With no blacks on the jury perhaps we will see some semblance of “justice” after all.
I say “justice” because real justice would have been Austin Metcalf’s brother confirming Karmelo Anthony murdered his brother followed shortly thereafter by Anthony swinging from a tree. Even better justice would be Anthony’s entire bloodline, up and down, being utterly extirpated. Best we can hope for is a life sentence, no way he gets the death penalty and even if he did, even in Texas, it would take decades to be carried out.
The woman who posted this, Sarah Fields, has been all over this case. She gets up at the butt crack of dawn, travels to the court, stands in line and then spends all day watching the proceedings. She has been threatened and harassed repeatedly by black “supporters” of Karmelo Anthony and it will only get worse.
The jury having no blacks is problematic in one way, as soon as I saw this last night my wife said that will be grounds for an immediate appeal if the Murder Monkey is convicted. The black supremacist supporters of Karmelo Anthony are of course already pitching a fit including one “Minister” Dominique Alexander, a “man” that shook a baby so badly he nearly killed it, and his collection of subhuman retards calling themselves “The Next Generation Action Network”

There are still plenty of reasons why the jury would find Anthony “not guilty”, some liberal White woman infused with a lifetime of racial guilt might refuse to convict because of equity and slavery and such. As Sarah Fields is pointing out, the Murder Monkey’s supporters are infantilizing him already, “how can you lock up a baby for life?!”, as if the guy isn’t an adult who brought a knife to a track meet.
We will see what happens, I remain solidly pessimistic that he will be convicted.
Either way, it remains the case that blacks in America are out of control and they can’t be reasoned with and they can’t even be bribed to behave better. The only solution to America’s black violence problem is an old one we abandoned to our detriment.

Just imagine they would start with 1024 blacks in a Thunderdome style tournament (Two enter and only one leaves alive). The winner gets 1 year reprieve from the death penalty. Then he either enters the next tournament or gets executed.

Unfortunately, I fully agree that he will most likely skate – even without noggers on the jury, Collin County is full of han and jeets and AWFLs from both left and east coasts. While han and jeets don’t care for noggers themselves, they are acutely aware of publicity and know they will be identified and targeted, so I predict they will find tarantula head innocent. The Collin county repukes are the type that voted for Cornyn – again and again and again. I saw it; I lived with it. I read that the prosecutors dismissed the black juror candidates because they were ‘educators’ (god I HATE that made-up, hyped-up word) so liberal teachers hired by Plano or Frisco or Allen ISD. And one other potential black juror actually admitted he’d “have a hard time sending a brother” to jail.
The whole trial will be yet another sh*t show. I hope Austin Metcalf’s brother has learned to hate, and that pattern recognition will serve him well the rest of his life. His father is a lost cause.

It is actually a very good thing that there are no blacks on the jury. Even one black on the jury would pretty much guarantee a hung jury in the end, no matter how much irrefutable evidence is presented against Karmelo Anthony.

Texas appeals courts aren’t really interested in Batson appeals, and SCOTUS won’t give it cert if it lands with them. He is stuck with this jury and its ruling. The standard in Texas for an appeal has to rest on the judge clearly and plainly applying the wrong standard, and even the shit media reporting quoted him applying the right standard.
These are the places from which they are drawing the jury pool for cases like tarantula Anthony – filled with H1-bs.

Just read at the Daily Mail that out of the 12 jurors and six alternates, three are “hispanic,” two are east Asian, and two are Arab/Indian. I wouldn’t be surprised of at least one of the ‘White’ jurors was also part mestizo, and/or from NY, NJ, Chicago, or California. And most of them are probably women. No justice for White people in formerly White nations. We need an alternate universe, stat.
It would be far more satisfying if the Murder Monkey had a hung jury or was acquitted and then shot in the head by a sniper while leaving the courthouse in celebration.
