To Go Where No 2G Has Gone Before!

You of course remember (if you are my age) the adventures of Captain Link Hogthrob, First Mate Piggy, and Dr. Julius Strangepork aboard the Swinetrek in The Muppet Show skit, Pigs In Space…

Now I give you….Nigs In Space!

The oft delayed, long awaited Artemis II mission is set to lift off tonight, weather permitting (forecast as of this morning looks good).

The media is in full blown hyperbole mode, with headlines like this one from a local station: Meet the Artemis crew in NASA’s first astronaut mission to the moon in more than a half-century

They are not actually going back to the moon. They aren’t even going into orbit around the moon. They are going to leave low earth orbit and do an “out-and-back slingshot”.

This mission is significantly delayed. I talked about it in 2024, It Fell Over. Seriously., and at that time the fly-by mission that was supposed to happen in 2023 and was delayed until 2025 still hasn’t happened but is supposed to happen today. Needless to say the landing at the south pole of the moon in 2024….well that just didn’t happen at all.

The media is not excited about the first return to the moon since the early 1970s so much as they are about who is going: What to know about NASA’s return to the moon ahead of Artemis II’s upcoming mission

The world’s first lunar visitors orbited the moon on Apollo 8. The Artemis II crew will play it safe and zip around the moon in an out-and-back slingshot.

Another key difference: Artemis reflects more of society, with a woman, a person of color, and a Canadian rocketing away.

Stunning and brave! I love that they lump “Canadian” in with “person of color” and “woman”.

“Official crew portrait for Artemis II, clockwise from left: NASA Astronauts Christina Koch, Victor Glover, Canadian Space Agency Astronaut Jeremy Hansen, NASA Astronaut Reid Wiseman”. I am surprised they put the White guy, Reid Wiseman, in front. Even though he is the commander I figured the black guy would be front and center.

At best, there will be another Artemis mission next year that will stay in low Earth orbit, and then finally in 2028 there is supposed to be the first manned moon landing with Artemis IV, just in time to beat the Chinese who are aiming for a 2030 landing. I am not looking to get into the faked moon landing question here (feel free to have it out in the comments) but even assuming we did land on the moon in the early 1970s, this would be the first time since Apollo 17 in 1972 that men (and a woman this time!) will walk on the moon.

Over 56 years to replicate what was done in the 1970s when technology was primitive by today’s standards. No one seems to find that strange apparently. Whatever could we have been focused on over the last half century instead of space exploration?

It wasn’t supposed to be like this. In a 2020 post, The Dumbing Down Of America, I tried to express the optimism we felt as kids…

When I was born in 1971, we were just two years removed from the first manned moon landing. There would be a total of six manned landings, all by Americans, from July of 1969 to a a few weeks before my first birthday. I was born at the peak of the age of space exploration. As a kid I remember watching the shuttle launches and I recall pretty vividly the Challenger disaster in 1986 while I was at school. Growing up we watched Star Trek on TV and saw Star Wars, E.T. and Close Encounters of the Third Time in the theater. It seemed to us that we were on the cusp of exploring space, a new age of discovery where humankind would escape the bonds of earth, conquer the stars and perhaps even make contact with aliens! The future was bright.

As a child in the 1970s and 80s, 2020 seemed like a long way into the distant future and while we couldn’t predict what that would bring, it was assumed it would bring a progressively better society and that space exploration and great technological achievement would make life immeasurably better. Colonies on the moon and even Mars were just assumed to be the natural near-future next steps.

Well that didn’t happen. I think the entire post is worth your time.

What happened instead is that around the same time that we were landing on the moon a different force was at work in America that took the form of “immigration reform” in 1965 and the start of the “Civil Rights era” and the “War on Poverty”. Rather than reaching up to the stars and seeking ever greater achievements focused on the best of us we instead chose to try to pull the worst of us up. We didn’t accomplish that but we did manage to drag the rest of America down to their level.

Over the course of my lifetime we went from spaceflight and men landing on the moon to men wearing dresses and demanding we call them “Ma’am”.

Back to Artemis II. The big news surrounding the flight is that a “person of color” is leaving low Earth orbit. The PoC is Victor Jerome Glover Jr.. U.S. Navy Captain Glover is a fighter pilot, has been to the International Space Station and has three masters degrees from military schools. That is all secondary though, his main qualification is being black. It seems a bit unfair to Glover as he is an accomplished guy who is focused on because he is black but then I read this in the first article linked above:

As one of NASA’s few Black astronauts, Glover sees his presence on the mission as “a force for good.”

