Epik finally fixed the problem, apparently it is a “bug” with something that keeps the security certificate from automatically renewing so they did it manually and are hoping it will be fixed in the future. Whatever, at least it works now.

It is working now.
Glad to see it.
I was getting kinda worried
Thanks Arthur. I was a bit worried when I couldn’t even see the site. Seems fine now.
You and me both!
I have dealt with similar problems. They might use a type of certificate which have a short (90 day?) expiration date and the autoupdater can be easily misconfigured. You must understand the entire internet is basically a giant four-decade house of cards that we have made do things it was never intended to do. If you understood the fragility of the underlying systems you would be terrified at the extent our society relies on “the internet.” It is truly amazing it works as well as it does.
The tech guy said they hoped to fix it with an update, not sure why they waited a week to call me back or why they haven’t figured out a workaround for a known problem…
90 days until it (for me) kept recurring until one guy fixed it. I keep a log of my chats with them so I can point out what they fixed the prior time that didn’t work.
