A criminal affidavit states that Taylor was allegedly aiming toward a target named “Lil Greg.” After the shooting, Taylor apparently fled the scene and returned to his apartment, where he tried to dispose of his gun and told his girlfriend that he had been involved in a shooting, police said in the affidavit.
It is typical that he missed killing some monkey named “Lil Greg” who almost certainly was a piece of shit and instead killed a White girl. In a better world Shaquille Taylor and Lil Greg would have each fired a single round at the other and both would have been killed instantly.
It should be obvious but someone that is too stupid to understand being executed ought to be an encouragement for being sentenced to death, not an impediment. He cannot be allowed to walk the streets ever again. A lifelong incarceration is in many ways more cruel than execution, not to mention far more costly to the taxpaying public that did nothing wrong but is forced to pay for this piece of crap to live for half a century locked up.
There are few passages in the Constitution more misconstrued than the part about “cruel and unusual punishment”. The Founders would not have considered an execution of a black guy that murdered a White woman to be “cruel and unusual” no matter how dumb he was.
As I said, this was an old case and the court found him competent to stand trial. That doesn’t change the fact that this guy was out wandering around, had a girlfriend and who knows how many little niglets he has spawned.
The question it ought to raise: what do we do about the millions upon millions of people in this country that are so incredibly stupid that there is doubt they are intelligent enough to execute?
We used to deal with this issue by involuntarily sterilizing the dumb, criminal and indolent among us. In the Supreme Court decision Buck v. Bell the SCOTUS ruled that involuntary/compulsory sterilization was constitutional in an 8-1 ruling. The case dealt with a woman named Carrie Buck who had gotten knocked up as had her mother who was also “feebleminded” or in other words just flat out dumb. The state of Virginia had her sterilized and this was constitutional in the famous words of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. because “three generations of imbeciles are enough”.
Carrie Buck was not really even that dumb, her IQ according to later reports was just shy of 90, but she was considered a burden on society and the expectation was that her children would be the same.
Now consider someone like Shaquille Taylor.
Shaquille Taylor is not just really, really stupid. He is also a violent thug who lacks the self-control that would have prevented him shooting wildly at some rival but instead killing an innocent White woman. Lacking any impulse control, and his female counterparts lacking the same, means it is likely that he would or has already passed on his terrible genes to one or more children, likely multiple children.
He ought to be swiftly executed for the murder of Jillian Ludwig but more than that, he should have been sterilized as soon as it was confirmed how stupid he is.
In a make-believe libertarian world where there are no government programs and everyone has a pink unicorn, if someone is stupid that is their problem and if they can’t care for themself or their offspring they would just die off. We don’t and never will live in a libertarian society.
Instead what we have are a shrinking population that is on the hook for food, “education”, housing, incarceration and everything else for an increasing population who have no obligations or responsibilities and who face very few consequences for laziness or criminality unless it is of the worst kind and yet they get the same vote as productive, non-retarded Americans.
In a society like ours, the productive ought to be able to say “if you are on welfare, if you are lazy and refuse to work, if you commit violent crimes, you get removed from the gene pool so we don’t have to pay for you or your progeny”. For violent criminals it means a short drop on a rope from a tall tree. For the lazy and stupid, it means dumping chlorine into your gene pool via sterilization.
Of course that will never happen, most “conservatives” wouldn’t go that far. Even telling poor people that they can still have free food via SNAP but they can’t use it to buy sugary drinks and candy is being met with lawsuits that I suspect are funded by Pepsico and Walmart. This is just me ranting about something that we can’t do anything about.

I’m not totally recalling, but are you referring to the fact that Paul has mentioned on the podcast that he had a friend who was killed in a similar way, about 10 or more years ago?

