Authorities would soon learn that Wardlow and Harris had been in a tumultuous six-year relationship that was characterized by “domestic violence, stalking, and threats of harm,” according to a police report obtained by Memphis-based ABC affiliate WATN.
He was sentenced to 4 consecutive life sentences and then an extra 830 years in prison just for good measure. That ought to do it. This is Ivori, and yes that is how it was spelled.
I am wondering how he got off 117 shots. Assuming he was using a handgun you can get a Magpul 50 round 9mm drum for Glocks, but even if he was shooting with both hands he would have to reload. Magpul also makes a 60 round drum for ARs but you really can’t fire two of those at a time, I mean you can but come on. It sounds like he reloaded at least once and more likely more than once. Either that or he had some sort of belt-fed machine gun?
Guess if you are going to kill someone, and you have sent a series of threatening text messages so it will be easy to figure out whodunit, then you might as well burn through your ammo supply. Dude is looking at possible parole some time in the year 2200 so he might as well get comfy.

Statistically, that’s sounds about right. Less than a 10% “on target” rate.
In Florida some years back a perp shot a deputy; the sheriff and his men caught up with the guy and in the ensuing gunfight they fired, IIRC, about 150 rounds into his body.
A Leftard reporter asked the sheriff (sarcastically) “Why didn’t you shoot even MORE bullets at the guy?”

I’ve heard that story somewhere before. Keeping in mind that there were multiple cops shooting at the perp in that scenario. In this present case, 117 rounds discharged by one guy with (presumably) one gun. That he had a sufficient ammo supply laid in to reload multiple times is also notable, and goes to intent.
Years ago I was a member of a shooting club and we had the members range and 2 small public ranges.
I remember one time I asked one of the owners why they had 2 public ranges and why they were small like 1 lane each ?
He said watch this as 2 2G gang bangers came in and went on the public range. You could watch them behind the glass and OMFG !!
