Of course his name was Harjinder Singh. And of course he is here illegally, crossed from Mexico and then was given a CDL from California. Gavin Newsome should be arrested along with the California legislature for making it possible for people with names like Harjinder Singh to get a license to drive a big rig on highways in the other 49 states.
I am glad to see they at least arrested the guy but the bigger issue is that three people are dead and the “best” case scenario is that Florida will now have to pay to incarcerate someone who never should have been here and then the U.S. *might* deport him when he is released. According to Grok and some other sources I checked, the minimum sentence in Florida for Vehicular Homicide is 9 years, 3 months, and given that he killed not one but three people he could get up to 15 years. Not sure if that would stack because three were involved or if they would be served concurrently but regardless even with being let out early he is looking at a decade in the slammer, paid for by the taxpayers of Florida, and then he gets released. By 2035 will we be deporting anyone? I doubt it. Maybe White people who won’t keep their mouths shut.
His buddy who also has a CDL I assume will probably not be charged with anything and will be back in a truck on a highway near you in no time.

There is a lot going on in just this one simple story.
An illegal Indian who got himself to Mexico and then crossed into the U.S. meaning that he had at least had enough money to fly from Mumbai or wherever to Mexico and then get himself to the border in 2018. You can get a one way flight from Mumbai to Mexico City for under a grand and then I suspect there are plenty of outfits in Mexico that were helping people from India, China, Haiti, wherever, to get to the border and then cross it and on the other side more outfits to help them navigate the process of getting a CDL.
It’s bad enough that these guys get CDLs in California but once they do they can now drive anywhere in the country despite being here illegally.
I would like to know who he was driving for or if he owns his truck who he was contracted by to haul that load. Name them and shame them. I have this colorblind civnat normie friend, at least that’s my general assessment of him, and he has taken up truck driving. Without any prompting from me, one day, out of the blue, he told me that his opinion of Indians has gone down since he became a trucker. This was just a month or so ago.
The more people interact with them the worse their opinion of them gets. They are OK when your interactions are limited or they are in TV shows like Apu but dealing with them regularly is a nightmare

I’ve been a professional CDL driver for 30 years. Most of the stupidity I see from other truck drivers comes from sub-Saharans, Eastern bloc, and Indians. They have scant regard for US customs/courtesies/laws on the road, and they behave as if they are “back home.” They have no desire to assimilate. They are here to plunder, loot, and pillage our resources. They are taking advantage of our good nature, and give back very little. They must go.