The 49-year-old Navy captain and former combat pilot from Pomona, California, makes it a habit to listen to Gil Scott-Heron’s “Whitey on the Moon” and Marvin Gaye’s “Make Me Wanna Holler” from the white [sic]-dominated Apollo era.

“I listen to those for perspective,” he said. “It captures what we did well, what we did poorly.”

I wasn’t familiar with either of those so I looked them up.

Whitey on the Moon” is a spoken word poem by Gil Scott-Heron, released as the ninth track on his debut album Small Talk at 125th and Lenox in 1970. Accompanied by conga drums, Scott-Heron’s narrative tells of medical debt, high taxes and poverty experienced at the time of the Apollo Moon landings. The poem critiques the resources spent on the space program while Black [sic] Americans were experiencing social and economic disparities at home.

The other one mentioned was Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler) by Marvin Gaye….

“Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)”, often shortened to “Inner City Blues”, is a song by Marvin Gaye, released as the third and final single, and the climactic song from his 1971 landmark album, What’s Going On. Written by Gaye and James Nyx Jr., the song depicts the ghettos and bleak economic situations of inner-city America, and the emotional effects these have on inhabitants.

The first lines of the song..

Rockets, moon shots

Spend it on the have-not’s

Money, we make it

Before we see it, you take it

Wow, that is like poetry and stuff. The “civil rights” movement endlessly bitched about the space program, insisting that the money would be better spent feeding black children because their parents apparently couldn’t (which didn’t stop blacks from breeding like rabbits)

Well Gil Scott-Heron, apparently a “black liberation” poet or whatever, and Marvin Gaye got their wish. We did stop going to the moon and we did give blacks trillions upon trillions of dollars and in return they are just as awful as before. Good job! While men like Elon Musk talk about getting to Mars one day, thanks in part to the “civil rights” movement we are just talking about it:

By 1970, NASA officials scrubbed the final three moon landings and President Richard Nixon rejected a new NASA recommendation to build a station on the moon that could be used as a base for exploration of Mars.

“We must build on the successes of the past, always reaching out for new achievements,” Nixon said on March 7, 1970. “But we must also recognize that many critical problems here on this planet make high priority demands on our attention and our resources.”

Captain Glover is part of a major achievement, an achievement that is the result of decades of work exclusively by White men, but he spends his time wallowing in black self-pity?

Boy, it sure seems like even the most accomplished blacks are incapable of seeing themselves in any frame of reference other than victims. Maybe Glover was the most qualified for this mission, maybe not. Under Obama especially NASA was directed to go all-in on diversity and as I quoted in my linked post:

“Women and people of color represent a significant contributing portion of all facets of NASA’s workforce, and the last two astronaut classes selected have included the highest percentage of women in history,” Lal said. “Fifty percent of the 2013 National class was female and 45% of the 2017 class. And today, African American, Asian Pacific Islander, Hispanic and multiracial astronauts are about a quarter of NASA’s active astronaut corps.”

Huh. I am starting to see why we haven’t managed to get back to the moon for over 50 years and even a “fly-by” mission is years behind schedule.

Still I wish them all the best even though NASA and some astronauts seem oblivious to the fact that they stand on the shoulders of White men who came before them and the work done by the “White-dominated Apollo era” was White dominated because no other race could have accomplished what we did in space travel.

This seems like a good time to roll back out The Old Negro Space Program video…

I was going to write something but I just can’t.
    I’m too exhausted.
I will say this though, I will never wish good to those that thrive off of stolen money. Ever.

  2. 3g4me

I don’t wish NASA all the best – I want it to fail spectacularly. Growing up in the ’60s and ’70s, I routinely watched all the Gemini and then Apollo rocket launches and recoveries in school. I remember watching the original moon landing. I also remember all the nogger riots and complaints about the money spent. NASA today is no longer run by White men – it’s filled with han and jeets and noggers and womyn – and those same nonwhites are chosen as ‘astronauts.’ Let every rocket fail to lift off. Let every lift off crash. Why ‘explore’ space if it’s just going to be more of the same ‘diversity’ and degradation we endure on Earth? I realize the cost is not something supported by taxes – it’s just more money printing – but I don’t want even that. Same way I stopped watching the Olympics back in the ’80s. There is no more historic ‘America.’ There is only America In Name Only – AINO – and I hate it. I loathe it. I want it to fail and die and burn. Let NASA in name only die as well. How can any self-respecting White take ‘pride’ in the accomplishments of han and jeets and AWFLs and chant “USA?” I suppose it’s the same way they wear ridiculous ghetto nogger’s jerseys and chant for ‘their team’ in sportsball.

