The Degradation Of Country Music

Country music may not be your cup of tea. The twangy music and often depressing lyrics are not for everyone. Me? I like a lot of older country and by older I mean Johnny Cash but I mostly mean George Strait and Clint Black, Hank Williams Jr and Dwight Yokum. Modern country is mostly trash, with snap tracks and a borderline pop sound. Regardless, what country music is really about is working class White people, people who drive trucks for a living or farm or swing a hammer. Working class blacks have their own musical genres, country has always been understood to be White music, even the occasional black country musician like Charlie Pride doesn’t sound like a black singer (his hit Is Anybody Goin’ to San Antone is a classic example, if you didn’t know he was black you couldn’t tell from the way he sings).

My point is that country music, despite arguments about the origins of the genre, is widely understood as White people music. We all know something else, anything distinctly White must be destroyed, from Southern history to beloved White fictional characters in movies and TV shows.

That brings me to a confluence of news stories.

The other day I was driving some Amish young ladies and they like to listen to country music in the van. A song came on, multiple times on different channels, that I hadn’t heard before called “Bury Me In Georgia”. It sounded like just a typical pop music with a twang song but I looked it up on Youtube. The singer is a guy named Kane Brown and he looked a little…off. So I looked him up on Wikipedia.

Brown was raised in rural northwest Georgia and in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. He is multiracial, with a white mother, Tabatha Brown, and an African-American father who is also part Cherokee. In 2018, he told People magazine he did not know he was biracial until he was 7 or 8 years old: “I thought I was full white… I found out that I was biracial, and I still wasn’t thinking anything of it, but then I started getting called the N-word … I learned what it meant, and that’s when it started affecting me. I got in fights over it when I was little.” His father has been incarcerated since 1996, and he was raised by his single mother.

Maybe he was called nigger in 2000 but I really kind of doubt it. He definitely has a mystery meat thing going on….

Whatever, that isn’t that big of a deal but of course for Them, Kane Brown is a goldmine because he allegedly overcame “racism”. For example this story from Billboard:

The title is chock full of woke bullshit. Proving the “traditionalists”, aka White people who like actual country music, wrong. The future of country that county music didn’t know it had. Hahah, those dumb rednecks didn’t know they needed a mixed race kid who barely qualifies as a country musician. Then there is this from the article:

In Brown, fans see themselves — and it’s resonating far beyond Nashville.

An “actual American”? A bi-racial dude with a White single mom is pretty typical for White women with mixed race babies and a missing baby daddy but actual Americans have always been White Americans. The whole story is full of less than subtle mockery of White country music fans who don’t care for his music, mocking them as “traditionalists” in a music genre that has always revered traditions. Actual country musicians respect Hank Williams Sr and Patsy Cline, George Jones and Johnny Cash, understanding that they stand on their shoulders and often reference past greats in their songs. That is apparently wrong and They have declared Kane Brown to be “…inescapable, arguably changing the future of country forever”.

Then we have this week’s keruffle du jour: the attempted cancelling of Jason Aldean over his song “Try That In A Small Town”, a country song in the tradition of Hank Williams Jr’s “A Country Boy Can Survive”:

But he was killed by a man with a switchblade knife
For 43 dollars, my friend lost his life
I’d love to spit some Beech-Nut in that dude’s eyes
Then shoot him with my old .45
‘Cause a country boy can survive, country folks can survive

…or Charlie Daniel’s “Simple Man”:

We tell our kids, “Just say no”
And then some panty-waist judge lets a drug dealer go
He slaps him on the wrist and he turns him back out on the town
But if I had my way with people sellin’ dope
Take a big tall tree and a short piece of rope
I’d hang ’em up high and let ’em swing ’til the sun goes down

Aldean’s song speaks of those who burn and loot in our cities in the name of “justice” but because he is an outspoken conservative and used imagery from black Lives Matter riots, it is “promoting racism and violence”. All of the usual suspects are out in force to denounce him and Country Music Television has pulled the video, while at the same time sales of his song are going through the roof. I bought it for a buck on Amazon even though I don’t really care for his music, making it the first song I have paid for in a very long time.

