Miami police say a group of boys took a 12-year-old girl to a community garden in the city’s Overtown neighborhood as one of them raped her for 30 minutes.
Authorities said Jusiah Jones, 12, shoved rocks in the girl’s mouth so she couldn’t scream while Nelson Nunez, 13, sexually assaulted her.
A third boy, Xavier Tyson, is accused of participating as well; he was 14 at the time….
….“The victim began to yell, ‘No, no, stop, stop, it hurts’ and while she was yelling, (Jones) put rocks inside her mouth to shut her up” as the rape continued for a half-hour, the report states.
This is something I couldn’t even imagine going on when I was 12 or 13 years old.
As always let’s reflect on the future for these fine young scholars. Who among us didn’t hold a 12 year old girl down and rape her when we were in middle school, cramming rocks in her mouth so she couldn’t scream and ruin our fun?
These young subs are going to be tried as adults so they might get big boy sentences. According to Grok rape in Florida is punishable by up to 30 years or even life, depending on whether they are charged with Aggravated sexual battery or Basic/non-aggravated sexual battery which can carry a sentence of up to 15 years.
I am assuming this will be settled out of court via plea deals which means these little rapey monkeys are going to get very light sentences. Let’s say 10 years. They will be in juvie until they turn 18, learning to be worse criminals from their peers before presumably being transferred to adult prisons once they hit 18. If they get sentenced to 10 years it is unlikely they will serve the full 10 so even the oldest Xavier Tyson who is 15 now will probably be back on the streets when he is in his early 20s.
What will Xavier Tyson, Jusiah Jones and Nelson Nunez be like when they are in their early 20s having spent their middle school and high school years in prison?
They are already worse than animals. Is a decade or so of prison likely to make them better or worse?
We all know the answer to that. These subhuman “teens” are going to be far more violent when they get out. What does an early 20s convicted rapist, maybe with a GED obtained in prison, do for a living when they get out? Maybe work in fast food or more likely they will immediately turn to crime. Having assaulted a 12 year old already and likely in turn being assaulted by older boys in juvie and then adult men when they transition, I am sure they won’t be looking to return to their favorite pastime once they get out.
What should be done is obvious. Declare them unfit to live in civil society, hopeless cases that are only going to be a burden on society and dangerous to decent people, and then string them up. That won’t happen and the inevitable result will be the system unleashing these little monsters in a few years where they will rape, rob and likely murder.
No matter how awful the examples of sub depravity we see, they can always go lower.
If guilty, can we just execute them now?? Save the taxpayer some money…… and execute those who want to defend these POS……