It’s all so very tiresome. And this same bs has been going on for decades, but people just won’t let it go. You know, I remember the bicentennial in 1976 too – and anyone who ‘celebrates’ 250 years this year is a fool. What you think you are celebrating and what actually exists are not the same. Not even close. The past 50 years have been one long national and civilizational nightmare.

    Let it go.

    • Boris

Sing it loud, sister 3g! Thanks for writing what we were all thinking. I, too, hope the mission fails spectacularly for I, too, hate, Hate, HATE this anti-White, anti-Christian ZOG we are forced to live under, which is why I also hope the Iranians continue to defy the demonic armies at their gates, and I say that as a USMC vet. American troops have no business fighting for the zionists and if they do, f em. Sounds like the sailors on the USS Ford certainly made their feelings known loud and clear on fighting for the ZOG. Will we see more acts of defiance from rank and file US forces? I hope so.

      • Big Ruckus D

With the Iranians latest stated objective of hitting corporate whores (that are ostensibly American) – especially tech companies – I think I can actually start rooting for Iran. Anything that makes a dent in the outfits that keep screwing up with “subscription” based products, and are key to implement the digital gulag that’s been planned, is ok with me.

And as I posted elsewhere earlier, this “moon mission” (that isn’t) is primed for failure; the crew, craft and mission control team are all products of diversity quotas and dumbing down, so if this mission I’m now referring to as “Capricorn I” blows up on launch, or fails to return to Earth intact, I’ll probably have a good chuckle. Of course, there’s still time for another PR black eye in the form of yet another cancelled/deferred flight.

  3. Himself

The big shame here is that the welfare state took over. All those 50 something white engineers retired early, many doing a spell at aerospace or the new computer companies that were starting up. They used slide rules, paper, and their heads to design that gear.

They backfilled these guys with nitwits, and then we had affirmative action, then DEI. Somewhere along the lines all that institutional knowledge was tossed out. Not unlike the scene in Remembering Schmidt, where Jack Nicholson passes by the alley to see all this work over the years piled by the dumpster. There wasn’t any money to go to the moon any more, so all was forgotten. I heard an old engineer on a talk show once saying pretty much this. When they computerized, no one thought all those old drawings and notes stored up were worth archiving. They literally chucked that knowledge, and the 50 something engineers got old and died off.

We’ve seen this story again and again, with the peak DEI stupid being that sub that imploded on a titanic trip. They shunned those 50 something white guy engineers that knew what they were doing, even gloating about it.

I’ve met more than a few black military men that were quite sharp. But at the end of the day, they’ll moan about how hard it was. Honestly, it’s bullshit. My grandparents were Irish. The Irish and Chinese had it way harder. Yet, they assimilated and grew.

    • 3g4me

To a degree, the Irish (and the Italians) ‘assimilated.’ The Chinese did not, and cannot. Only through intermarrying – and then only by the 4th generation thereafter, when the descendants are less than 25% Han and never knew their 100% Han progenitors. Even with the Catholic Europeans, blending in took time. Assimilation is a myth – the result is always varying degrees of synthesis. Genetic research has also shown, in almost every case historically, large-scale immigration (which always involved conquest) resulted in the death of local men and the local women bred with the conquerors. The result is all of Latin America, the Caribbean, and parts of Oceana and Asia.

Yes, earlier White immigrants to America had it hard – but in many cases they considered it a whole lot easier than trying to grow enough food to survive on rocky soil that was not even their own. Very, very few of us are descended from people who ever had it ‘easy’ – and even some of those lines died out. Those that survived continue to prosper – studies have shown most of the descendants of the true European ‘upper class’ in past centuries remain generally wealthy and in the upper social stratum today. All those photos of weary peasants or glassy-eyed kids who worked in coal mines or swept chimneys – those who survived were your ancestors. But yes, every nonwhite will insist only their ancestors had it tough and tell you about your ‘privilege.’ F**k them. I don’t care if a few of them are ‘sharp’ – they still carry baggage and resentment, mingling with them still entails watching what you say, and always entails the risk that a friend or relative or friend of a relative of theirs will rob or kill you. It’s not worth the trouble.

      • Mike_C

Yes. I think it’s an esthetic thing (as in “poor form”) disliking the ingratitude most out of the long list of failings of the stupid ones.

In the same vein, when it comes to the smart ones, sure I dislike the genocidal ethnocentricism, the nepotism, the financial criminality, the perversion, the shitty art and architecture, and the promotion and selling of vices. But the hypocrisy part is what really gets my goat. I realize that sounds illogical, but there we are.

  4. Brewer

I have no confidence at all in the vehicle. I will be surprised if the crew survives.

And DOOM on all the hippy freaks/2g’s/progtard trash from to 60’s.

