Not that some loon tried to rush the White House Correspondents’ Dinner with multiple guns but that even though he shot a Secret Service agent, fortunately the vest stopped the bullet, and agents fired on him….none of them hit the guy.
The brief grainy video I saw of the guy rushing past them showed an agent seemingly really struggling to draw his sidearm, not helped by the fact that he was leaning up against something instead of paying attention and was startled by the guy running past him.

I would think a Secret Service agent on the Presidential detail would be able to draw his weapon smoothly just from muscle memory out of a dead sleep. This guy looks like he about pissed his pants, jumped out of the way and then fumbled with his gun. I am sure he is going to get to watch that video clip over and over and over….
Again, none of them shot the guy. They shot at the guy but missed him.
Damn son, I grew up thinking the Secret Service was this top notch security force, now they keep looking like the Keystone Cops.
I bet these guys back in the 1980s would have smoked that dude. Imagine getting riddled by a guy wearing Argyle socks and carrying an Uzi. That is a proper way to go out.

Edit: It looks like he might have been the one to catch a bullet so that excuses the fumbling with the gun if he was but not the casual leaning against the table looking like he was bored.
1983 may as well have been a different universe, when comparing it to fake and ghey clown world 2026. The amount of degeneration that has taken place in 43 years to leave us with such rank incompetence, and a society gone completely to shit, is breathtaking. I guess they felt that nicking one of Trump’s non-vital body parts a second time would be too much of a strain in credulity. Even the setups lack enough competence in planning and quality in execution to be convincing anymore.
Somewhere in the bowels of the intel leviathan there is a dejected scenario planner wondering why they couldn’t get a perfect made for tv moment out of their many months of hard work. Bibi pats them on the head and says “now, now, better luck next time”.
All flash and pizazz these days, old pictures of special ops guys looked like dudes going out to plink at tin cans, none of the super tacticool gear. All of that money spent and things just get gayer
It’s just another “Cage Aux Folles”, performed in order to distract the sheople from further, nefarious activities.
Ask yourselves: Why do these performances happen ONLY in JEWSA?
Truly surprising the guy in the bottom left didn’t blue on blue.
I was waiting for them to start blazing away and hit each other
Arthur, in retrospect, it was fortunate that the SS could not hit anything. The way that they were positioned was a “circular firing squad.”
Lucky for all concerned that we don’t have a couple of dead/injured agents to cry over this morning!
Come on already, jacktards! Remember Rule #4 at the gun range? “Be sure of your target AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT.”
Clown show! Does the SS run drills or do they go to bars after work to impress girls? [“Hey, babe, I work for the government; wanna see my badge? I’m a badass”].
It could have been avoided if they had been paying the slightest attention to what was going on
I’ve seen photos from last night including a short mestiza and a fat white guy – keystone service. They are just as full of DIE as any other organization, and nothing has changed since 2024. Trump is all bluster and hot air; he’s substantively changed very little organizationally. I recall reading back in 2015/16 about the private security he had – you’d think the man would have kept them around instead of the feds.
And the suspect is, of course, a mulatto – photos of family show his moronic white mama.
The wannabe assassin sure has an interesting background and story, seems sketchy as hell
The guy leaning was the guy that stopped the bullet, you can see how he reacts as he absorbs the impact and he’s knocked off balance. Then he draws.
Some others suggested that on substack, if that is the case it is understandable but it looked to me like he was just startled which happens when you are leaning on something and looking away when a guy runs past you
What very few people appreciate about ballistic armor is that it may stop the bullet, but that kinetic energy has to be dissipated. Likely like getting slugged with a baseball bat.
The most dangerous place to be is in a room with lots of armed gov’t employees.
Training is a sine qua non. But mindset is what keeps you alive. That’s why I am here this morning typing this instead of taking a long dirt nap. Whether I was moving inmates in County Jail, pushing a Black-and-White through suburbia, or working plainclothes, I was always looking, listening, and planning. The problem I have seen over the years with most Feds is they were never real street cops. They were fed the propaganda that they are the creme-de-la-creme and those state, city, and county cops are dullards. And yes, a lot of the local folks I worked with were lazy and stupid. But a lot of them were not. And we kept our distance from Feds with guns, as did Miami-Dade did that day when the Famous But Incompetent faced their moment of truth with those two gunsels in 1980.
“They were never real street cops.”
Bingo ! You hit the bullseye, Dweezil. Back in the early 1980’s, my sister went through the lengthy interviewing and vetting process, was hired, went through the training at Quantico, and became an FBI special agent. But the main reason she got hired was that at age 32, in addition to having a college degree, she also had TEN YEARS of experience as a police officer. As you alluded to, in the FBI of that era, solid experience in law enforcement was one of the main things, perhaps THE main thing they were looking for in prospective hirees.
And in her case, it paid off for them. Several years into her career, she was instrumental in the capture of some guy who was on the Ten Most Wanted list at that time. The Fibbies were looking hard for this guy, but having no luck after many months of looking in all the wrong places.
Along comes my Sis, after being assigned to the case, who says ‘I know how this particular kind of lowlife dirt bag thinks, because I dealt with them for years. We need to stake out THIS place and THAT place, and he will show up at one of them sooner or later.’ And sure enough he did, and they nabbed him. She got an official ‘Atta Girl’ for that.
In today’s FBI, her years of police experience would likely mean very little. Someone like my Sis would very possibly be hired as a Diversity hire simply because she is female, but not for any other reason. Today’s FBI seems to be focused on all the wrong things, and for all the wrong reasons.
