It was another of those flashpoint cases that divided the country. A crazed black man named Jordan Neely in 2023 was menacing and threatening passengers on a subway car. A White man named Daniel Penny, a Marine Corps vet, restrained the out of control Neely who died as a result of drug use and poor health sort of like George Floyd. Penny wasn’t charged at first but after the Usual Suspects pitched a fit he was charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. Penny was acquitted on the charges of criminally negligent homicide and the jury was deadlocked on the manslaughter charge. I would guess that a black juror(s) was the cause of the deadlock.
While Jordan Neely’s father had basically nothing to do with him growing up and Neely had 42 criminal convictions, his dad claims he wuz a good boy and dindu nuffin: “He wasn’t out to hurt nobody. He was a good kid and a good man too”. I guess my definition of a good man and his are dramatically different but then again daddy is suing Daniel Penny. Looks like he got real interested in his son when he thought he could make a buck off his death.
Like Kyle Rittenhouse, Daniel Penny got off lucky. He did the right thing but that is usually the wrong thing to do in America these days but unlike the McMichaels and Derek Chauvin he escaped being thrown into an American gulag.
The impact of the Penny case? Despite him being not convicted of any crimes he did end up arrested, on trial and came quite close to being locked up with animals because he tried to protect people from a crazed criminal. I am confident that his trial like that of Rittenhouse and the McMichaels among others is sending an intentional clear message to people, specifically White men:
Don’t interfere with blacks acting like blacks or you might be the one on trial.

A 19-year-old man will spend 18 years in prison for raping a woman aboard a CTA Blue Line train on the Northwest Side and battering a correctional officer while in custody, according to court records.
Tyshawn Robinson was sentenced Thursday by Judge Charles Burns after pleading guilty to aggravated criminal sexual assault during the commission of another felony. He was 17 at the time of the April 29, 2024, attack, but was charged as an adult.
CTA surveillance video showed Robinson and the 38-year-old victim were riding the same train when Robinson attempted to touch her near the Addison station around midnight, officials said.
The woman moved away, but Robinson followed her, eventually grabbing her and pulling her onto his lap, according to a detention filing. When she tried to break free, Robinson put her in a chokehold with his arm and forearm, preventing her escape, prosecutors said.
Robinson forced the woman over a seat in the car and sexually assaulted her at least twice as she fought back, prosecutors alleged. Officials described the attack as a “prolonged” assault that occurred in front of witnesses. He fled when the train’s operator entered the car. Chicago police found him nearby a short time later.
He was 17 years old at the time and he did this in front of witnesses.

The real question, why the hell didn’t anyone do anything to stop him?
Without knowing details about the passengers on the train that witnessed the “prolonged assault”, it makes me wonder if people, specially White men, have been sufficiently cowed that they won’t interfere with a man raping a woman in public on a subway?
I don’t expect a subway car full of blacks to intervene when a chimp is stabbing a White girl like Iryna Zarutska to death of course but this guy was repeatedly raping a woman. No one tried to stop him?
Also at the risk of “victim blaming”, why was this 38 year old woman riding a subway in Chicongo apparently alone at midnight? She should be able to of course but come on, this is Chicago we are talking about.
The Daniel Penny effect is going to embolden criminals who will act with impunity because they know in their tiny little lizard brains that no one will stop them. Even if they are later caught and arrested they will get a light sentence. Come on, 18 years for raping a woman on a subway train? In Illinois he will probably only serve half of that time at best, returning to the streets a worse animal than he was before he went in.

As the late Sam Francis tried to warn us, “anarcho-tyranny” is very real in this country and across the West. Protected classes of people can do pretty much as they wish without consequences or with only perfunctory punishment, while unprotected classes are subject to the full weight of the law at all times. The former is the “anarchy” part of the equation, while the latter is the “tyranny” part of it.
The unequal application of the law is a perversion and corruption of the legal system, one which must be rooted out root-and-branch. Such systemic attacks upon the legal system as George Soro’s “Secretary of States” project are just the tip of the iceberg; I believe if memory serves that he and his people have also installed DAs and judges who fit their communist/cultural Marxist ideology.
Thugs, whoever they may be, will start to fall back in line once they know that there will be genuine negative consequences to their actions. An overhaul of the laws governing recidivism wouldn’t hurt, either. Once a given crook has had a certain number of contacts with the legal system, yet still has not reformed his ways, we can be pretty sure he is beyond salvaging.
Maybe that John Carpenter film, “Escape from New York” had the right idea. Or in the real world, the French with “Devil’s Island.” Make sure that security is airtight around such maximum security facilities, and then deposit the savages there and let nature take its course.
Regarding Daniel Penny, if the President is serious about protecting such fine young men as Penny, then he and his people need to put together a package of protections for such people in case similar incidents take place in the future, as they certainly will. Not only protections from criminal charges, but from civil suits as well. Once such a bill is revised, it ought to be rammed through Congress.
The bottom line is that people respond to incentives. If we as a society want more heroes along the lines of Penny, then we need to create conditions that reward such behavior, and do away with legal/fiscal punishments of such unselfish heroism.
Such measures should be federal, insofar as they need to overrule state laws which come into conflict with them.
The only thing that surprises me is that this doesn’t happen more often.
