I was half expecting them to charge Karmelo Anthony with some bullshit manslaughter charge or something but from what I am hearing the video of the incident is pretty damning and doesn’t show any physical contact from Austin Metcalf before Anthony chimped out and stabbed him.
According to CBS there is a wide latitude in sentencing….
The teen, who is facing a first-degree murder charge, has been on house arrest since being released on a reduced bond on April 14. If convicted, Anthony could face a possible sentence of 5-99 years or life in prison. In the Texas criminal justice system, 17-year-olds are considered adults.
I doubt even if found guilty that he will get life in prison, probably the best to realistically hope for is 25 years or something of which he will only probably serve what, 12-15 years? An indictment is not a conviction so there is a long way to go but this is a positive first step.
Gee, I hope Karmelo and his family enjoyed the half million in blood money they received and have no doubt pissed away.

Collin County Texas was 51.3% ‘White’ in 2022. That includes at least 2% Muslims (guarantee it is a lot more) plus various Hindus and mestizos. 22.4% were born outside the US (tons of pajeeet/han/mestizos). The number of Whites has dropped in the past 3 years, and a large percent of those (at least 40%) are not originally from Texas. Lots from NY/NJ/CA/Chicago. When I had to endure my jury duty, the crowd was barely half White, and they called about 75% non-whites and women. I will be shocked if this jury doesn’t have a preponderance of both, and seriously doubt they will vote to convict.
I saw one pajeet and two negresses at the nearest Walmart yesterday; ruined my day. Wherever you go, they always follow. And even one is one too many.

Frankly white women are likely to be the biggest problem so far as any Karmelo Anthony jury goes. Yellows and browns generally despise negroes.
