We spend a lot of time here at Dissident Thoughts on the topic of crime, more specifically black crime but given that blacks commit most violent crime in America that is understandable. Of course their ridiculous behavior while committing those crimes does add an amusement factor that cannot be discounted. Whites, mestizos, Asians, they just don’t have that same flair for the absurd when killing people.
What is not so amusing is the sheer scale of this problem. It is hard to understand for most people. We all get things like “13% of the population commits 60% of all murders” but as I have pointed out it goes much deeper than “just” murder: Not Just Murder. Not By A Long Shot..
To try to narrow this down a little, I looked at just the prison population of my own state of Indiana. Using the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) data, as of January of this year there were 24,482 adults locked up in Indiana state prisons and a mere 323 juveniles (I assume the most serious juvenile criminals are locked up in adult facilities?).
I also checked the far left “Prison Policy Institute” (PPI) which is concerned primarily with critical issues like “Prisons in Indiana have tablets, but they may be being used to restrict incarcerated people’s access to books and sap them of the little money they have”. Oh crap, pedophiles in prison don’t have unfettered access to the internet so they can watch kiddie porn in prison? You do understand prisoners are being punished right? That is why they are in prison.
According to that group, there are a combined 49,000 people locked up in Indiana in state prisons (25,000), local jails (19,000) and Federal lock-ups (3,400). The Federal number is so high thanks to the U.S. Penitentiary in Terre Haute with over 1,100 prisoners, and Terre Haute is where Federal death row prisoners are executed including Timothy McVeigh who I believe was not executed and is alive and well.
Of those prisoners, you will be surprised to find that while Whites are the bulk of prisoners in a state that is 75% White, blacks are disproportionately represented in the Hoosier prison population. Adults per the IDOC:

Something I found interesting is that Whites are a much lower percentage of the juvenile prison population (48%) than adults (60%). Some of that is due to the general population trends in Indiana, according to the Indiana Business Review the Hoosier state is far more “diverse” in the under 18 population:
That explains some of it but not all of the difference. Around here I am seeing a lot more crime committed by not just blacks but also mestizos and among the large Burmese “refugee” population. Second generation Burmese seem to be trending more criminally inclined, notice that Asians are less than half a percent of the adult prison population but four times higher at over 2% of the juvenile population. Back to blacks and the PPI…
As you can see, when it comes to jails (mostly local and for less serious crimes), Whites are about right on pace with their population while blacks are 18% of jail residents while only 9% of the overall Indiana population or approximately double. However in prisons for more serious criminals, Whites are only 58% while blacks are 31% meaning blacks are 3.5 times more represented in the prison population than you would expect from their overall representation. Notice also that mestizos in Indiana are significantly underrepresented in both jails and prisons, owing to most mestizos (at least around here) being people here to work however poorly and illegally.
This only shows a snapshot of the current population. How many blacks are currently out of jail but with a record? Given that most black criminals arrested here seem to already have a lengthy rap sheet I would guess a lot.
The cost associated with “mass incarceration”, the result of “mass criminality” as we aren’t grabbing random blacks off the street and locking them up for no reason, is enormous. This is the budget for the Indiana Department of Correction.
In Indiana, just the IDOC prisons alone account for $711 million in the Indiana budget. As there are fewer than 7 million people in the Hoosier state, that means each of us is on the hook for over 100 dollars and my family for around a grand just to lock up miscreants in the state.
So what to do? We have an enormous problem with criminals across the country, even in our nation’s capital. Not just the current population but the former felons and the future felons. What is especially galling is that we know with near certain predictability where the crimes are coming from, namely the black population. My proposal is simple, if tongue in cheek.
Rather than waiting for blacks to commit a crime and then have to figure out which one did it, arrest them, run them through the court system and then stick them in jail over and over until they kill someone….
Why don’t we just preemptively lock-up every black at a certain age, say 11, and then let out the ones that prove they aren’t dangerous?
Urban public schools are already basically doing this. From middle school onward they are prisons where the ones that manage to not get arrested and occasionally show up to class become valedictorian. This would be the same thing.
Perhaps we could provide careful testing to see what levels of impulse control and basic reasoning they possess. If you can hit certain milestones you get released with no criminal record. Some would get out fairly young, most by their early 20s. By that point you can pretty much figure out which blacks are going to be in and out of prison for life so those just get sent to some sort of island ala Escape From New York. We could flood New Orleans, put a giant moat around it and make the whole thing into a permanent dumping ground for the worst blacks. I am not heartless, I would air drop food into the city so they don’t starve but otherwise let them work it out.
If a black gets released from the initial evaluation system and then commits a single felony, they get a one way ticket to New Orleans or wherever we decide to store these blacks. The fear of that would be enough to keep most in line. We know even tame blacks can chimp out so it wouldn’t be perfect but it certainly would be more effective after weeding out the worst of them.
Imagine an America where the only blacks you see have been carefully screened and are deathly afraid of stepping out of line.
I think this proposal has some real potential…

The only blacks without a record are those who haven’t been caught yet. About 90% of the time, when I read of some murder and/or rape being solved years later via DNA, it’s some black who raped and murdered a White woman. And while I realize, of course, that you are being facetious, I’m opposed to your ‘proposal’ and even that of Ghostsniper. I don’t want to see blacks in school, on the street, in prisons, or on tv. There is nothing good this world would be missing if they all vanished tomorrow.
I hope to one day see you elaborate your thoughts on McVeigh. I’m already convinced the official story on OKC is BS. I’m sure there’s some rabbithole I could go down, but you’re a more trusted source than the average page encountered in such a journey.

As with 9/11 here were two sides using it: the US deep state/Clinton(s) and Mossad. A modest proposal no doubt. I still say offer them all $1 million and a one way ticket to wakanda with an agreement of incarceration and deportation if they return, any further attempts gets the death penalty.
