Perhaps I am mistaken, but I thought that BCE was raffling off the rifle to raise money for medical expenses for Mike Hendrix. As many of you know, Mike is the blogger extraordinaire who has run the Cold Fury blog for the last 20 or 25 years. Mike also rescued the Western Rifle Shooters Association blog from extinction after they had been totally deplatformed twice. Since then, WRSA is piggybacked on Cold Fury.
Mike had to have his left leg amputated a few years back, and unfortunately about a week ago, he had to have his other leg amputated as well. He is out of the hospital now, but will be in rehab for awhile.