    • Arthur Sido

I don’t know enough about the technical specifications of the vehicle but plenty of recent rockets have blown up so if I was onboard I would make sure my affairs were in order.

    • Big Ruckus D

Well, if this craft fails, maybe nigs can get to space in a conglomeration of all the cars and bikes they’ve stolen from White people since the 1960’s.

  5. Lineman

It’s amazing to me how the commies were able to change the acronym from DIE to DEI and everyone just let them do it…It’s ironic how we let them just walk all over the us and then act like we are resisting… Can’t even control how we speak…Sad That…

    • Big Ruckus D

I still use DIE, and have been swimming upstream trying to reestablish it’s use by others. One man does not a syntactical revision make, apparently.

  6. KGB

First off, Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Goin’ On?” album is the most ridiculously overrated musical work of the 20th century. It’s musically adequate, though nothing amazing, but lyrically it’s by a black man, about black men, and specifically against the White world. And that’s why it’s loved so dearly by aging Boomer types. And to hear that this blue gums afronaut looks to it as inspiration tells me that he’s all aboard the anti-White train. So fuck him. I’m inclined to agree with 3G4ME, if they pull his charred corpse out of the Atlantic tomorrow, I won’t have much reaction beyond a shrug of the shoulders. He’s not my people.

Secondly, to the extent that they exist, I sincerely hope dissidents can get off the “Apollo was fake!” train. No, it wasn’t. The records from that era are so extensive and overwhelming that you can’t be judged a serious person for doubting them. And it’s important to us because it’s the single greatest human achievement of our lives. Go back and look at the NASA control rooms, at the contractors, at the engineers, and at the astronauts. They were almost entirely white. No other race was capable of what they pulled off. Listen to the mid-America twangs of the Apollo astronauts, men like Pete Conrad or Charlie Duke. They were salt of the earth types who just so happened to be brilliant, daring explorers. We have to stop tearing down our heroes, our exemplars, our people.

    • Big Ruckus D

Marvin Gaye was a marginal talent among his kind There are plenty of black musicians of much greater ability, whose shoes he wouldn’t be fit to shine. He only gets the perpetual ass kissing he does today because he was gunned down at the height of his career. Funny how making someone a martyr has a way of rehabbing their image posthumously (couch cough, MLK) into something far better than they ever were in life.

      • JC

His death was typically Black – living at home despite the $$ he earned and then pissed away on drugs, gunned down by his out-of-his-mind crossdressing, mentally depraved father.

I respect Marvin Gaye’s talent, but What’s Going On wasn’t even his best album.

        • Big Ruckus D

I guess I never really thought about that much before, but you are absolutely correct, his death was very prototypically black. Very similar to the dysfunctional circumstances we read about 2G’s find themselves in here on an nearly daily basis.

    • TakeAHardLook

Our “Black Astronaut” has probably viewed “Hidden Figures” dozens of times, hopefully drawing inspiration from a movie that celebrated the math skills of some black women.

But it was an engineer–Jack Crenshaw–who was the real genius behind the Apollo missions. It was he who figured out the “Free Return” Orbital math that made moon shots feasible.

But Jack was a White man so his contributions were shoved to the back of the bus…..

  7. George True

There was a reason that all of the astronauts from that previous era were White men. And it was not racism. When you looked at the sea of engineers and scientists in Mission Control, every one of them was a White man. Again, there was a reason for that, and again, it wasn’t racism.

Back in that day and age, common sense still existed in America, at least in certain government agencies such as NASA. The overriding concern was accomplishing the mission. As such, they chose only the best and brightest, and that happened to be White men. But now, for every ‘person of color’ or female of any color on the Orion crew, I can guarantee you that there were dozens, if not hundreds, of more qualified White men who were passed over.

And they are just getting started with their intentional exclusion of White men and then rubbing our noses in it. I would bet money that on future Orion moon missions, wahmen and Peeples of Color will be the majority. I guarantee it. One of the future missions, perhaps THE mission where they finally land on the moon, will have a crew composed of TWO women (one White and one black or pajeet), one male 2G, and only ONE White man. You heard it here first.

  8. DWEEZIL THE WEASEL

The “Space Program” was a contrivance from the beginning. I was 10 years old in 1957 when the Soviets launched the Sputnik satellite. As per the culture, Americans went batshit crazy: “They can nuke us from space!” “We don’t have enough engineers.” “We need to teach more math and science.” Etc. So, the knee jerk reaction was typical American, even though it resembled the Benny Hill Show. Rockets kept blowing up on the launch pads. Tax dollars kept flowing into every kind of crackpot scheme to get Americans into space. Hollywood kept churning out Sci-fi flicks to keep the sheeple interested. Then what happened?
We bested our Communist enemies and did them one better with several costly, wasteful trips to the moon. Then we spent even more on the Space Shuttle. And on and on. But when you reference the above facts, the Negroes got uppity because they were not getting a bigger share of the debt bucks. A good book which documents all of this is WHITEY ON THE MOON by Paul Hersey. And I will wait and see if this politically correct, woke space crew makes it back from their trip around the moon. Amerika ist verloren. Bleib ubrig.

