While most 2Gs embrace the nihilistic thug lifestyle, a small number try to change the culture of violence in the black community. It is a Quixotic quest but still they are at least trying. Needless to say, their efforts are not only mostly futile but they are also often met with hostility from the very people they are trying to save.
1 killed, 5 injured in shooting during violence intervention meeting in Hickory Hill, MPD says
Six people were shot at a Hickory Hill office park during a violence intervention meeting. It happened around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon near the corner of South Mendenhall and East Raines roads.
Memphis Police (MPD) reported a man was killed, another person was seriously injured and four more are expected to be okay….
….Family members identified the man who was killed as 22-year-old Matthew Williams. According to his mother, he started participating in Memphis Allies to stay out of the streets. Despite his best efforts, violence found Williams and took his life….
…..Other violence intervention groups including Heal 901 headed to the scene to show support.
MPD would not comment on whether the shooting was a direct result of Memphis Allies’ violence intervention meeting but Heal 901’s founder said retaliation is always a possibility in that line of work.
“The work must continue,” K. Durell Cowan, founder and CEO of Heal 901, said. “I empathize with the family and send them my deepest condolences, but once these cameras are gone and the microphones are no longer here, we are still ready to answer the call whenever work comes.”
A surprising, or maybe not surprising, number of these “violence interrupters” or “intervention” types end up being involved in gang activity on the down low. Perhaps they get an insider view of law enforcement and that aids their thuggery? There was an episode of The Sopranos when Tony paid a black “youth activist” to have some gangbangers roust crackheads living in his mother’s house (I might have the details off a bit).
In general though, it seems like the sincere community activists in the 2G community, as opposed to the race hustlers, are fighting a losing battle that isn’t even supported by their own people. You would think blacks would want to reduce the number of blacks being shot and killed by other blacks but they don’t seem to care. They would rather bitch about White people and when blacks do try to call out their own people they are labelled “Uncle Toms” or end up being jailed later on (Bill Cosby).
Contrary to what so many normiecons claim, it isn’t just an issue of culture. Having more fathers in the home might help a little but when most of the fathers are also thugs, probably not as much as they want you to believe. The problems in the black community are based in biology and that is why I insist on pointing out that black “culture” is downstream from, or in other words the inevitable result of, black racial biology.
There are no easy solutions to the problem of black violence because they are no solutions that don’t involve something pretty radical like mass remigration to Africa.

We had a local ad campaign called Victory Over Violence that played on the local stations, some black women crying with pictures of their dead sons.
Didn’t change the crime rate one bit.
What could be more futile than trying to change a creature’s basic nature? Tell a shark not to bite, a scorpion not to sting, a gopher to stop digging holes, a low-IQ simian to think before acting. It’s just not going to happen.
Absent corporal punishment, the only viable solution is containment. You can’t stop or control the impulsive action, so you contain it. This is what prisons are for, psych wards, and chemical restraints. This is what segregation achieves. What worked before can work again, if we just summon the will to implement it.
What does 2G mean?
So the Heal ceo said the work must continue. So that means more deaths of the ones who want to stop the violence. Yea, seems like a plan. Where was the ceo when the human violence took place? Were these folks only protection the love in their hearts?
Well, the CEO knows that there are still Escalades to be bought and money to be grifted. So the “work” must go on.

“We are the world.” I really hated that insipid song (and all the limousine liberals who were there performing it made me gag) as a kid when it first came out. Now it damn near drives me to paroxysms of rage to hear it. Fuck that song, and what it represents (propping up Africa beyond it’s natural carrying capacity by our misguided generosity). Thankfully, large scale public efforts like that have fallen away, to be replaced by NGO’s doing that shit on the sneak (who have now had the screws put to them, too, luckily).
I was working second shift in a defense contractor production facility when that treacly shite was released. One evening someone started up singing the chorus and across the shop floor it was picked up in a spontaneous outpouring of fake ‘n ghey schmaltz. So proud of themselves, the assholes gave themselves an ovation when it finally ended. *Gag. Puke.*
