We have talked about this before. One of the many, MANY reasons blacks don’t fit in American society is that they don’t understand and absolutely refuse to recognize the basic principle of equality under the law. This is doubly ironic because they claim the system treats them unfairly when in fact if anything the system coddles them.
What blacks want from a “justice” system is a race-based multiple track method where different races have different burdens of proof.
- Whites are mostly considered to be innocent until proven guilty unless the victim of a crime/accident is black and then the presumption of innocence is replaced by not only a presumption of guilt but an automatic verdict of guilty that brings with it the stiffest possible penalties, penalties that should be significantly more harsh than those faced by blacks. If a White person goes free or isn’t even indicted in the first place, it is evidence of a racist White supremacist conspiracy.
- On the other hand, blacks are never guilty of anything no matter the evidence and in fact all convicted black criminals were unjustly railroaded by a racist system. This is especially true when their victims are White but it also holds true when the victims are, as they mostly are, other blacks.
A persistent theme that runs through my posts is that blacks will accept a violent criminal going free if it prevents the rest of the U.S. from seeing blacks for what they are. That and their bizarre, juvenile “honor culture” that demands retribution via Glock switch into a crowd make it next to impossible to to actually administer justice in their “community”.
That brings me to the case of Nolan Xavier Wells. Wells was an 18 year old black in Mississippi who recently drowned on a summer trip to Horn Island off the coast of Mississippi…..
Fun fact, on our 2022 trip to Mississippi we stayed at a house on the beach looking directly out at Horn Island (Some Thoughts On The South). Perhaps some of my racist mojo was lingering in the area?
Anyway, so Nolan Wells and a group of friends went to this island. They got separated, and here the details get a little murky but it sounds like he was chasing a girl, and his friends left him there to catch a ride with a different group and went home. This was on Independence Day. He was reported missing and on Monday the 6th his body was discovered.
The very next day, Tuesday the 7th of July, barely 24 hours after finding the body of their son, the Wells’ family had already called in race hustling/ambulance chasing “attorney” Ben Crump….
Just before 2 p.m., WLOX learned Wells’ family has retained nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump, calling for a thorough and transparent investigation into how Wells died.
“Attorney Crump and the legal team will conduct an independent review of the circumstances of Nolan’s death and will press for the timely release of all records, witness accounts, and autopsy findings,” a press release by Ben Crump read.
Ben Crump doesn’t get out of bed unless he smells a chance to get in front of cameras and make some money.
The Usual Suspects are coming out of the woodwork: Ben Crump, Al Sharpton who will officiate Nolan’s funeral, Colin Kaepernick is helping to pay for the second autopsy after his body was flown to D.C. for an “independent autopsy”, Tyler Perry is chipping in for the services. All for a kid who appears to have drowned. Given that I was once an 18 year old I would suspect some drinking had been involved but that isn’t confirmed. Still, why are so many famous blacks making a ruckus about this?
It isn’t as if blacks aren’t known as poor swimmers. According to Grok blacks die from drowning at a rate 1.5 times that of Whites and this is even more true for younger blacks (19 and under) who have a drowning death rate nearly double that of young Whites. This isn’t surprising, there have been at best around a dozen blacks to ever medal in swimming events in the Olympics
People drown all the time, again according to Grok over 4,000 people drown every year in the U.S., especially young people:
Drowning is the leading cause of death for children ages 1–4 and the second leading cause of unintentional injury death for children ages 5–14 (after motor vehicle crashes).
An 18 year old black guy out with friends, possibly drinking, that ends up drowning is awful but is it really some sort of conspiracy?
His family thinks so and apparently because he was hanging around with White kids.
As his parents, they always tried to explain to him the history of Black people and how he needed to move in certain spaces.
Crump said there were very few Black people with his friend group on Horn Island on July 4th. He said if someone saw something, it should have been very noticeable.
I love the way blacks say things like “move in certain spaces” because they think it sounds deep and profound rather than how it really sounds, like a little kid trying impress adults with what a big boy he is.
Anyway, it makes me wonder. When I was a teen my friend group consisted of people that a) I wanted to be with and b) wanted to be with me. Why did Nolan Wells choose to hang out with a group of mostly White teens?
Sure he is from Ocean Springs, Mississippi which is around 80% White and only 7% black, unusual for Mississippi, but nearby cities Biloxi (22%) and Gautier (31%) have plenty of blacks his age. It looks to me like he specifically chose to hang out with White guys his own age, and given the murderous tendency of young blacks…who can blame him?
