ASU ‘stabber’ Kaci Sloan has charges lowered and now faces less than 10 years in prison for knife attack on fellow classmate
A judge has thrown out charges of attempted murder against the Arizona college student who nearly killed a classmate in an unprovoked knife attack in front of horrified students.
Kaci Sloan was facing multiple charges after launching herself at Mara Daffron, 19, as the pair arrived for class at ASU’s West Valley campus on September 19.
The ‘bubbly’ student needed emergency surgery for a ruptured spleen and injuries to her chest and arm after Sloan stabbed her twice in a premeditated attack before being hauled off her target by fellow students.
Two counts were dismissed at a court hearing on Monday, leaving Sloan facing the lesser charges of aggravated assault with a prison term of between two and nine years.
‘We are beside ourselves!’ Mara’s devastated mother told Dailymail.com.
‘So the only way there would be justice is if my daughter had actually died?’

Sloan, 19, has been held at Maricopa County jail since the attack while her victim recovers at home.
Sloan told police she had issues with ‘self-worth’ and had decided to launch her attack the evening before at the $784,000 home she shares with her family in the Glendale gated community less than a mile from the school.
She said she singled out Daffron as an ‘easier target’ than the ‘veteran’ she originally had in mind, and a search of Sloan’s backpack revealed a series of handwritten letters addressed to family and friends, apologizing for what she was ‘about to commit’.
That is understandable. If I was a fat and criminally ugly bitch like Kaci Lenise-Charlie Sloan I would suffer from issues of self-worth but not being a useless piece of shit negress I wouldn’t just randomly stab someone to make myself feel better.
The judge that dismissed the attempted murder charges is one Judge Jane McLaughlin, as if you needed another reminder that most women are unsuited to many roles like being a judge. If someone shows obvious premeditation and planning and carries out an attack that could have easily been fatal, how exactly is that not attempted murder?
Because the attacker is black and the victim was a White girl.
The judicial system, as well as most aspects of our society, places less value on the lives, welfare and happiness of Whites than any other race, all in the name of “equity” and righting mostly imaginary wrongs from a century or more ago.
Kaci Lenise-Charlie Sloan will likely be back on the streets after just a couple of years, if she even serves jail time as she doesn’t have a criminal history. It wouldn’t shock me at all if she received probation and is required to go to some bullshit counseling. She lives in a 3/4 of a million dollar home and is pictured on vacation in France, so her folks will hire her a decent attorney who will give the judge and jury a sob story about how oppressed she is and they will let her walk. Just watch and see.
At a minimum she should be locked up for a decade and sterilized before she is released so she can’t spread her defective genes as you know some big ol’ buck will impregnate her given the opportunity. They will bang anything if you get a little Colt 45 in them. Instead she will be out in short order if she spends any time in jail at all and then probably will sell a book telling her story about how latent fears of White supremacy and slavery made her attack a 105 pound White girl out of self-defense.
