What The Actual Eff?

Somebody ‘splain this one to me….

A warrant has been issued for a 30-year-old Fort Wayne man awaiting trial in a 2023 murder case after he was released and failed to appear back in court last week.

Devonte Travier was one of two men charged in the deadly shooting of Diasha Renee Fitts near Winchester Road and Airport Expressway in February of last year. Demaury Haywood, the second man charged in the case, was convicted and sentenced to 80 years in prison for his role in Fitts’ death….

….The defendant is set to go to trial in the case on Jan. 21, 2025. He faces four felony charges, including murder, dealing in methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice.

OK, so his buddy already was convicted so they have the goods on this dude too and his homie Demaury got 80 years. That is a long damn time. For some reason a judge let a man charged with murder get bailed out and shockingly he isn’t coming back to go on trial. Why would he? If they are going to lock him up anyway for the next 80 years, even if he manages to get out in half that time, he will still be a very old man when he is released so might as well go live it up while you can.

If Devonte manages to commit more crimes while on the run, maybe even killing more people, will the judge who let him out be held responsible? The cops spent a lot of time and effort to track this guy down, arrest him after a short chase and make the case for his conviction only for a judge to let this guy out. Now people are shocked that a guy facing an almost guaranteed effective life sentence decided “Nah, I think I will skip that whole trial thing”?

If you are looking at 3-5 for robbery or something, skipping bail is dumb because it will just add to your sentence but if you are looking at life? Why not take a chance and run for it? Hit some bars, bang some broads, maybe shoot some people that pissed you off. At this point every day he is on the run is one less day he spends behind bars.

Gee Wally, why is violent crime out of control in America?

What was his bail? Surely there must be a bail bondsman out gunning for his disappearing ass. Unless, of course, it is deemed raycisss to expect a po’ dumb brutha to have the resources to post bail, and he was released on his own recognizance. (“Do you recognize yourself, Devontae? Good, you’re free to go. See you at trial.”)

I am sure it is all a mistake.
He probably has never been charged or incarcerated before.
    He is a good boy.
I once watched a Judge throwing charges out so a rapist wouldn’t get life back when the 3 strikes law was in effect.
    It’s coming…….

It is likely that the brothers of the woman he killed, inadvertently as it turns out, might be looking for him and if they find him before Johnny Law…. well they might not need that trial after all.

Did lil’ Georgie Sorrows get a foothold there in FW?
Just saw the map and it shows only one Sorrows Long March lawfare comrade in Indianoplace.
Shitavious could blend in there in Crapital City and enrich the local gang scene in this steaming fourth word turd Amerikwa the Kwanstain.
    Si se puede!

Nogs are a preferred species in FUSA nowadays.

Just as nobody expects those White boys in the Arbery case in GA to get out of jail this side of The Rapture.

Effing nogs are getting the pass and it teaches them that they can do anything that they want because some Leftard White dumbass judge will spring ’em much too often.

This world is sick. So, forgive me when I pose a ‘sick’ question: What do you guys think the 12 y.o. girl’s body count is?

I don’t care to know, but you can be certain that the home life there is absolutely unacceptable.

At this point, parents, teachers, and gov’t workers (mandated reporters) need to be held accountable.
