It Is Hard To Be Humble When The Universe Keeps Proving You Right

There are two things I keep telling people they should be doing and both are about getting out. I said it in February, Get Out And I Mean Like Right Now, and I said it last month, Your Two-Part Mission For Right Now, and it boils down to this.

Get out of the cities and even the near-suburbs right now.

Get out of the globohomo corporate world right now.
Do you get the part where I said “right now”? Because when your hands is forced, it is too late.
The getting out of cities is pretty obvious but the getting out of globohomo Corporate America is less so. Most people work for some sort of large to medium sized corporation and don’t even think about it but that isn’t going to be viable for much longer.
Big Country Expat has seen this first hand, being basically forced from his job because he expected his non-White employees to show up on time.
Another reminder reinforcing what I have been saying

“This is now front and central for State Street — it’s on every senior executive’s scorecard,” said Jess McNicholas, the bank’s head of inclusion, diversity and corporate citizenship in London, according to the Sunday Times.

“All of our leaders have to demonstrate at their annual appraisals what they have done to improve female representation and the number of colleagues from ethnic-minority backgrounds.”

The company aims to triple the number of Black, Asian and other minority staff in senior positions by 2023, the Sunday Times reported. If executives don’t meet the target, they will face lowered bonuses.

Recruiters will now have to establish panels of four or five employees, including a woman and a person with a minority background, when hiring middle management staff.

The firm will still hire white men, McNicholas said, but recruiters are required to show that women and minority applicants were interviewed by the panels.
State Street is a firm you likely never heard of but the financial services world, they are one of the very biggest players and have a hand in an awful lot of the transactions that go on behind the scenes. Because of the financial incentives, you can be sure that these recruiters will just hire whatever black or mestizo warm bodies they can find to pad their numbers, especially at the lower levels, which will allow them to continue to hire Whites for the upper echelon positions. Top positions will be like the “Rooney Rule” in the NFL, they will conduct perfunctory interviews with token blacks before hiring the White person they really want. When you have trillions in assets under management, you can’t have some black quota hire in a position to screw things up.
This ties in nicely with the prior post, Equity Means Punishing White People For Not Sucking At Life. Hiring blacks and mestizos on their own merit and experience doesn’t give them the racial mix needed to keep the SJWs at bay, so they will simply game the system by pre-determining the outcome and then mandate the means to achieve that goal.
Anyway, my point here is the same one I keep making. Find a way to earn a living outside of the globohomo mess because if you are White your career future is being loaded with more and more responsibility to carry the load for the incompetent diversity hires while cutting off your promotional options in order to make room for those same diversity hires to leapfrog you. Not to mention the extra work you will get piled on you as more and more of the budget goes to hiring diversity officers who don’t add anything to the bottom line, meaning each productive employee will have to work harder to make up for the extra salary and benefits of “Chief Equity Officers”.
If it hasn’t happened to you yet, it will. Don’t wait for it, find your own path now.

this is nothing new, I have forget how many times I was told I was the wrong color to be hired back
in the 1970 and 80's. it is the reason why I kept reenlisting in the damn army !
and even in the army there where "race selection" when it came time for promotions. the only reason why I got hired at the fucking va was that I was a combat vet and they couldn't say no.
it is a wonderful feeling you get when the squad leader can't find where he is on a damn map or fucks up trying to follow a compass heading. thank god for gps for those clowns !
I have seen a lot of them who where out of their depth in a parking lot puddle !
if this country gets into a real shooting war with a army that knows what they doing, we fucked !
and that just old school land nav and compass reading?

I have turn down more than a few offer to move up into management, no thanks. I just knew I be spending a lot of time defending myself over clowns who don't want to work or show up on time.
the extra money was just not worth the grief I get in return. thank god I am retired now as I am not pc by any sense of the wording. nice thing about working at the va was I wasn't the strangest guy in the room anymore. and as a old vet myself, I got along fine with the patients there.
I have a good friend who has 3 years until he can call it quits and retire and he hates every day.
it like walking in a minefield everyday and he works with a lot of poc clowns.
I begged him to carry everyday as he will never know when it will all fall down. did get him a kit bag made up with stuff in it to help him make his way to my house. I made him carry 2 gas cans in his trunk just so he has enough gas to get here. yes, he is a old and very good friend.
