After J.D. Vance mauled Tampon Tim Walz in their “debate”, a lot of /ourguys/ got pretty excited. Vance is a very articulate guy, and very quick on his feet. He has a good grasp of the issues and the facts, and doesn’t seem to get rattled very easily. He is smart and he comes from humble beginnings, not “middle class” like Cumala but rather from origins that are one step up from destitute.
Despite all of that, I have always found him a little suspect. His best selling memoir, Hillbilly Elegy, struck me as more than little exploitative of his people and targeted for an urban audience that would take weird voyeuristic pleasure in peeking behind the curtain at the hill-folk.
Still, you can’t argue with his ability. Ramzpaul was giddy after the debate, declaring Vance to be “the future of the GOP“. How right he was but the future of the GOP looks an awful lot like the GOP of the past and present.

While Vance went to THE Ohio State University, aka Columbus Community College, as an undergrad he also went to Yale law school and is a White guy so you would assume he is reasonably bright. I made a visual aid I would like to get to him.
On the left is a place called “America” where Vance is running to be the Vice President. On the right is a little country called “Israel”. Israel is not America, America is not Israel. An attack on Israel is no more an attack on America than an attack on Mongolia or Cameroon is an attack on America.
Vance is a politician and is the running mate of the greatest ego mankind has known so I am not sure if Vance believes this or if he is just saying what he was told to say but regardless of who “wins” the election, Israel will be the real winner. Trump might push to negotiate an end to the Ukraine-Russia war but I don’t see any chance he will do anything to restrain the slaughter carried out by Israel on the non-combatants living in her neighboring nations using the armaments we give them.
If anything Trump is ramping up his rhetoric after he was hoodwinked into thinking that Iranian hit squads were out to get him. In North Carolina Trump seemed to indicate he was all in favor of Israel targeting Iranian nuclear facilities:
“I listened to Biden yesterday … they asked him, what do you think about Iran, would you hit Iran and he goes ‘as long as they don’t hit the nuclear stuff.’” Trump said on Friday, according to the New York Post. “That’s the thing you want to hit, right?”
“I think he’s got that one wrong,” Trump continued. “Isn’t that the one you’re supposed to hit? It’s the biggest risk we have, nuclear weapons.”

Iran has been remarkably restrained in responding to Israeli provocations. The ballistic missile strikes recently were another case of kabuki theater, doing something to save face even though it was mostly harmless. Israel has yet to hit back (after Iran hit back of course, the whole thing is part of a tit for tat that has been going on for my entire life). Trump? He thinks the best course of action is to strikes Iran’s nuclear facilities which could have significant ramifications for the entire region and be an action that would demand a far more serious response from Tehran.
Back home, according to Vance Trump is promising to turn colleges and universities, already centers for speech suppression, into Zionist propaganda camps:

What exactly does it mean to “protect pro-Israel students”? If a Zionist student feels “threatened” by another student who criticizes Israel for slaughtering civilians, does the university have an obligation to expel the non-Zionist student or face losing Federal funding? Colleges depend on Federal funds so if that threat were to be implemented it could potentially mean that no criticism of Israeli policies or for that matter no criticism of any Jew period would be permitted on campus. I can’t imagine that sort of policy would pass court muster but it still speaks volumes of how deeply compromised Trump is on the issue of Israel and Jews.

I respectfully disagree that the missile strikes were kabuki theater. Apparently Iran gave notice and STILL managed to land many missles past the vaunted Iron Dome. Arthur’s thesis of today’s post, that I do agree with, is that jews think a lot of themselves to the point that they are delusional. The piercing of the Iron Dome breaks that delusion for the whole world to see. This has to fuck with the minds of many jews.

Israel is fighting a 6 front war: Yemenis, Hamas from Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, and Syria. Israel has done a pretty good job of destroying Hamas assets in Gaza. But it is very hard to kill an ideology unless you do happen to exterminate every adherent. Israel has failed in that matter. Israel does not have the logistical and military capacity to completely knock out any one of these adversaries.
So these 6 adversaries can take their turns. It is like a 1 vs 6 wrestling match. Each of these adversaries can tag out and let another get in the ring and throw a couple of punches. Slowly but surely, they will wear Israel out. My understanding is that the Israeli economy is taking a hell of a beating. Israel’s opponents are using a long term war of attrition. And stupid fucking jews took the bait and fell into the trap.
This makes me warm and fuzzy.
Finally, Trump’s pushing Israel to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities is literally retarded. It shows 1) Trump is too fucking stupid to understand the consequences that will happen and 2) that Trump idolizes the jew more than his own people. My guess is that Iran probably already has a nuke or 2.
