The second shooter in the Toledo Old West End mass shooting is in custody
Second Old West End Fest shooting suspect arrested, expected to be brought back to Toledo Thursday
The second alleged shooter wanted in connection to the Old West End Festival mass shooting was arrested Wednesday in Columbus, according to police.
Ka’Nye Taylor, 20, was wanted on 11 felonious assault charges after investigators say he fired into a large crowd during an altercation at the festival on June 6.
Court records show he appeared in a Franklin County courtroom on Thursday. A judge set his bond at $500,000. Prosecutors said he’s expected to be extradited back to Toledo on Thursday.
Two people from rival groups exchanged gunfire at the Old West End Festival, according to Toledo Police Chief Michael Treondle. Bullets struck 12 people, nine of them innocent bystanders.

He looks like they just wiped the drool from his chin before snapping the picture. I can tell without reading the story that he wasn’t arrested in Lucas County, home to Toledo, because the Lucas County mugshots are all taken in front of a white wall that washes every pic out.
The other shooter is the delightfully named Eljay Miguel Crisp-Carr and he was arrested in Toledo as you can see from the mugshot….

Sadly they won’t be immediately strung up so this isn’t justice in any sense and now they will be in prison for decades getting three hots and a cot paid for by Ohio’s taxpayers but at least they won’t be shooting anyone else or knocking up random Shaniqua’s and mudsharks.
They both should be sporting a dozen whip scars on their backs and working the pig shit troughs for the next 10 years under heavy shotgun supervision.
If prison was like that you’d see crime plummet overnight.
Even that is too good for them. Summary execution, period. Enough of this bullshit idea of warehousing and supervising them – at any cost – for years or decades on end. It’s not like they’ll be rehabilitated to become useful, upstanding members of society upon their eventual release, and everybody knows that.
Eleven felonies is a PHD in the hood, you know the state isn’t playing when they start stacking charges.
