The budget of USAID is somewhere between $50 and $70 billion depending on what source you use. That is a whole bunch of money to you and me, a figure that is really hard to even fathom. In my banking days I once saw a million dollars in cash in a bundle wrapped for shipment back to the main vault so I can understand a million bucks. I can even comprehend ten million in the bank. A billion? That is a sum so large that it is not really meaningful for most people. Back when I worked with retirement plans I had some clients with multiple billions in assets in their 401(k) plans but that was all just a number on a computer screen that represented thousands of employees with anywhere from a million bucks to fifty bucks in their account. $50 billion isn’t something we can understand. With a budget like that USAID spends a billion dollars every week, all year long. You have heard the old saying: a billion here, a billion there and pretty soon you are talking about real money.
In the grand scheme of things? USAID is a rounding error in the mess that is the Federal leviathan.
For some inexplicable reason, the United States government runs on a fiscal year rather than a calendar year, from October 1st to September 30th. It has something to do with allowing the new Congress enough time to work on a budget although the “budget” process is one of the biggest farces in a government full of farces and nonsense. The most recent fiscal year therefore ended September 30th, 2024 and was technically the 2024 Federal budget.
Budget is a funny word when applied to the government. If you or I look at our household budget, we have X amount of money to spend and that is pretty much all we have to spend, and that is determined by our income. Some people, quite a few if we are being honest, use short term debt like credit cards and home equity lines of credit, to make up for the shortfalls but when you do that (at least with credit cards) you pay exorbitant interest rates.
With the Feds?
The “budget” is a meaningless number. The Federal government spends whatever the hell it wants, without any real consideration of how much it is supposed to spend (“the budget”) or even how much revenue it brings in. The excess spent by the Feds above and beyond revenue is called “the deficit” and the cumulative deficits over the years forms “the national debt”. As you can see, the deficit has been steadily climbing before exploding in response to the Covid-19 engineered bioweapon “pandemic”
In FY 1998, Federal expenditures matched almost exactly with revenue and wonder of wonders, for three glorious years from 1999-2001, the Federal government spent less than it brought in. Not by much but still it operated with a surplus. Then the “Global War On Terror” started following 9/11 and that was the end of that. Under 8 years of Bush followed by 8 years of Obama, then 4 years of Trump 1.0 and 4 years of Pedo Joe, the Federal government has been running at a significant deficit and every dollar above the revenue gets added to the “national debt”….
According to the Fed, at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2024, the national debt stood at $35.4 trillion dollars. As of right now according to the US Debt clock, it is almost exactly a trillion dollars higher….
Every taxpayer in America is on the hook for over three hundred grand. Of course the beauty of it is that no one ever expects to pay back this debt because it is literally impossible. It is a giant Ponzi scheme where the Feds just create “money” out of thin air and everyone in the world pretends that this makes sense because to do otherwise would cause the world economy to collapse, civilized nations would return to the Dark Ages and the rest of the world back to the Stone Age (at best).
Back to the last fiscal year that ended September 30th, 2024. The total revenue brought in by the Federal government was supposedly $4.919 trillion, which is a lot of “money” and represents 17.1% of the U.S. gross domestic product. Spending though? That came out to $6.752 trillion, or 23.4% of the GDP. For comparison purposes, that is more money than the entire GDP of any nation other besides China. Number three on the list is Germany with a total GDP of $4.456 trillion. In other words, our government spent in excess of $2 trillion more last fiscal year than was generated by the third largest economy in the world in total. This also means that the Federal budget deficit for the last fiscal year was a whopping $1.833 trillion, a figure that would fall at around the 12th largest economy in the world, slightly below Russia but ahead of South Korea. That pales in comparison to 2020 with a deficit of around $2.89 trillion or 2021 when the deficit ran at $2.74 trillion.
During the Biden administration with Janet Yellen as the Secretary of the Treasury, the national debt increased by an incredible $8.4 trillion, on top of the $6.8 trillion it went up when she was Chair or Vice-Chair of the Federal reserve. She is really sorry about it though so that makes it all better: Janet Yellen “Sorry” After Presiding Over $15 Trillion Increase In US Debt. Put another way, the four years of Pedo Joe Biden was responsible for nearly a quarter of the entire cumulative national debt. No wonder the four years of President Potato Head felt like the longest decade of my life.
That is a lot of words and graphs leaving the reader with the question of “so what?”. The so-what is something I have been considering and what I have fixated on is that USAID, as corrupt as it is, is only the tip of the iceberg of corruption.
