thieves. “They’re on a mission to get armed and commit other acts of violence in the entire region.”
These yoofs were obviously looking for trouble, the whole breaking into cars thing, and were armed in the hope of getting to pop a few caps. There are plenty of stories of people interrupting car thieves or thieves in general leading to the victim being shot by the hoodlums but this might be the first time I recall the thieves shooting one of their own.
Let’s hope this becomes a new trend.
Also, stop leaving your gun in your car overnight unless you live waaaayyy out in the country.
Hopefully the homeowner will not be charged with manslaughter for firing a shot which in turn caused the return fire that led to the death of one of the the thugz. In this commie/woke/upside down world we live in, I would not at all be surprised if the homeowner is charged.

We live way out in the country and the closest we’ve seen a nig (and it’s been rare – say once every few months) is in town or at the closest Walmart – so 15 – 25 miles. My husband always has his gun within reach nonetheless – and takes it with him whenever he has to go to town. And a rifle is by the door (useful for killing armadillos – although I think we’ve finally gotten all that were under the shed). We may not raise livestock, but the yard is always full of deer, turkeys, and rabbits (why I wouldn’t consider in-ground gardening, not to mention the rocky soil) so when there’s a need, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Door is always open Sister for when you want to come visit😉 Thinking about having another meetup cookout sometime mid July because Pete from WRSA might be coming this way so any of the rest of you hoodlums want to enjoy good steaks and bourbon hit me up and if you are a regular here or other sites that I’m on come on out…Have to let Big Country know because he was open to the idea but with all that he’s got going on it might not be a good year for him…
Would love to come out that way, but husband has a business trip beginning of August and is always crazy busy in the weeks leading up. Plus we choose not to fly so would have to plan ahead for drive time. It will happen, athough probably not this summer.