None of that matters to his understandably distraught parents who retained a “civil rights” attorney 24 hours after Nolan’s body was identified. Why?
The answer is simple and ugly: blacks automatically assume that any time anything happens to a black where White people are present, that Whites have conspired to harm the black person and then conspired to cover it up. This in spite of widely available statistics that show that interracial crime is overwhelmingly black on White (see: Once Every Minute).
This is on display everywhere. The recent case of an elderly black woman with a bad heart chimping out in a Fort Wayne Tim Hortons, getting into an altercation with the staff before sitting down and then succumbing to heart failure has the local black population, and a few virtue signaling Whites and mudsharks, calling for “justice” and once again Ben Crump showed up: Like The Sun Rising In The East
Sure the coroner’s report shows what everyone already knew:
(Allen County Coroner, E. Jon) Brandenberger said after reviewing all of that material, in his office’s opinion, “it did not fit into the manner of death of homicide.” He said that was because she died from congestive heart failure.
The final report also included that Grayson had no “significant contributory injuries.” Brandenberger said that simply means no injuries she sustained during the altercation contributed to her death.
That hasn’t stopped people on social media from claiming there is a second, hidden video that shows something completely different from the video we have all seen and others claiming that she was chimping out in “self-defense” or even one person that I saw claimed she had been “beaten to death”.
Her death is pretty simple. She had a bad heart and suffered congestive heart failure. In response to an order being wrong, Anita Grayson stormed into the restaurant, chimped out at the staff, punched an employee and ended up rolling around on the ground. She sat down afterward and because of her chimp out the exertion proved too much for her heart and she died. Case closed.
Not for blacks, a black woman died after attacking a younger White woman over a drink or something and ended up dying but what really happened is that this noble 2G grannie was set upon by a pack of racist Whites who killed her for no reason other than her being a literal kween.
The Tim Hortons has reopened and has security on site and some blacks on social media have been making obvious threats against the lives of the staff involved in the altercation. Nothing will even begin to satisfy them other than the immediate firing and arrest of the White staff members, an immediate conviction of both girls for first degree murder followed by an execution the same day, a $100 million settlement for Anita Grayson’s family and free donuts to every black person in America in perpetuity.
Like most aspects of Western civilization, things like justice and due process are concepts beyond most blacks. They operate on a tribal law of the jungle where vengeance and violent, disproportionate retribution are the only principles. Facts, evidence, legal precedent, common sense, none of that matters. All that matters is their group racial preference.
No wonder they have never been able to assimilate into America despite 150 years of trying and trillions of dollars wasted.
Logic cannot be denied or ignored forever.

It did not used to be this way. Growing up in the Midwest in the 1950’s and 1960’s, I can remember a somewhat different America regarding negroes. As a group they were better behaved, and individually they were at least somewhat less strident in their demands. What changed is that they were TAUGHT in the schools to become racist against Whitey. I am not saying they weren’t racist beforehand, but they have become far more racist and ostentatiously demanding since several generations of them have been taught by the schools to be that way.
Ever since about 1970, negroes in this country have been indoctrinated (in school) into a belief system that they and all their ancestors are victims and that Whitey is their oppressor. This indoctrination, more often than not taught to them by White teachers, has been continuous and ongoing for almost sixty years now. And as if that were not bad enough, three generations of White kids have been indoctrinated into this belief system along with them.
We have all seen plenty of examples of adult negroes immigrating to America from some place in Africa or the Middle East and almost immediately becoming successful and prosperous, while Native American negroes all around them continue to wallow in poverty. The difference? The immigrant was not indoctrinated into the victim mentality taught in the schools.
I do not see any way it can ever be reversed. First of all, the education system would need to stop teaching that blacks are victims, and that Whitey is their oppressors, and that blacks are entitled to all that Whitey has, and thus they are ENTITLED to act out and chimp out in way they think they need to in order to get whatever it is that they want. Why else would an obese 2G female with a bad ticker feel it was appropriate to chimp out over something as insignificant as a mistaken drink order ?!
Even if the schools started today to teach a completely different narrative, a narrative in which Whites are NOT oppressors and negroes are NOT victims, it would not have much of an impact in our society and culture until pretty much all blacks over the age of seven had died off. Not going to happen. We are stuck with the chimp outs, the violence, the thievery, and the hatred pretty much forever.