With well over $6 trillion in spending, there is so much opportunity for graft and outright theft that I don’t know how in the world even Elon Musk and DOGE can start to get a handle on it.
Already in trying to trim the fat from USAID, random judges are issuing injunctions meaning lengthy legal battles to get anything done and USAID is just a tiny popcorn fart of a line item in the swamp gas maelstrom of the Federal leviathan.
Imagine the amount of theft in the Department of Health & Human Services that dispenses Medicare & Medicaid with a budget of over $1.7 trillion and 65,000 employees. Or the Department of Defense, with a budget of nearly $900 billion and over 3 million employees along with a well deserved reputation for financial mismanagement. The VA, Veterans Affairs, is another one with a $308 billion budget and the Department of Agriculture at $242 billion. On and on, these agencies are so complex that no one can possibly know what is going on and it would take a team of people feverishly working full-time to even begin to audit them.
DOGE has torn the cover off of just one relatively insignificant agency and in doing so is exposing that the entire Federal government is nothing more than a way for the connected elites in this country to fleece the productive members of our society. If we had a functioning media this would be a major scandal and be running 24-7 on news channels but of course we don’t so the focus is on Orange Man Bad throwing dedicated public servants out on the street and starving little African kids.
Much as I hate to say it, the only way to wrestle this beast to the ground is for Cheeto Hitler to embrace the mantle of God-Emperor and stop listening to random circuit court judges. You can get in line or you can get in a cell should be the motto. He won’t do that of course but that is what needs to be done. The clock is already ticking and the midterm elections are likely to be a bloodbath for the GOP and especially actual America First candidates. I am predicting that without Cumala on the ticket and with shit likely hitting the fan in multiple ways by summer and fall of 2026 that the “MAGA converts” especially among non-Whites will turncoat once more. They are nothing if not fickle.
It has taken decades for the bloodsuckers in the Federal bureaucracy to burrow like ticks into the American government and it will not be undone in four years, even if Trump could somehow sustain this pace. Drastic problems call for drastic measures.

One thing that most commenters on the actions that Trump is taking are missing is that the ‘government’ is actually the THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION, a ‘Crown Charter’ entity of the City of London (the (((bankers))) Square Mile). As the CEO of the Corporation, he is in fact, the “God Emperor” and All ‘federal employees are under his Direct Purview and Command. It is entirely Possible, and ‘legal’ for Trump to tell any and all of those ‘judges’ to FOAD, and Remove them if they don’t follow orders.
However, this would Reveal that the entirety of the feral ‘government’ is a (jew-owned) “Corporation” and not a Constitutional Republic. Remember, Trump is a Fully-Vested Participant in the ‘scam’, and the Reorganization that he is conducting is for the Interests and Benefit of whichever (((faction))) he is Aligned with. With regard to Trump becoming the God Emperor, niccolo Machiavelli wrote about the Authoritarian type, who in long run did more good to the state, than harm. He instill stability, and later maybe institute reforms. A couple of examples: Augustus Caesar. He made monetary reforms, such as no more then 10 percent interest on loans. Emperor Trajan led Rome to its zenith in the 2nd century AD. Francisco Franco comes to mind. He saved Spain from the communists.

Why so many still believe judges are somehow more wise or impartial bewilders me – they are as human and biased as anyone else – and more so if they are female and/or non-White. The speed of Trump’s attack took them by surprise, but they aren’t just going to quietly go away. Klowns like Maxine Waters can go protest on the street; slimes like Schumer are making phone calls and holding meetings and planning strategy. Why would you hate to say it? It is not like there is rule of law any more. My prediction was that both the administrative state and federal district court judges would be the means to throw a wrench into Trump’s plans. Obviously, Trump is taking steps to reign in the administrative state. The just leaves these Federal District Court Judges. These evil cocksuckers think they are gods. When everyone has to stand up when you enter, it goes to your head.
Federal District Court Judges are every bit as corrupt as any other portion of the federal government. It is just they get to court couch their corruption in obfuscating concepts like “standing,” stari decicis, and reasonably objective (a fucking contradiciton if there ever was one). Whether some judge holds up the proceedings for a week is not a big deal. 3 weeks ago none of this was happening and we weren’t dead yet. Also, the judge’s order pertains only to the Treasury Dept. Must be something truly rotten there. Doesn’t stop DOGE from proceeding everywhere else. Last night, Russell Vought ordered the stoppage of all work at the CFPB. The judge’s order didn’t say anything about that. The show will go on.