It seems odd to me that leftist people assume that a song denouncing malicious violence and rioting is automatically assumed to be talking about blacks. Almost as if They are saying the quiet part out loud about blacks and their propensity for violence. Also odd that music celebrating violence, which this song does not, is OK in certain circumstances:

Rappers gleefully “singing” about raping women or shooting cops just for the fun of it is dope because they are downtrodden or something, but a White guy singing about defending homes and businesses in a small town from those who would seek to burn, loot and murder (the original blm)? Well that is racist. There is a difference between promising to respond to violence with violence and promoting violence for it’s own sake.

Hopefully Aldean doesn’t back down one inch. Trying to placate people who wouldn’t be caught dead listening to country music in the first place is never a good idea but They will keep trying to wreck the genre because nothing White people like can be left untainted.

            My wife and I have been talking about that for many years. She’ll tell you straight out-women have no business voting. The cost and the destruction the 19th amendment has wrought is clearly irreparable at this point.     Since the (((music industry))) is part and parcel of communism, inc., it goes without saying that any and all “White” music must be Destroyed. I’m kind-of surprised it has taken them so long to start attacking ‘Country’ music, perhaps (((they))) had an internal conflict of how much money they were making off of it, versus the desire to Destroy it.

    I’m not a country music fan either and didn’t know Jason Aldean from a hole in the ground until this “controversy” bubbled up the other day.

    I gave it a listen and while not exactly my cup of tea, I’ve certainly heard worse. Much worse. Lyrically it’s nothing more than bravado, which is the same as about 50% of every other song written/performed over the last 70 years or so. The other 50% being sad bastard, woe-is-me stuff.

    The communists’ idiocy and hypocrisy knows no bounds. They’re just mad cuz he used their own footage against them and there is simply no rational defense for what (((they))) did in the cities. They can’t defend their actions, so the next best thing is to rile up the masses against the truth tellers.

    I hope we see 10 more songs just like this one over the next year. Fortunately musicians don’t need record labels anymore – anyone with a modicum of initiative can get their message out now and the (((gatekeepers))) can’t stop it. They may not have the initial reach of someone like Aldean, but a good message spreads quickly even without “the machine” behind it – just ask Tom MacDonald.

    Not a big fan of country music in any form, be it Johnny Cash/George Strait old school, or the modern “pop country” (also known as “bro’ country”) of Little Big Town. But I fully support any outlet that promotes and celebrates White living and White life. This Kane Brown creature is the foot in the door, the camel’s nose in the tent, of leftist wokism infiltrating one of the last bastions of White culture remaining. When I see pickups down here in South Texas with rainbow stickers on the bumpers, I will know that we are done for.

    I was driving around the back roads today in a rural area of the panhandle of FL, looking at remote lots for sale, im talking dueling banjo, meth head country type places, walking up the road is a non-swimmer with a unsheathed machete in his hand in the forward leaning position, with his other hand planted in a bag he was carrying, likely had his hand on a gun, like a scene right out of what would be the new “Jason” movie like all the rest where white people are now black. I guess he was ready as its all crackas ’round there, they dont he liking black folk unless they got drugs. Gets better everyday.

    It speaks to how far “traditional” country music has fallen that Jason Aldean is its standard bearer. Garth Brooks wrecked country music and it has never recovered. Something I understood in real time, back when Garth first hit it big. No great loss, for the most part. Although I enjoy the occasional Waylon Jennings song and real bluegrass in limited doses (after about 10 minutes the banjos go from novel and fun to annoying).

    It’s not hard to picture a very near future, in this world where we get most all of our music through streaming, in which songs with “subversive” lyrics are banned entirely from all platforms.

    Older country was the best music lyrically, in the last 35 years. Some 70s light rock artists produced lyrics that told an emotion touching story. Unfortunately that type of pop is (mostly) dead. And current country does not know what it wants to be. There’s the “tractor rap” faction which is awful but seems to have some appeal to younger white men. Then there’s the “not sure if I’m country or pop” school ala Taylor Swift whose every song is derivative, duplicative and insipid.

