I didn’t need a stripped lower receiver really but I bought it anyway the day PSA tweeted about them and triggered liberals started screeching in the replies and tagging the Secret Service. So fuck those people and fuck Joe Biden.
Are you going to build it out or is it just a "play purty" before they get cancelled?
I could drive down there and get one, but don't really need another gun. Besides, I probably don't have the proper tooling to build one out.
It's only about a two and a half hour drive from my house.

It will probably just end up in my safe, I don't have the skill set nor the patience to put one together.
I'm an idiot mechanically and I managed to build several AR's ( yes, in fact, I put parts in backwards to start ). I couldn't have done it without the book "AR-15 Rifle Builder's Manual" by Rob Reaser. Of course, if just doing one the book price and the several needed tools might be too much of an investment, so keep that in mind. Although, think of post collapse battlefield salvage and this might be a good skill above and beyond saving money. Time and patience, well, I'm semi-retired so it wasn't a consideration for me. I can understand your mileage varying. By going this route, though, I was able to build an arsenal cheaper than the old war surplus rifles. Including the Mosin-Nagant.
