Man killed near Seattle hookah lounge that was scene of 2024 shooting
One man was killed and at least two others were injured in a shooting near a hookah lounge in Seattle’s Chinatown International District early Saturday, Seattle police said.
Police found a man with gunshot wounds in the parking lot around 5 a.m. next to Caravel Hookah Lounge, near Eighth Avenue South and South Lane Street, Detective Eric Muñoz said in a blotter post. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were found in a car nearby, in the 500 block of South Dearborn Street…
….Later, a fourth person with gunshot wounds arrived at Valley Medical Center in Renton, and “his involvement in the fatal shooting is under investigation,” Muñoz wrote.
The last sentence seems to suggest that the fourth person was one of the shooters. That explains why this shooting doesn’t appear on “mass shooting” lists as the criteria used by the leftist Gun Violence Archive doesn’t count people who were involved in the shooting.
This “private members-only club” was also the scene of a mass shooting in 2024 where 5 people were shot.
Based on their Instagram page the “Caravel Hookah Lounge” caters to a dusky clientele. Big shocker there.
“Hookah lounge” takes an early lead in the race to be the most dangerous venue in America!