    I used to work for an Amish dairy farmer. His family had me doing all the things an Amish farmer wasn’t supposed to do. I drove them in my van, played pop music on the radio, made non-business phone calls after hours, kept a freezer of meat for them at my house, and I had to bring a bull over to breed his cows.

    It has bothered me for some time that “Country” music is being pushed so hard by the kikes. The networks broadcast several awards shows annually, and there is even an entire cable channel (CMT) devoted to the genre. I long ago figured out that if the kikes are accepting of or actually promote something “white”, then it’s a certainty that that “something” has been co-opted and put to use in service of jewry. “Country” music is NO EXCEPTION. Up front, I’d like to make clear that I am not a fan of this style of music but that that in no way prevents me from being fair. As you will see, I am judging the POLITICAL content of this stuff, not my love (or lack thereof) for slide guitar and fiddles.

    I meant to research this over a year ago, but as I said I’m not a fan and intensely dislike:

    A) Love songs (regardless of the style of music),
    B) Un-Aryan sentimentality,
    C) Anything that portrays our people as foolish and “harmless” to our enemies.
    Well anyway,yesterday morning I sat down and watched two hours (it felt like 12) of Sumner Redstone’s CMT (Cuntree Muzak TalMUDvision) network. I came away very glad that it would never again be necessary for me to be so cruel to myself. What I saw (and unfortunately heard) in those 120 minutes was more than enough for me to outright condemn contemporary mainstream Country as hostile to Aryan interests, approving of White genocide, and patrIDIOTIC (as opposed to Pan-Aryan). The rest of this article will share some lowlights of the kike filth served up as authentic “white” music. . . .

    Next up were the “Dixie Chicks”. The theme of the video was that if three White girls want to have a fun and safe vacation, they should “run for the border”. These “chicks” flirt with beaners and enjoy the scenery that only Tijuana can offer. Truly disgusting BS intended to subliminally program the white female target audience.

    A commercial for “Dr. Pepper” ran next. Garth Brooks is shown enjoying the sexual interest shown him by nigger and spic “babes”. It sure is nice that this channel exists so that there is an alternative to all that filth over at MTV, right?!

    Back from the break, a song by Toby “Tubby” Keith is played in which he waxes none-to-eloquently as to the virtues of his precious Zionist Occupied Government. The song contained a threat to bin Laden. “Tubby” wanted Usama to know that if he ever walks down the street in Nashville, “Tubby” will be there to stick his boot “up his butt”. Basically the song is intended to “whip up the troops” and let them know that “Tubby” will be thinking of them when he’s polishing off his nightly 30-pack.

    I think I’ll spare you a long drawn-out description of every act of racial treason I witnessed in that two hour period and just quickly list a few more. . . .

    A few clips of an interview with Shania Twain ran that featured her bragging about her red-nigger daddy. Shania said that she is 50% stone-age Asian and damn proud of it!

    A fat ass-clown named “Cledus” sang a stupid song about he and his buddies trashing his house like a bunch of teenagers when his wife is away. One of his friends (of course) is portrayed by a nigger.

    Leann Rimes is shown parading herself in front of reeking New Orleans Voodoo practioners and encourages one of the nigger males to follow her into a graveyard. This one was about the worst. With the Ape-on-Human-Female rape epidemic being what it is, there can be NO EXCUSE for this ignorant little slattern promoting such blatant filth.

    Some whigger ass-clown whose name I’ve forgotten sings some formulaic “nostalgia” song about being 17 “in my hometown”. Can’t a few of these cliches be retired, already? Anyway, the video that accompanies this crappy sappy nonsense features a young white male whose girlfriend is . . . . . . . YOU GUESSED IT, a stinking filthy negress!

    Finally, I wouldn’t want to forget my all-time favorite butt-goy anthem by Lee Greenwood. You all know it by heart right? I mean post 9-11, this patrIdiot’s ode to occupation must be playing itself in your head. If not, sing along with me: “I’m proud to be an AmeReekan, where at least I think I’m free, and I’m proud of all the Pharisees that fed this lie to me . . . . ”
