The Supreme Court rules that discriminating against White and Asian students in order to admit unqualified black and mestizo students, aka “Affirmative Action”, has been overturned.
Colleges will still try to find ways to get non-White/Asian applicants in but it will be a lot harder.

Start the discrimination lawsuits, I have a few of my own to work on. My Father was promoted to SGM based on a white discrimination lawsuit a Colonel he worked for brought to fruition. It said basically this, affirmative action is violation of the 14th, its discriminatory to have qoutas based on race. Army was only promoting blacks to SGM at that time. Ok, but do we really want more white kids to have their minds fucked by going into the communist indoctrination camps that are modern universities? The legal principal of the case is sound, but the likely outcome only serves to further harm our people. A short term win for a longer term loss, as I see it.
The kneejerk worship that college education has attained in the US needs to end, first because it is the enabler of rampant credentialism (which itself needs to be cut down to size), second because not everyone needs to go to college (which is the line of shit my generation and those subsequent were force fed) and third because US colleges objectively suck.
Oh, and this will also be an enabling act to further exploit more young white people – and their parents – for financial rape, wrought by the debt taken on to attend these leftist shitholes. So you will have to excuse my lack of enthusiasm over this decision. Yes, the decision is legally correct and necessary, as far as that goes. But it now sets up highly undesirable knock-on effects, which very much dampens my enthusiasm for the change in the law.

Indeed, I expect to see some sort of work around from the uni’s that will be tantamount to ignoring today’s ruling. Just as the whole practice of companies requiring a degree to even be considered for a job was originally a work around against affirmative action – to weed out all the”undesirables” – now that any infinitesimal remaining pretense of a meritocracy has been dispensed with, they will find some way to ensure that diversity remains their strength.
Then again, as I alluded to earlier, this may be a desperate move to get more white kids back into college, since they (young men, anyway) have been trending away from doing so, even irrespective of the blatantly exclusionary admissions policies. And since White and Asian kids are most likely to have actual funding (via their parents) to be stripped away (instead of the free ride bullshit all the melanin enhanced ones get), now that the uni’s are starting to actually feel the pinch, they may need to finally concede the need for more White and yellow devils in their hallowed halls.
These sociopathic fucks view everything as a resource to be pimped out for their own benefit, to include – probably especially – human life. And I’ve no doubt whatsoever there are central planners furiously rubbing their hands together at the thought of ruining the minds and future potential of many more Whites than they are managing to already. Over all, this SCOTUS decision is not much of a win for normal people, but it does discomfit and enrage the Enemy, so that’s good. It also exposes hypocrisy that anyone who pays the slightest attention and is capable of independent thought* should already know, but I’ll take it as a small win.
