Right after I posted my last entry, Is It Time To Panic Yet?, I saw this in my blog feed:
NSSF: NICS Checks For Gun Sales Jump Nearly 17 Percent
The February 2020 NSSF-adjusted National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) figure of 1,294,123 is an increase of 16.7 percent compared to the February 2019 NSSF-adjusted NICS figure of 1,109,087. For comparison, the unadjusted February 2020 FBI NICS figure 2,776,380 reflects a 36.9 percent increase from the unadjusted FBI NICS figure of 2,028,667 in February 2019.
Well that is good news but we can do better!
As I mentioned in my prior post, the time to stock up is before everyone else does. Things are hunky-dory right now but if Trump loses, you will see a panic take hold of the firearm marketplace like you can’t imagine. Guns, ammo, NFA items, accessories, parts kits. All of it. Gone virtually overnight.
If you wait until the day after the election, you are going to be wishing you hadn’t.