    • Steady Steve

The way we beat the communists was to out spend them. Or more correctly, to indebt future generations into future penury. As Elon Musk’s father said, “The reason blacks are a problem in America is you made the mistake of feeding them”.

I wonder if the 2G will do 2G stuff in space, going after the woman without her wanting to be his object of affection.

Or maybe he will feel disrespected by the two white men and do something stupid.

I know why they will avoid putting two 2Gs on one spaceship together. Because after less then 2 days they will have beef with each other and solve it with their guns (with switches).

You couldn’t find it because the “fellow Yts” own Wiki. And because the Noticing is growing rapidly, Wiki has been feverishly deleting “early life” portions. Also the year he sign up to join the forces we had a ban on straight white men in anything but infantry. He had to check one of the other boxes to be considered.

    • Big Ruckus D

^ exactly this. The FUSA doesn’t have the juice (heh, not a racial reference this time) anymore to do large scale literal “moon shot” projects. This includes major civic projects like large scale interstate highway construction (which, at best, now get bare minimum maintenance to what is already existing, with a periodic new bridge or upgraded interchange) or a high speed rail project as just two examples of what is no longer realistically achievable.

The capability to do these things has been stolen from us, starting with the funding. But the means of educating and producing the talent for bringing these ideas to fruition has also been destroyed, by our now fully captured and hopelessly compromised “universities”. We simply will not be allowed to have nice things, because all the air (and money) will be sucked out of the room by parasitic, envious cunts bent on our suffering and destruction.

  13. KGB

Aboit 10 minutes away from launch, I kist saw a prepackaged segment on the crew. They all mouthed the same globohomo shibboleths. I’ve noticed that whenever they launch rockets today, the flight announcer has to utter some egalitarian “inspirational” faggotry, like “Artemis lifts off, returning humans to the moon with a payload of inspiration and empowerment!”

  14. JC

Assuming we are seeing a genuine mission and not the usual fedgov smoke & mirrors, failure is inevitable in an age of incompetence, corruption, and Blackness. Another nail in the coffin for former America. And it is justly deserved. For when you exalt Blackness, you reap the whirlwind.

The greatest sin of Boomers and their children was having the greatest country in the world handed to them on a silver platter, and tossing it into the toilet. History will exact a harsh judgment.

  15. RDG

What is never spoken by the Negroes who bitched about the money spent on the space program is it wasn’t their money we spent. It was money taken from white Americans to send white men into space using technology developed by white men. How the niggers convinced white Americans to give them their money instead of using it for space exploration is one of the wonders of the world. We spent 25 trillion on niggers and they still can’t read, but a token is going into space. Niggers act like they developed the technology and we took their money for the space program. We are dead.

  16. delow24

The news show in my area did a whole segment on the lesbian who is supposedly flying around the moon as she is from the local university. I had to laugh out loud as they had a backup lesbian, a backup 2G and what I thought was a backup White man. Funny to me how they have to send two White guys up to run the whole show. I highly doubt though they are going to the moon, probably have a studio set up somewhere to do like they did back in the 70’s to make us think it is really happening. I have a big problem with the whole radiation and cosmic rays thing as I think that prevents us from going outside the Van Allen belts so I think this whole thing will be a hoax as well.

  17. Laughing Gator

There is a tsunami facing both the US and Western countries and this NASA mission kind of shows it.

I work in IT and am in my late 50s but if you look at any high end IT shop, Power Plant, Engineers, etc you see MOSTLY white or grey hair on white men and a few white women. There are some token 2Gs and pajeets but 95% of the real work and knowledge is being done by the older white dudes.
The thing is within 15 – 20 years ALL of these guys will be retired and who will replace them ?

My company like all others have tried to hire younger people and once in awhile you find someone worth a shit. But the majority of Millenials and Gen Zers and of course the 2Gs and pajeets are not worth a shit and end up quitting or getting fired.

We are facing a crisis like South Africa secretly is now which is “who runs and designs and builds shit when the old white guys are gone” ?
That’s us in 15 – 20 years, we’re fucked and the Hipster dumbasses, 2Gs and pajeets just cant do it. Maybe the Chinese will come in and do it, I dunno.
