It was only a matter of time before we got “He said nigger!” in the Cincinnati race riot.
Before I get to the substance of the article, a moment to look at the ridiculous notion that the use of the Forbidden Word That Must Not Be Spoken justifies any and all violence by blacks. If a black is caught attacking a White person, even if the White is outnumbered or very old or a woman, you can be sure they will pull out the “They called me nigger” card. Virtually every contemporary black, and far too many Whites, agrees this is a sufficient casus belli to justify violence even though blacks 100 years ago heard the same word and experienced actual “oppression” but didn’t fly into a murderous rage whenever they heard the word nigger.
The word nigger is so triggering that it is referred to in hushed tones as “The N-Word”, as if merely speaking it might cause evil spirits to appear. It invokes the foundational English legal principle, Niggerus Speakus Excusus. While blacks can voluntarily and gleefully listen to the word nigger shouted and mumbled into microphones by rappers all day, if they hear the word and a White person is in the vicinity, even if the White person might not have said it, it justifies any subsequent action by blacks up to and including murdering the nearby White.
Just watch, I will be stunned if the public defender representing Karmelo “Murder Monkey” Anthony (his family having spent all of his “legal defense”/blood money on new shoes and cars) doesn’t throw that out there and claim Austin Metcalf called him nigger and thus forced Anthony to stab him in the heart.
Law school for blacks must be pretty simple. No need to study the actual law or legal precedents. Just remember these three tactics.
- Step one, assert that your client dindu nuffin, loves his mama and is turning his life around.
- Step two, claim your client was the victim of racism
- Step three, claim your client was called a nigger

Back to the article, appearing on Fox News yesterday with the headline: Video of racial slur yelled during the brutal Cincinnati beatdown emerges.
New footage showing the racial slur that was shouted during the brutal beatdown in Cincinnati, Ohio, last weekend has emerged. In the video, someone can be heard yelling the N-word as the violence begins to unfold, though it is unclear who exactly said it and to whom it was directed.
Attorney Brandon Fox, who represents defendant Jermaine Matthews, told Fox News’ CB Cotton that “it was not a Black [sic], racist mob attacking people. These were separate fights that were triggered by racial slurs that ultimately poured gasoline on the fire.”
Fox also said that his client was not involved in smaller fights, but rather was trying to break them up. Matthews only got involved when he was slapped by a “taller White man,” according to Fox.
This is going to be the legal defense apparently. Good luck with that. One attorney is claiming that his defendant, Dominique Kittle, suffers from “schizophrenia” and was “scared”. If your client is indeed that mentally ill and gets “scared” to the point that he gleefully joins in stomping on a 60 something year old man, maybe your client should be involuntarily admitted to a mental institution? That same attorney, one Caleb Baum, already tried the Niggerus Speakus Excusus tactic in the arraignment but the judge apparently wasn’t having it….
“He was scared,” Baum explained. “He was an impressionable person that night. He’s charged with an M1 and everybody got charged with the F4.”
“Everybody that was involved,” Baum continued. “Except for the man that thrown the first punch and the man that said the ‘N word multiple times with Black people, which I find to be very…”
Baum was then cut off mid-sentence by (Judge Gwen) Bender who accused him of “grandstanding,” the act of making exaggerated or theatrical statements or actions primarily to impress an audience rather than to genuinely advance their legal arguments or contribute to the court’s understanding of the case.
Bender set Kittle’s bond at a total of $150,000. He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Nice try. There are three or four people already under arrest, the ones I found quickly are pictured below: Montianez Merriweather (left), DeKyra Vernon (center) and Jermaine Matthews, the Scaredy Cat Schizophrenic (right).
Montianez is a career criminal who was just indicted a few weeks before the attack on charges including possessing a stolen pistol and he has “…five children, one of whom is biracial”, which I guess is supposed to prove he isn’t racist because he knocked up some mudshark. His family claims that he “loves and cares for them” (his children). Well shit, case closed! Matthews, the Scaredy Cat Schizophrenic, is accused of coordinating the attack and kicking the victim “in the face and chest”. This incident is becoming another flashpoint in America’s unspoken race war and Ohio Republicans like Vice-President J.D. Vance and Vivek Ramaswamy are hammering this incident to paint Democrats as soft on crime. A local “pastor” amusingly named Damon Lynch that I remember being a race hustler when we lived in the area is wondering why the White guy isn’t under arrest and why he didn’t walk away, comparing a man being assaulted by a troop of ferals on the ground with a black guy fleeing from the police after committing a crime.
Ohio is a “stand your ground” state according to the USCCA, so a person being attacked does not have a “duty to retreat” and in this case the guy would have been justified in shooting his assailants as he was clearly in immediate danger of great bodily harm, although as I stated previously I wouldn’t want to test that in a court of law in 2025.
When Damon Lynch isn’t lying he is being disingenuous. He knows full well that this isn’t about two guys who may have been drinking getting into a fight but rather a group of black people ganging up on a lone White guy, kicking him while he was on the ground. That doesn’t matter to his people so he will stand in front of a microphone and spew that bullshit with that faggy necklace that is supposed to look African without a shred of shame. In the days after July 26, our city − and the nation − erupted in response to a violent incident downtown at Fourth and Elm streets.
Within hours, a viral video of the fight became a national conversation. But I can’t help but ask, where was the same energy this past February when neo-Nazis and Ku Klux Klan sympathizers marched through Lincoln Heights, a historic Black community in Cincinnati?
Armed white supremacists showed up with swastikas, shouted racial slurs, and intimidated Lincoln Heights residents in their neighborhood. The trauma it left behind still lingers. And yet, beyond local community leaders and a few officials, there was no national condemnation. No viral tweets. No press conferences. No calls to action.
Well Christopher Griffin, I might point out that people marching in a demonstration that saw no violence on the part of the marchers is something that is protected speech and expression while a group of blacks attacking a lone man and knocking out a lone White woman are illegal. It gets back to the Magic Word. Hearing someone say nigger is at least as bad as being pummeled by a crowd or a woman being punched so hard she is knocked out.
As long as there is political pressure and this case stays in the news at least in Ohio, it is less likely that the assailants will be given ridiculous plea deals and instead will serve real time. The guy that knocked out the woman should face charges of attempted murder as someone knocked out falling to the street like that could easily be killed by the fall but that won’t happen.
On the bright side, if you can call it that, it has been an interesting year for White racial awakening, most notably with the cold blooded slaying of Austin Metcalf by Murder Monkey Karmelo Anthony followed by an enormous outpouring of blood money paid to his family. A month later a White woman named Shiloh Hendrix caught a little black kid stealing from her and was recorded saying nigger, but instead of condemnation from Whites she raised close to a million dollars from GiveSendGo. There is a subtle but real shift in attitude among Whites who can no longer pretend that race is just skin color and that they and their families are targets simply for being White.
Baby steps but unlike some I haven’t written off my people. Every White that wakes up is an ally on our side and we can use all the allies we can get.
It’s long past time we started to again normalize the word nigger as a garden variety insult. Just like many others that we hurl at friends (usually half in jest) and at enemies. While I don’t advocate using insult words for no reason, no word should be so taboo thst it can’t be uttered. Language is inherently a limited form of communication and we shouldn’t limit the number of words that may be used.
