People running at Rodeo carnival prompts closure hours early, HLSR officials say

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo closed its carnival hours early on Saturday after officials said a group of people began running in the area.
According to HLSR officials, a group of individuals began running in the rodeo’s carnival area, which prompted others nearby to begin running as well….
….On Sunday, HLSR released a statement about the incident:
“Last night, fights occurred in the carnival area, causing some guests to run and create confusion. Out of an abundance of caution, the carnival closed early to prioritize the safety of our guests. Law enforcement and on-site security responded immediately.
We hold daily meetings with law enforcement and are working with them on an elevated level. Law enforcement and the Rodeo are actively monitoring social media and deploying additional officers as needed. Together, we are taking proactive steps to help ensure this type of incident does not occur again and to maintain a safe environment for our guests.”
You can guess what the “runners” looked like. I’m feeling generous and I will give you three guesses but you really only need one.
If you look at the Facebook page for the The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo it looks like a lot of fair and livestock shows, kids showing animals, rodeo events, mostly country music performers. As always the problem is that in a public venue you get the subs showing up and they just can’t stand seeing people enjoying themselves so they cause trouble and ruin it for everyone. Younger people simply can’t comprehend what life was like when you could go wherever you wanted, to the fair or an amusement park or out to eat and not have to worry about gangs of feral yoofs chimping out.
That is just one of many similar recent incidents as spring break is kicking off. I am not sure what exactly the subs are taking a break from, I would suspect most of the people causing trouble are just black locals who are attracted to other people having fun although “black Spring Break” is kicking off as the HBCUs swarm the area.

Clear back into the 1950’s, “Spring Break” was recognized as a huge debauch, with unruly crowds, riots, wholesale drunkenness, and property destruction. The only thing which is being added to the mix is the change in the skin color of the revelers and the use of firearms to settle disputes. I dealt with melees like this when I was a Peace Officer in SoCal. Between this and all of the potheads at the rock concerts in the 70’s, I can look back and thank God, I made it through those unpleasant situations without getting stomped into the dirt by the mob.

One of my Deputy Sheriff co-workers was called to a loud soiree (all white) near a local SoCal beach. He was surrounded by the mob and backed into a corner. I went to spring break a time or three at Panama City Beach back in the late 80’s.

We went to the Houston Rodeo BBQ cookoff a few weeks ago. It’s an awesome, fun event and we almost every year and then hit a concert, too. Great food and drink and lotsa entertainment. It starts the Thursday through Saturday and the actual rodeo and concert lineups start that Sunday and last for almost a month.
It’s huge, it’s staffed with absolutely awesome volunteers. A big FFA presence and these kids can win a fortune for college scholarships, etc. Somewhere along the line, (((someone))) decided we need niggers. Not growing up in Texas, I have read stores of how there used to be “negro day” at the state and county fairs.
At the Houston Rodeo, they have a few Tejano nights with mestizo artists. We haven’t seen too much trouble from them. But then they came up with “Heritage (sic) Night). They will have a nigger artist and you can fill in the rest from there. The awesome, aforementioned volunteers have developed heritage fatigue and don’t usually find a way out of their assignments.
I would like to make a motion that he bring back Negro Day (I’ll concede the capitalization) if we can let them one night of chimpery so th rest of us can enjoy the rodeo and events.