Most people – of any race – are irredeemably stupid. Despite decades of gene studies and irrefutable scientific and sociological evidence that intellect and most aspects of behavior are genetically inherited, comment threads are full of “poor kids” comments when the parent(s) are violent, drug addled, aggressively ignorant, etc. “Oh, they need fathers.” “Arrest the parents.” “Hope they get given a good home by loving people.”
Of course, none of that matters. Garbage in, garbage out. No ‘good environment’ will help. Even half White genes doesn’t help – look at all the mulattoes birthed/adopted and raised by Whites. Many of them kill their White parent(s). Almost all reject them and their civilization and values. You can’t fix these people. Hell, you cannot even change most White people – genetic tendencies and habits of lifetimes passed on from prior generations are very resistant to change.
While I would not directly physically harm/brutalize any child, people must stop looking at other races’ children as innocent, blank slates they can adopt and fix or teach. Nits turn into lice. The alien children will turn out more like their biological ancestors than their adoptive parents – this is especially most evident when dealing with other race adoptees. It’s NOT a good idea – it’s not even a historically Christian one. It’s just more telescopic philanthropy and anthropomorphizing every alien as an merkan in waiting.
White people need to have their own children – White men with White women – and raise them themselves. It’s a very old pattern and its proven to work. But still people think they can fix things, they know better than their ancestors. There’s nothing new under the sun – including deluded people who think they can play God – and claim God’s mandate to do so.

Modern Christians have a suicidal altruism that has resulted from the “Love, love, love” misinterpretation of mostly the Gospel according to John, and the “Judge not, lest ye be judged” misinterpretation of Matthew. Now, we can debate what is meant by curse, but I’m pretty sure most critical thinkers would agree that present day Babylon, I mean, America, is what, for lack of a better word, cursed. When you study the Law, you see that the majority of it pertains to “government”, i.e., social structure and the relationships between people. It is a contract (covenant) between the party of the first part (God) and the party of the second part, the Israelites. If the Israelites obey their assignments, they will be blessed, or protected, by God. If they don’t, they bring punishments upon themselves. And the New Testament (contract) only changes the Law of Ordinances, which is to say the sacrifices and the operation of the Temple. Nothing else changed. And the Sacrifice became a one time thing and replaced the animal sacrifices with the Messiah’s sacrifice. A temple was no longer necessary, since each man’s body was a temple.
I have seen it said that the Law is 75 to 80% related to Government between people. That just shows how important it is, and how it needs to be codified to know what is required. The contract between people and between
God and people is permanent. It is not changed because it works. People have to know their rules of conduct for the same reason games have rules. You have to know what is accepted and what invokes penalties. Business people have contracts for everything. One, because business people are so sleazy they don’t trust each other, and, two, because you want to know what the rules are before entering into a business relationship. If you don’t, you will have what we have in the world today. Chaos. Perversion. Mixed multitudes. Once you have a mixed multitude, like we have in the West today, the rules change to cater to one segment of the population at the expense of the other. Especially, where the ruler is Satanic and uses chaos to keep the population divided against each other. We have entered into a “business” relationship with the jews and the negroes, illegal immigrants, muslims, homos, and the rest of the dregs of the planet without our knowledge or consent, and we are supposed to follow Satan’s rules, which removes God’s protection since we no longer worship him.
Even animals do better. Remove from gene pool (execution, to be clear). Sure way to raise the IQ in these parts of the world.

My hope is that this criminal gov’t will bite off more criminal money than it can chew and choke to death. Unburdened by the enormous weight of gov’t based democracy a great leveling will occur where the peace and understanding people will one by one eliminate all of the people and things that hinder the bulk of us.
Shaquille Taylor would be but a very minor in the bucket of disposable trash and his termination would come fast and almost effortless. A merchant would plug his vagrant looking ass right on the spot for negatively effecting his profit by his mere presence.
As you know, the gov’t won’t fail all at once. It will fall slowly at first, then there will be total collapse. During this time, strong people will become stronger and take on my responsibility for the world around them. Everybody will become the “police” and the “judges” and deliver justice on the spot. These will be hardened men and supporting them will be hardened women that know their role. The people that do not understand this dynamic will not last long or will go into deep hiding.
