On paper anyway it sounds like a great idea. Many people with vacation homes, whether purchased or inherited, don’t get to use them nearly as often as they would like. That leaves these homes sitting empty much of the year. Along came companies like Airbnb that provided a way for vacation home owners to rent their property on a short term basis. That rental income makes it easier to afford to maintain a vacation home and is a great alternative to hotels for vacation.
It is the “free market” at work, there was a need and a business found a way to meet the needs of both owners and renters. It isn’t a perfect system of course but it has changed the dynamic of vacationing.
Of course that means blacks need to ruin it.
While a lot of short term rental properties are lakeside cabins or apartments in a city, there are also some really fancy properties and what has inevitably happened is that young folks, teens, yoofs if you will, started hosting huge parties. Sure it might be two grand to rent a place but if you get 200 people to show up it’s only $10 each.
Along with the obvious problems like underage drinking and people trashing places, there also came blacks getting into fights, like they always do, and then shooting each other, as they always do. It is a big problem because ghetto blacks living in subsidized housing love to spend a crazy amount of money on a fancy rental place because they love vulgar displays of fake affluence but the veneer of what they consider “class” doesn’t stop blacks from acting like subhumans when gathered in groups, whether in a liquor store parking lot or a million dollar short term rental home.
I have covered any number of these shootings over the years. Airbnb and other short term rental places try hard to keep this from happening but they can’t just refuse to rent to anyone with an obvious black sounding name so it keeps happening. Last November one took place in Bath Township near Akron, Ohio where one Elijah Wells was killed and 7 others wounded at an Airbnb rental. Here is the lovely family of Elijah Wells….

A different 2G was badly wounded, one Reginald “Reggie” Hart, who was shot six times but sadly survived.
Gunshots rang out ten minutes after Reginald Hart arrived at the packed Top-O-Hill Drive Airbnb “Mansion Party” in Bath Township.
Soon, two gunmen ran into the kitchen and continued to open fire. Hart was shot six times. One bullet punctured his lung. Two bullets entered his back; two more struck his feet, Hart’s attorney Peter Pattakos, wrote in a newly filed lawsuit.
“To this day, one bullet remains lodged in Reggie’s left shoulder; he is unable to stand or walk for extended periods of time, has limited range of motion in his arms, and suffers diminished breathing capacity,” Pattakos wrote of Hart, a 2024 Copley High School graduate who played football.
The alleged shooters are 19-year-old Derquan Edwards, 20-year-old Jashawn Stewart and 17-year-old Domonick Smith. Derquan, Jashawn and Domonick? Boromir, sound the horn!
This was not a run of the mill mass shooing, it actually involved some planning and a level of animal cunning unusual from guys named Derquan, Jashawn and Domonick….
The lawsuit claims Edwards, Steward and Smith, with unknown individuals identified as John and Jane Does, acted together to rent the Airbnb located in the 300 block of Top-O-Hill Drive for the night of Nov. 1, according to the lawsuit.
They also allegedly helped advertise the event as a “Mansion Party” birthday party for “Mookie and Marzell” with “free liquor” and “free food,” the lawsuit said, citing social media flyers. The flyers noted there would be “heavy security onsite” and two photographers.
The organizers and Edwards, Stewart and Smith organized the party to “execute a revenge shooting relative to a murder that took place at a party the previous year, whereby a relative or close associate of the party promoters was killed,” Pattakos wrote in the lawsuit.
Luring them in with free food and liquor! You clever monkeys! No idea if Wells was the intended target of retaliation or just got caught in the wild gunfire.
Anyway, all well and good but the issue I wanted to look at is the aftermath. When a black gets shot by other blacks, the obvious thing for that black’s family to do is…find someone to sue! In this case they are suing Airbnb as well as the owner of the house because they claim Airbnb should have stopped these blacks from shooting each other: Bath Twp. Bath Township banned short-term Airbnb rentals in 2014. The lawsuit argued the company should have been aware of the ban.
The lawsuit argues that Airbnb did not do enough to prevent parties and shootings, although the company is aware of both. Since 2017, at least 26 Ohio parties at short-term rentals have ended in gunfire. Many occurred at Airbnb locations. A minor was injured in a 2017 shooting that also occurred at an Airbnb party in Bath Township.
To address these issues, Airbnb uses artificial intelligence to flag prospective renters who intend to throw a party, but Pattakos wrote that these measures have repeatedly failed.
I guess it is on Airbnb to understand the local ordnances of the tens of thousands of different localities, so that is going to hurt them in court, but one big reason that local governments ban short term rentals is that blacks have huge parties with shootings at these rentals.
Like so many aspects of our lives, the costs of dealing with blacks shooting themselves that are passed on in the fees we pay for short term rentals are just another form of the nigger tax.
Not only are there an ever increasing number of places where you just can’t go thanks to blacks, there is likewise an enormous financial burden that Whites have to pay because blacks simply cannot behave like humans. From jails to urban public schools (but I repeat myself), to higher costs in grocery stores and car insurance, welfare, extra police, extra security, endless extortion by blacks, endless demands for more money to “non-profits” to placate blacks, on and on. I wish I could quantify just how much money blacks cost Whites but that task is far too gargantuan for your humble scribbler of racism.

What a nightmare this country has become. Can you imagine, were AirBNB’s available in the “40s through the 60s, that any WHITE couple would treat a rental like this? The whole place would have been vacuumed, windows washed, and the bathrooms scrubbed before folks left. Even the 70s through the 90s would have seen basic decency, Now, thanks to Senator Edward Kennedy and his 1965 bill….the whole country is dangerous and filthy. AirBnB was a great idea, developed for Whites. Then the 2Gs got upset because some hosts would decline their rentals and they sued. AirBnB had to change their policies so that hosts had to accept 2Gs or be kicked off the platform. And 2Gs did 2G things and fucked it up.
