4 shot, 2 hit by vehicles at post-prom party in Fruitport Township, police say
A surprising, or maybe not surprising, number of people get hit by cars or otherwise injured by something other than gunfire during mass shootings. The gunfire sparks chaos and people panicking so accidents are common.
Four people were shot and two were hit by vehicles at a post-prom party at the Fruitport Township VFW hall Saturday night, police say.
Ten minutes before midnight Saturday, the Fruitport Township Police Department were called to the Fruitport VFW on Airline Highway near Sheridan Drive for a report that someone had been hit by a vehicle in the road. As the officers made their way there, they were informed that a shooting had also happened.
“Multiple individuals” fired guns, hitting four people, police said in a Sunday release. All four were taken to the hospital and treated for injuries that were not life threatening, according to police.
Two other people were hit by vehicles in the road during that time, one with serious injuries.
While the shooting happened in well over 90% White Fruitport Township (as of 2000 so that has changed), the prom was from a Muskegon, Michigan high school and Muskegon is around 1/3 black. Some other clues….

I found a Samone Guy on Faceberg, most of her friends seem to be from Muskegon, Michigan so I assume it is the same person.
