Still Spotsylvania County isn’t exactly Detroit or Memphis so when the news was first coming out about 3 people killed and 3 wounded, and early pics I saw showed a lot of Whites standing around behind police tape, I thought we might have found a unicorn shooting committed by Whites.

Here is Jeremiah Upson, age 18, who was one of four people arrested. The other juvenile yoofs are unnamed as they are a pair of sixteen year olds and one 17 year old.
Reports from the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Department suggest that this was an “illegal gun sale that went wrong” and I am guessing two groups of 2Gs decided that it was simpler to shoot each other than to work out a mutually agreeable deal.
It was a decent kill/wounded ratio but at close range with AR-15s it is more likely you kill someone than with a Taurus 9mm. Several cars and house windows in the area were shot up so it looks like they were making full use of those 30 round mags.
Even in a heavily White area, more than zero 2Gs means trouble and when trouble happens, it almost always them again.
Honor students get in a lot more trouble than when I was in school. But then, our high school was across the lake from some of the higher end mafiosos of the area, so that might have been a factor. No one called it FAFO back then, but we all knew what it was about.

Arthur I am very disappointed to see you denigrated the Taurus gun brand in this article. They are not bad guns. I purchased a Taurus GX4 as a concealed carry gun for my wife and myself. I was at the gun range several weeks back and I shot the Taurus better than I shot my Sig Sauer P320 at a self-defense distance. Maybe that is just me, I don’t claim to be a great shot with a pistol. But the Taurus did not hold me back in accuracy.
The March 2024 issue of Shooting Times magazine had a review of a 9mm Taurus GX4 Carry pistol, and the review was favorable.
Seems to me our Blaques prefer Glocks and the like over a Taurus that might be considered an inexpensively priced firearm. None the less, there is no reason to bag on this brand of firearm.

My Uncle had a place in Spotsylvania in the 70s. And I had a good time visiting him and my Aunt. IIRC, it was close to Civil War sites, and I even found an old civil war bullet in the woods. Indeed. Have had this happen a few times now. I don’t know what backend software this site is running on, but now suspect it is automatically shitcanning certain certain comments. I don’t know if Art regulatory monitors for comments that went to moderation or spam, or if these are just being disappeared altogether with no trace to the site owner. What is odd is there are a great many “verboten” words that get used here routinely, so the ones that trigger a comment to get kicked out must be pretty obscure and specific.
